We were ready, so we headed to the airship. This time we had Dawn with us. Dawn and Drew still didn't have weapons, so I asked Dawn to learn from Yuna and Drew from Auron. Auron raised an eyebrow when he was asked, but I told him the more people we had the better the odds. With that thought in his head, he agreed. I handed Drew a two-handed sword and Dawn a staff, then sent them to Yuna and Auron. I, on the other hand, had to talk to Cid.

"Cid, we need to train before we go for Sin. We need to go to the Omega Ruins. Can you take us there?" I asked. He nodded and turned to set the course. I told Yuna that my new guardians needed to train, and she told me that she would follow. When we were dropped off, Auron looked surprised but gave everyone the history of the place.

"If it is as you say, then why are we here?" Drew asked. That is when I told him that he needed to practice and so did Dawn. And this is a good place to do so, I thought to myself. We were still missing a sigil from my calculations, and this was the only place that we had not been. So it stood to reason that we would find it here. And we did. It sat in a chest right near the entrance, and now all we needed was to train.

I watched my guardians as they fought fiends, especially Drew. He had took Auron's lessons to heart, and you could see he was a powerhouse. Dawn was careful, and was more timid. Even with her being a healer-type. After a particularly nasty fight, I pulled her aside.

"What is up? I need you to be able to heal us if we get hurt. Here, spells are the norm. Cast that spell and keep us safe or we will all die." I told her, and she flinched. After that, she really got up close and personal with her healing. And before we knew it, she had learned the protection spells. We made good headway in the Ruins, and soon the fiends were easy. By the time we were ready to return to the airship, Drew was swinging his sword with ease and Dawn was learning to cast Curaga.

When we got back on the airship, we found out that Sin was near Bevelle. This was our chance and we had to take it. I told Cid that we were almost ready to fight Sin, we had to unlock our weapons first. So we had to go to Macalania Woods. Everyone followed me onto the Star Path. Or at least that is what I called it. When we got there, I started handing out crests and sigils. Yuna got Nirvana with the Moon Crest and Sigil. Lulu got Onion Knight and the Venus Crest and Sigil, Rikku got the Mercury Crest and Sigil with her Godhand. Wakka had World Champion with his Jupiter Crest and Sigil, and Auron got the Mars Crest and Sigil with his Masamune. Kimarhi was already holding his Spirit Lance so I handed him the Saturn Crest and Sigil. For Yuna's final guardian, Tidus got handed his Caladbolg with the Sun Crest and Sigil.

Here is where I had no clue who got what Crest and Sigil, my guardians. Ben was easier than the others. The Earth Crest and Sigil hummed when he was close, so I knew that was his. His claw hummed as well. But we spent the better part of an hour seeing if any weapons hummed to Dawn, Drew, Zaon, and Sora. Sora ended up with a doll, Zaon with a lance, Dawn with a staff, and Drew with a sword. That left me. I looked at all the weapons we had, and the only thing that caught my eye was my daggers. Could my daggers be my Celestial Weapon? I would need the crest and sigil for me to find out.

After some trial and error, Drew ended up with the Crest and Sigil of Pluto. Zaon had the Air Crest and Sigil, while Sora had the FIre Crest. That left the Water Crest and Sigil for Dawn. I hoped the Rose Crest and Sigil were mine, so I went first. I walked up the path holding my daggers in one hand and crest and sigil in the other. A voice rag out in my head.

"Have you brought a Celestial Weapon? Good, now present the crest and sigil." The voice told me, as I held out everything. My daggers glowed as power was infused into them. When my daggers stopped glowing, I thanked the voice and walked back down to the others. One by one, everyone took a turn at the top of the path. And we had it right. When the last person had powered up our weapons, we returned to the Airship. That was when we were told that Sin was waiting above Bevelle.

It was time.
