"This world is quite nice"

And indeed it was, the trees were large and spaced out, there was little underbrush, so moving in a relatively straight and easy path was, well, easy. According to Eraqus, it was fall at the moment, it would seem that this world has moderate weather, as there was definetly a chill in the air, although, considering that it was almost night, that was reasonable, and nothing too bad either way.'

What she was paying attention to most however was the ambient magic. it seeped through everything, the ground, the air, the plants, and if her ability to sense her surrounding had not all of a sudden deteriorated, she was sure that there were small magical beings all around her, hiding, in any other case, she would be somewhat worried, but they possessed such pure magic that she paid them no mind.

She could not remember a time where she could not feel the magic around her, and the magic of others. Even in the faint memories of her birthworld, her sixth sense was a constant companion, if not a friendly one. She remembers very few details of her birthworld, only knowing a few hard facts that Eraqus shared with her. She knows that it was terrible.

Her thoughts fell away from her surroundings, and into her memories, memories of the pain, of the hunger, of the fear, of how her master literally blinded her minds eye when he first approached her, of course, these memories of a time so long ago were sparse, suppressed, half forgotten, but she could remember the emotions very clearly, even if the specific of the situations behind them were blurry.

She did this from time to time, although less frequently as time went on, when ever she was relaxed, she would be assaulted by the memories, of the emotions, and they would take all of her attention, this lax in vigilance would ultimately lead to the incident that would lead to the entirety of the worlds to change their perspectives on the light and dark.

She was so lost in her thoughts that she had not noticed she was walking along a rather fast moving, relatively deep river, on that had rather steep sides. she did not notice the root in her path until it caught her foot:

"Wha-aaaaagh!" she exclaimed, her startled tone quickly changed into fear mid word as she fell towards the river on account of how the root caught her foot, and she began to start tumbling down the near vertical sides of the river, and she began to panic, Just as she entered the water and slammed her head into the river bed, knocking her unconscious.

...

At the same time, in the opposite direction of the landing zone

" Master?" Terra spoke in a quiet, troubled tone, asking for permission to speak, while they were free to talk as they wished back in the Land of Departure, they could take no chances in an ignorant

Eruqus raised his eyebrow and turned to look at his older apprentice, continuing to walk, and asked "Yes Terra", which served both as permission to speak, as well as an assurance that they weren't being watched to his masters knowledge, otherwise, he would not have used Terra's name.

"Are you sure that Aqua will be safe, she may be my surrogate older sister and the elder apprentice, but she has no keyblade?"

at that remark, Eraqus' really made a questioning face, " You doubt her due to her lack power"

Terra shook his head slightly, "No, I fear for her safety, she may have strong magic, but she is indeed vulnerable to the Forces of The Darkness."

At this, Eraqus smiled, many wilders of power had grown fanatical about power and saw others without it as inferior, he did his best to steer his apprentices away from such thoughts.

"That is fair, but we are here as well, and there are no signs of any heartless or nobodies, and this world lacks the currupted feeling they leave shows that this is not here either, i believe that the world is simply going through dark times and will recover"

"If that is so, then why are we still here?"

Eruqus only smiled and said, "It never hurts to look again, ya know."
