Sequel to Just a College Girl. College doesn't exactly make Dawn's life any better, but thankfully, there's someone who wants to help, whether she wants it or not. (companion story to 'The F in Pike') I wanted this to be in the BTVS category but I had to add crossover to add the characters I wanted.

Hell on Ice

They're here, finally.

I turn to see them walking through the entrance I came through.

"Took you long enough."

It makes them stop suddenly before seeing me.

"I mean, I know I had the advantage and everything with the reality bending and whatever, but seriously? I was getting bored waiting for you."

They start cautiously making our way towards me. Connor responds, trying not to take the bait.

"We had to figure out where you went."

"It took you that long? Geez, you guys are getting old."

Faith tries to add to that.

"Well we couldn't be sure what you're going to do. You haven't exactly been the most reliable person these days."

I chuckle at that.

"That's hilarious... especially coming from you three."

They slowly make their way onto the rink, trying to act like it's a strategy I don't see coming.

"I mean, you three are probably the most unreliable people in the world. The wanna-be hero who was so screwed up that his daddy had to fix the entire world just to make him better. And who has done nothing but fail to save basically everyone I've met since we did. The murderer who seduced me into giving up my virginity to her. And my sister who couldn't wait to jump into bed with my one and only ex the second she broke up with me. So who exactly is unreliable here?"

My idiot sister tries to get to me.

"Dawn..."

"No, you're not going to give one of your little speeches and try to appeal to my better nature. You're not going to delay me so that Willow and whoever's with them to do whatever little spell they're planning on doing to stop me. This is over."

Holding up the knife in one hand, I put out my palm and quickly slice into it.

Ow...

The blood starts to flow and it isn't long before the blood starts dripping onto the floor.

"Dawn, what have you done?"

I laugh as I clench my fist to dig my fingers into the cut, making it bleed more.

"Do I really have to explain it to you? Would that make it easier for you? For me to give you some kind of big villain speech so you can justify you looking at me like a villain? So you can kill me and feel good about it?"

I close my eyes for a moment.

I need the whole world to be different.
