The chest held Yuna's Celestial Weapon, Nirvana. I knew this, but we needed the Celestial Mirror first. And for that, we needed chocobos. With no chocobos in sight, it was time to move on. So I led the way to the Calm Lands Gorge and when we got there, Lulu stopped dead in her tracks. I knew what had happened to her here, and was ready to help her. So of course, I stayed back. Yuna saw me stop and followed suit.
"What is wrong? Why have we stopped?" She asked me, and I looked at Lulu. She nodded and I told her that some summoners die on their journeys, and one of Lulu's summoners died in the cavern. Yuna ran to Lulu and asked if she was okay to enter, and after a deep breath, she nodded. Entering was easy, remembering where to go was a whole other story. I entered and Lulu came face to face with her dead summoner. Lulu tried talking to her, but when Yuna tried to send her things became violent. And then Yojimbo was summoned, and we entered the fight with Lulu. It was a long battle, but as soon as Yojimbo was defeated we sent Lulu's unnamed summoner. Now to get to the chamber of the stolen fayth.
"Who knows the way through?" Yuna asked quietly, as if talking loudly would disturb the fayth. There was only one way to go, so we walked down the way. There was a branch off, and I asked Yuna if she wanted to go down the branch. When she asked if we able to, I told her yes and led the way. It was a dead end, but a chest lay there. We opened it up to find a crest with the sign of Pluto. But who could it be for? I wondered, but I didn't voice it.
We continued on, keeping on the right path to the Fayth. The fiends were tough and everytime we came across a magic urn, we fled. Rikku would steal all she could, and soon we had all sorts of items. When we got to the chamber before the Fayth, I readied our gil. Yuna looked at me strange, and asked me what I was doing.
"You will see in a moment." Was all I said as I stepped onto the transporter. As soon as Yuna and I were together in front of the Fayth, he appeared. He talked for a moment, and I placed my gil in front of him. Yuna followed suit and he gave us his power. One secret aeon down, two more to go. But they would have to wait. Getting out was easier than getting in, so we had no problem getting to the cave we entered by.
The one thing I didn't expect was the excommunicated guado still following Seymour's wishes. They met us as we crossed the second bridge to Mt. Gagazet. And they were angry. After telling us their plan to stop us, we battled them. They had brought behemoths under their control, and that is when I told Rikku to steal from the guado first. After every enemy had their items stolen, I told Yuna to keep us all healed. We all attacked the guado first and once they had fallen, we started on the behemoths. They were tough, and we exhausted ourselves to beat them. So when we got to the gate, we knew we had to rest.
As we rested, Ronso came over to see us. Not one talked to us, until Maester Kelk appeared. Once he appeared, he motioned for a woman to come forth. That is when I saw Zaon. He was walking behind the woman Ronso and when he spotted Sora, he ran to his brother.
"You are here!" Zaon cried out as he hugged Sora. Sora returned the hug, and then pointed to me. Zaon looked at me, and cried out again. Yuna stood there awkwardly, as if she didn't know what to do. When Zaon untangled himself from his brother, I turned to Yuna.
"Zaon, this is your sister Yuna. Yuna, meet Zaon the troublemaker." I chuckled. Yuna introduced herself and before she could finish, Zaon ran to her and wrapped her in a hug. Yuna was surprised at first, but returned the hug. Wakka and Lulu stood to the side of me, and when Zaon was done I introduced him to them.
"Zaon, these are Yuna's adopted brother and sister. And are you willing to journey with us?" I asked. Zaon walked up to Wakka and Lulu, and asked if they took care of Yuna while I was with them. They didn't hesitate to say yes. Zaon then gave them hugs and thanked them. That is when he said that he would journey with us. Sora started dancing in joy when Zaon said that he was joining only to get to know Yuna. Typical Zaon, I thought. So Zaon took half of my bags, but of course I kept the Crests.
Maester Kelk stopped us as we started to get ready to leave and asked if we had the strength to go on. I told him I was ready to face the trials of Mt. Gagazet, and he let me pass. I got to the first stone marking, and Yuna was just coming up the slope with her guardians. That is when Biran and Yenke started taunting Kimarhi. Tidus tried to jump in but Kimarhi wouldn't have it.
