And now for the brand new epilogue chapter!

This story has always been one of my favorites to write and I loved being able to fix it after all these years. Heloise is one of my all time favorite characters and I miss seeing her so much! One day I hope for just a little more canon content for the series, seeing them in Skatoony was great but Heloise got eliminated too soon! (I've actually uploaded the episode up to where Heloise leaves on Youtube, after finding out I have one of the only copies of the english version.)

While there is the oneshot sequel 'First Date', there was actually supposed to be a full on sequel focusing on Jimmy's origin story! It would have been about Jimmy, Heloise and Beezy winding up on Earth and meeting his parents. I did actually write a couple of test scenes that I have stored away, if enough people wanted it I would post polished drafts on my tumblr. The complete story won't ever be published because I had trouble with how certain plots would come out.

One other thing the story would have addressed is what happened to Heloise's father after she left. While not stated in this fic, a rumor spread that he killed his daughter but there was never any evidence for police to go on. One of the two big test scenes I wrote was the big confrontation between Heloise and her dad, who's not any better especially after she inadvertently tainted his reputation.

Thank you all for reading!

Two days had passed since the Misery Leech incident. The last of the carcass had finally been cleaned up early in the morning. For most stories, this would be where peace returned to the city… but this is Miseryville. Peace doesn't exist here.

Heloise walked down the sidewalk towards the park, taking delight at the screams that seemed to come from every house. The newest product from Misery Inc. came out this morning, Fire Bee Cereal. The brunette listened to the sounds of her handiwork, and the sounds of dozens of bee swarms buzzing around on fire as they emerged from the cereal boxes.

"Once again, my invention is the talk of the town." Heloise watched proudly, as several people outside opened their cereal boxes, confused when the cereal only filled half the bowl and when they looked inside the box-BEES!

Even with all the chaos, Heloise felt something was missing… "AAAAAAAHHHHHH!" that was not the screams of someone being chased by insects, that was the unmistakable scream of two idiots doing something dangerous and stupid once more "Ah, there it is." Heloise stepped aside, away from the shadow closing in on the space she had been standing.

A large bathtub crashed into the concrete, and its two passengers were sent flying onto the ground "AAAAHHH-oof!" "BEEEEEZYYYYYY!" the boys face-planted into the dirt. Jimmy picked his face out of the grass and looked to Beezy "Awesmazing! That was the farthest it's flown yet!" the demon popped his head up with a goofy smile "See! Butter fixes everything!"

"Hey Jimmy." the blonde turned to see his new girlfriend approaching "Heloise, did you see that?" "I saw the crash." The crash was her favorite part, she'd rate that one an 8.6 out of 10.

Jimmy chuckled "Yeah, still working on the landing. Wanna ride the next one?"

As tempting as that offer was, Heloise had to pass "Nah, my latest product came out today. I thought I'd take it easy and enjoy seeing all these satisfied customers." Her evil grin widened as the symphony of panicked screams filled the air "Yeah, well I'm not a satisfied customer!" Beezy marched up to his frenemy, holding a cereal box "This has too much fire bees and not enough cereal! It wasn't filling at all!"

"Oh, so sorry about that." Heloise rolled her eyes, speaking in a fake-sweet tone "How about I make it up to you with a special edition Fire Bees Cereal?" she pulled out a cereal box from behind her back "This one has a special prize inside."

Beezy eagerly grabbed the box from Heloise, opening it and looking inside for his prize. Rather than a swarm of flaming bees, a single, giant flaming wasp emerged from the box "I think I'll call you Margarine the Second." Beezy named his new pet, seconds before the wasp began chasing him around the park.

Heloise giggled evilly. Jimmy fondly rolled his eyes with a smile on his face. This was his girlfriend, creating havoc and misery with the cutest giggle he had ever heard. Jimmy wouldn't change a thing "So Heloise, now that everything's back to… as normal as Miseryville gets…" he rubbed the back of his neck "Would you like to go on a date tonight?"

He'd been waiting to ask her out officially since that night, when the two became boyfriend and girlfriend. But he decided to wait just a little longer. That hadn't been the right time. After they kissed, Jimmy and Heloise stayed up late into the night, as she explained the past that she now remembered. She swore him to secrecy, and it was the Jimmy promise he vowed to never break.

"Yes!" Heloise didn't hesitate to answer. She pulled her boyfriend's face down to her level and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek "I'd love that Jimmy Two Shoes."

Jimmy blushed, his smile getting bigger "Then I'll pick you up at 6 tonight, Ms. St. Mortem." he flirted back.

This was more than Heloise could have ever asked for. She finally had Jimmy's love! He actually liked her for who she is! Even when she was at her most vulnerable, he didn't think less of her. Jimmy stayed by her side and supported her when she needed him the most. Heloise knew who she was now, a soul-crushing genius that could kick butt and be feared by all. Learning about her past didn't change that part of her, but it helped her accept that she still had some humanity left in her. She still had people that she truly loved, one to watch her from above and one to stand by her side through thick and thin. She is Heloise St. Mortem, and she was content just the way she is.

"Hang on a minute!" Heloise grabbed Jimmy's hand "You know how I got to Miseryville, but I've never heard how you got here!"

It hadn't occurred to the boy before, but he never explained how he got to this dimension in the first place "Oh man, that was a doozy! It all started on a Tuesday-"
