Andrew
Grayson/Smith
Journal
I have seen so many people own a journal, and repeatedly ask if I have one, so I thought of having one myself.
1862 – January 30th
Personal Information
Full name: Andrew Grayson* (previously Smith)
*I am proud to be a Grayson, and have mixed feelings over having been a Smith
Birthday: February 3rd, 1847
Siblings: None
Parents:
Biological Father – Mr. Smith. He was in the Council, one of the founders, a man with no honour, no guilt, or any remorse whatsoever. I remember no good memories of my time spent with him. His position on the Council wasn't that important. Died on December 10th, 1861. The next day I could breath freely, relieved.
Biological Mother – Mrs. Smith. I know speaking ill of the dead is seen as an awful act, but there is nothing good I can say of this person. Died in summer, 1855.
I do not know if I was happy or sad about their deaths.
Mr. and Ms. Grayson – Respected members of the Council, also founders. They took me in when I had nowhere to go, no place I could stay. I couldn't believe it when they took me in as their own son when they had no children of their own.
Hobbies:
I like watching and listening as the water flows, whether that be in the sea, ocean, or rivers and lakes. The only problem is I do not know how to swim, so I do not stay too close.
Hearing songs played by people with instruments is fascinating to me. The sounds made from tapping your foot, let alone the beautiful melodies created by the banjo, or a piano, or even the violin.
Reading. While most people do not find the appeal in reading a book, I think books are a great creation of art. It is a reflection of something the writer has thought of, or a description of a story in a whole different level, the words allowing imagination to be used. Reading is one of my favourite things to do.
Most of my hobbies do not include any interaction with others, but there is one I enjoy a lot that has communication involved. Playing the piano. Alright, maybe this has no involvement of other people, but it is still really relaxing.
Friends: Ever since we were very young, the two Salvatore brothers and I have been the best of friends.
Stefan Salvatore – Birthday 1846, 1st of November. He is a few months older than me, so it was really easy to be friends. Although he is usually following rules, and rarely enjoying himself, we do have a few things in common that we like to do.
Damon Salvatore – Birthday 1839, June 18. 7 years older than Stefan, and spent most of his time in battle, so there wasn't as much time for the three of us to spend together. But when Damon did manage making it, we all had a great time. Though Miss Katherine usually intervenes.
Miss Katherine: Someone that captured the focus of both Salvatore brothers. Both Stefan and Damon spent most their time trying to win her over, and even had many, many arguments that included her.
I did not get a chance to see a lot of their interactions, having a lot to help out in, but I hope she does not become the undoing of the bond the two brothers have. They are their own best friends, and I wish them to remain that way, because if either brother were to get hurt by the other because of Miss Katherine, I do not think I would be of any help.
