She never used her /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"Su/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"mmons against minor threats such as the monsters they fought before, like th/span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"e/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;" wolf-like monsters and the sort. However, she would use items on anybody that needed it. Healing, remedies, cures, she was one step ahead if anybody needed it. She always /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"thought one step ahead./span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"What she lacked in combat experience, she made up in response to any sort of situation. Adaptable./span/span/p

However, to Fallen, she didn't see the change in the town's population and activity, since she's never been here before. Bereit leaned to Imbir. "You think this has to do with the Terror Bringers... you know... dying?" Bereit asked, in a quiet tone./span/span/p

Or, he was acting different. He was pacing around, as if he was nervous. Ruhe's bright purple eyes looked at them. "Oh, thank goodness you're all here. This is an urgent matter you must hear about."/span/span/p

It did concern him, since he saw Ruhe so calm before. "What's the problem?" Bereit asked, crossing his arms, in a calm tone./span/span/p

He looked back at Bereit. "There's something suspicious happening at The Koloss. I would really appreciate it if you all accompanied me."br /br /Help him./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Fallen looked away, not liking him staring at her. It made her feel… Odd./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;""span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Allow me to guide you to the anomaly." Ruhe instructed, the group then following him to the mountain known as 'The Koloss.' The trek to it definitely involved more attention from monsters, coming across the same wolf-like monsters, the vulture-like monsters, and the ambushing plants. However, Ruhe involved himself in these fights. Not only was he a /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"S/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"ummoner, but he was a very skilled black mage. Anything that came their way, he just blasted them with powerful fire, ice, water, /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"lightning/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;", earth and wind magic./span/span/p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;" /p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"He knew the higher grades of magic, from the simple fire spell, to Holy, Meteor, Banish, and all kinds of powerful magic. Bereit was amazed by this, and wanted to learn all of that. He knew his limits to magic, but he wanted to have different spells rather than just lightning and fire. Although, Bereit knew why it was only those he could do./span/span/p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;" /p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Everybody else was amazed too, but Fallen couldn't help but feel feeble compared to him. He was a /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"S/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"ummoner, and a powerful /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"M/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"age at that, while everyone else had combat experience. She knew she was capable of more than she showed previously, but this was natural talent of magic. /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"She knew that she only got /spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"her powers from others, and they weren/span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"'t actually /spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"her own. It made her feel like somebody who relies on others too often. A burden./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"After the long trek, they would arrive to the anomaly, seeing a large crack, and a glowing bright light, that had a tint of pink to it. Everybody had chills down their spines, looking at this./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe walked close to it, Bereit following next to him, very intrigued by this. Bereit knelt down, to peak through the large crack, but he was pulled away by Ruhe. "I suggest you do not do that, if you want to keep your face the way it is."/span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;""span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Why? Is it bad?" Bereit asked. Ruhe then summoned a small chunk of ice, and threw it in the crack, as Bereit saw it not melt, but disintegrate, as if it was turned to ashes./span/span/p

They were choosing to let Ruhe do the inspecting, or any explanation needed./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;""span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"We have no idea where this has come from, or what it represents, but from the example I've given you, it seems to pose as a threat." Ruhe explained, as then they saw monsters approaching, everybody drawing their weapons./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"It was more of the gecko monsters, but they didn't seem to be in their threatening stances. They approached closer to them, until they came to a halt. They then jumped down the cracks, as they disintegrated, everybody having shocked expressions, except for Ruhe, since he knew this was another thing this anomaly did./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;""span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"That's another mystery we have yet to solve." He said, placing his hand on his chin. "Monsters seem to willingly jump into it, or perhaps, unwillingly. I theorize that they are feeding something down there, to awaken it. And if my theory is correct, this cannot be a good thing."/span/span/p

However, it could be possible we form some sort of barricade around it to prevent any more creatures from dropping down."/span/span/p

We'll travel to Mauer and inform The Queen." Ruhe said, turning to them. The ground then suddenly shook, everybody stumbling a bit from the surprise./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe turned to look at the crack, to see it was getting bigger. "Everybody, get back!" Ruhe called out. Everybody moved away, as the crack on the ground expanded quickly, the grounds breaking around their feet. Vanessa was already a good distance away, as the others ran away from the expanding ground. The ground then stopped shaking, everybody stopping to a point where they were away from the crack./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit was frightened of this anomaly, but he was also absolutely interested to find out what this thing really was, despite this being a clear threat to any living being. "I get the feeling something's coming out of that thing." Bereit said, thinking that's why it was getting bigger./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Just then, a giant scaled arm came out of the crack, the arm being the same bright white and faded pink, and then another came out, then the head, what looked like a dragon head. From it's stance, it was holding /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"itself/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;" up the crack, now seeming to be a portal of some sort if that came out of it. The head emitted some magic energy that was the same colour as it's scales. It's deep blue eyes gazed upon them, and then roared at them, it's mouth was charging blue magic./span/span/p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;" /p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe brought his hand up, as it created a barrier around everybody, looking like glass. It fired it/span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"s/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;" magic from its mouth, shooting like a laser beam and exploded upon the barriers. The smoke cleared out of the way, showing it didn't even make a dent to any of them. Ruhe then had lightning surrounding his hands. "It seems my theory was correct." Ruhe said. "We must kill it!"/span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit drew his serrated sword. "Way ahead of 'ya!" Bereit said, standing his ground./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Everybody drew their weapons, Imbir and Vanessa with their pistols, and Fallen with her staff./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"The dragon swung it's arm at them, not stepping out of the large crack. It's lunge was quick, but Bereit avoided easily, as did Ruhe. Imbir and Vanessa kept their distance and shot at it, Vanessa fanning the hammer, but missing a few of her shots, while Imbir used his special bullets. Fallen stayed between them, having any sort of items ready if need be./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"The dragon quickly charged magic, and fired it around like a laser, it coming towards Imbir and Vanessa. They both moved out of the way. Fallen ran to their side, checked to see if they were okay, and they were fine./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit ran up the back then jumped onto the dragon's head and cut through the scales, but the dragon barely even flinched. The dragon threw him off and shot a blast of magic against him, sending him flying as an inferno. Bereit rolled around, trying to get the fire off him, grunting with the burning fire against his skin. Fallen came in, wanting to help, but she was scared of burning herself. Ruhe shot small ball of water his way, stopping the fire on his body./span/span/p

Imbir aimed his gun to the dragon's head, seeing an opening. "Bereit! I'm taking a shot!" Imbir called out. Bereit jumped off, then imbir firing his gun, smoke surrounding his head. The dragon's head was surrounded by smoke, so it would be blinded momentarily, buying more time./span/span/p

"Freeze him, so we may strike him down, Shiva!" Shiva appeared behind Fallen. She stood in front of Fallen, then motioning her hands, gathering ice around the dragon, freezing it solid./span/span/p

Alexander. This being was different. It's entire body was gears, levers, pistons, anything mechanical, with steaming shooting out almost every part of it's body. Two slots opened up on it's arms, as it then fired what looked like beams of light, shooting high up in the air, and came down quickly, loud firing noises coming from it. The beams then crashed down onto the dragon, blowing away Bereit, Vanessa and Imbir. Ruhe and Fallen stood their ground./span/span/p

The air also began to heat up around them. Fallen grabbed an edge of rock, to hang on. She then felt Ruhe catch onto her foot. It was all he could grab as of now. She looked back, to see Ruhe looking back at the crack, seeing as it was sucking up anything it could. Ruhe looked back at Fallen./span/span/p

If creatures are coming out of these anomalies, and it was as strong as the one we fought, we'll need all the allies we can get! Powerful and in numbers! You can undertake Alexander's trials! After that, you must undertake the rest!" Ruhe explained. "You must find a way to close these anomalies!"br /br /Fallen shook her head. "Don't say that! /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"Yo/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"u're not gonna-" She felt her hand slip from his hand, as Ruhe fell down the crack. "RUHE!" She screamed, trying to reach for him, but it was too late. She watched him disintegrate, Fallen shocked, and frozen from her mistake. The crack the stopped with any sort of forceful pull it had, and the light disappeared. Fallen sat up, breathing heavily. She looked at her hand again, seeing there was a cut on it, from Ruhe's nail./span/span/p

Ruhe instructed, the group then following him to the mountain known as 'The Koloss.' The trek to it definitely involved more attention from monsters, coming across the same wolf-like monsters, the vulture-like monsters, and the ambushing plants. However, Ruhe involved himself in these fights. Not only was he a /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"S/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"ummoner, but he was a very skilled black mage. Anything that came their way, he just blasted them with powerful fire, ice, water, /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"lightning/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;", earth and wind magic./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"He knew the higher grades of magic, from the simple fire spell, to Holy, Meteor, Banish, and all kinds of powerful magic. Bereit was amazed by this, and wanted to learn all of that. He knew his limits to magic, but he wanted to have different spells rather than just lightning and fire. Although, Bereit knew why it was only those he could do./span/span/p

She knew she was capable of more than she showed previously, but this was natural talent of magic. /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"She knew that she only got /spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"her powers from others, and they weren/span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"'t actually /spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"her own. It made her feel like somebody who relies on others too often. A burden./span/span/p

Everybody had chills down their spines, looking at this./span/span/p

Bereit knelt down, to peak through the large crack, but he was pulled away by Ruhe. "I suggest you do not do that, if you want to keep your face the way it is."/span/span/p

Ruhe then summoned a small chunk of ice, and threw it in the crack, as Bereit saw it not melt, but disintegrate, as if it was turned to ashes./span/span/p

They were choosing to let Ruhe do the inspecting, or any explanation needed./span/span/p

Ruhe explained, as then they saw monsters approaching, everybody drawing their weapons./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"It was more of the gecko monsters, but they didn't seem to be in their threatening stances. They approached closer to them, until they came to a halt. They then jumped down the cracks, as they disintegrated, everybody having shocked expressions, except for Ruhe, since he knew this was another thing this anomaly did./span/span/p

He said, placing his hand on his chin. "Monsters seem to willingly jump into it, or perhaps, unwillingly. I theorize that they are feeding something down there, to awaken it. And if my theory is correct, this cannot be a good thing."/span/span/p

However, it could be possible we form some sort of barricade around it to prevent any more creatures from dropping down."/span/span/p

We'll travel to Mauer and inform The Queen." Ruhe said, turning to them. The ground then suddenly shook, everybody stumbling a bit from the surprise./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe turned to look at the crack, to see it was getting bigger. "Everybody, get back!" Ruhe called out. Everybody moved away, as the crack on the ground expanded quickly, the grounds breaking around their feet. Vanessa was already a good distance away, as the others ran away from the expanding ground. The ground then stopped shaking, everybody stopping to a point where they were away from the crack./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit was frightened of this anomaly, but he was also absolutely interested to find out what this thing really was, despite this being a clear threat to any living being. "I get the feeling something's coming out of that thing." Bereit said, thinking that's why it was getting bigger./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Just then, a giant scaled arm came out of the crack, the arm being the same bright white and faded pink, and then another came out, then the head, what looked like a dragon head. From it's stance, it was holding /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"itself/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;" up the crack, now seeming to be a portal of some sort if that came out of it. The head emitted some magic energy that was the same colour as it's scales. It's deep blue eyes gazed upon them, and then roared at them, it's mouth was charging blue magic./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe brought his hand up, as it created a barrier around everybody, looking like glass. It fired it/span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"s/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;" magic from its mouth, shooting like a laser beam and exploded upon the barriers. The smoke cleared out of the way, showing it didn't even make a dent to any of them. Ruhe then had lightning surrounding his hands. "It seems my theory was correct." Ruhe said. "We must kill it!"/span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit drew his serrated sword. "Way ahead of 'ya!" Bereit said, standing his ground./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"The dragon swung it's arm at them, not stepping out of the large crack. It's lunge was quick, but Bereit avoided easily, as did Ruhe. Imbir and Vanessa kept their distance and shot at it, Vanessa fanning the hammer, but missing a few of her shots, while Imbir used his special bullets. Fallen stayed between them, having any sort of items ready if need be./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"The dragon quickly charged magic, and fired it around like a laser, it coming towards Imbir and Vanessa. They both moved out of the way. Fallen ran to their side, checked to see if they were okay, and they were fine./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit ran up the back then jumped onto the dragon's head and cut through the scales, but the dragon barely even flinched. The dragon threw him off and shot a blast of magic against him, sending him flying as an inferno. Bereit rolled around, trying to get the fire off him, grunting with the burning fire against his skin. Fallen came in, wanting to help, but she was scared of burning herself. Ruhe shot small ball of water his way, stopping the fire on his body./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Fallen took out a potion and handed it to him. Bereit took it and nodded. "Thanks." He said, then running forward, not using it yet./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Fallen wanted to use her /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"Su/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"mmon, but she was afraid of annoying Shiva, for summoning her too much. She knew they had to answer her calls, but she even considered the feelings of a /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"Di/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"vine, despite them being in her command./span/span/p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;" /p
p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe shot large blasts of lighting against the dragon, it getting knocked back, but seeming to take it as if it was nothing. As if it was sparks again a stone wall./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit then ran up it's body and cut into the head again. The dragon shot a fire blast to him, but he jumped over it. He latched onto it's head, and cut as deep as he could into the head, swinging hard lefts and rights, until he nearly lost his balance, jumping off of the dragon./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit landed next to Ruhe, holding himself up off the ground. He then looked at his blade, to see he drew a small bit of blood. Blue blood. "At this point, I'd believe nothing working!" Bereit said, thinking if things got desperate, he'd have to use magic. And he knew what that could lead to./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe made his magic disappear from his hands, having an idea on what to do next. "Bereit, tell the others to buy Fallen and I some time." He instructed./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Ruhe did slow and fluent motions with his hands, then slams his hands to the ground, forming a symbol around his feet, as did Fallen./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"Bereit /span/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"hopped/spanspan style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;" on the head again, as he cut into it more and more, the dragon shaking it's head to get him off. Imbir aimed his gun to the dragon's head, seeing an opening. "Bereit! I'm taking a shot!" Imbir called out. Bereit jumped off, then imbir firing his gun, smoke surrounding his head. The dragon's head was surrounded by smoke, so it would be blinded momentarily, buying more time./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"A snow storm happened around them, Fallen's cloak appearing. "Freeze him, so we may strike him down, Shiva!" Shiva appeared behind Fallen. She stood in front of Fallen, then motioning her hands, gathering ice around the dragon, freezing it solid./span/span/p

p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;"span style="font-family: Constantia, serif;"span style="font-size: medium;"A loud charging noise came from the distance, as everybody turned to see Ruhe's summon. Alexander. This being was different. It's entire body was gears, levers, pistons, anything mechanical, with steaming shooting out almost every part of it's body. Two slots opened up on it's arms, as it then fired what looked like beams of light, shooting high up in the air, and came down quickly, loud firing noises coming from it. The beams then crashed down onto the dragon, blowing away Bereit, Vanessa and Imbir. Ruhe and Fallen stood their ground./span/span/p

A few seconds of silence, and it all cleared up, there being no trace of the dragon, however the crack was still there./span/span/p
