I told Cid to get us as close as he could get to the right fin of Sin. And to start singing. As the airship projected the voices of the Al Bhed singing the Hymn of the Fayth, the people below joined in. And Sin stayed peaceful. It took about half an hour to detach one fin so after an hour, we had both fins gone. Sin fell on Bevelle, and then grew wings. Next was Sin's head. And time was of the essence. We didn't even hesitate to give it our all. And soon we had blasted a hole in Sin's armor.

Flying into Sin was an experience let me tell you. Cid couldn't take us as far as we needed, so he took us as far as he could. The Sea of Sorrow. I knew my way so I took the lead. After a half hour, we made it to the stairs that led deeper in. Luckily, Seymour was not there. But there was still so much to deal with. When we finally made it to the tower, I finally said something.

"When we enter the tower, everyone needs to stay close. And if the floor under you starts to glow, let the team know." I explained. Everyone nodded and we entered the tower. Inside was what looked like a forest clearing, with a glowing gem in the distance. I started heading towards a new spot and as soon as I saw another glowing gem, I ran for it. I caught ahold of it, and got the random prize. We did this nine more times, avoiding the glowing lights on the ground. That when the world flipped around.

We all passed out at this time. Next thing we knew, we were standing about five feet from the center where Jecht stood. Tidus stepped up first. Jecht turned to face us.

"Rose, Auron. Your late." He looked at us, then at Zaon and Sora. "Which one is Braska's?" That is when I told him that both boys were Braska's sons. Jecht's eyes widened, and he congratulated Braska and I. Then he addressed Tidus. After they were done talking, he started to stumble backwards while unleashing his power as an aeon. This was the beginning of the end of Sin. Forever. Jecht's aeon was huge, and the sword even more so. We fought our hardest, and soon Jecht returned to his human-ish form. Yuna moved to send him, but he told her that there wasn't time. Bahamut's Fayth appeared behind Jecht.

"The Aeons...call them." Jecht said as Bahamut's fayth told us to call all the aeons. This was it. I summoned Valefor first, and Yu Yevon possessed it. Yuna watched what was happening, and joined us in battle. Once Valefor was defeated, Yuna summoned Ifrit. We pelted it with Ice spells, and soon Ifrit was down for the count. I summoned Ixion next, and Water spells were our friend. Shiva and Yojimbo were just as easy, but Bahamut, Anima, and Magus Sisters were extremely hard.

Once there was no aeon left, Yu Yevon was ready to fight. I told Auron to use Zombie Attack on it, and he did. As soon as Yu Yevon was a Zombie, I threw a Phoenix Down at him. We watched as Yu Yevon got sealed, and I moved to start the sending. Yuna fell into step beside me but I kept my eyes on Auron. He just stood beside Zaon and Sora. As we sent all the aeons and Sin, Tidus started to fade.

"Yuna, I have to go." He said. Yuna stopped and shook her head. Tidus knew it was his time. And that would break Yuna's heart. Yuna ran to grab him, and fell right through him. After a minute, she stood up. Her back to him, she uttered only three simple words.

"I love you." Tidus walked over to her, and placed his fading arms around her. They stood like that for a souple minutes, then Tidus walked though her and took a running start to jump over the edge of the airship. Yuna watched him jump, and turned to me. Tears in her eyes, she asked why.

"He was a dream of the Fayth, come to Spira to save it. Who knows. Maybe he will come back in the future, but right now you are the High Summoner that defeated Sin once and for all. You are a hero." I told her. She nodded and told me I was a hero of Spira too. What got me was Auron. Why was he still here? I turned to him to ask.

"I watched you fade to where ever you went for all those years, and waited. I am Zaon's godfather, and I promised Braska that I would take care of his son. Now I have two sons of Braska to watch over. I will keep my word." He explained. I smiled. Braska lived on in our hearts and in his children.

It took about a week for the stadium to fill with people from all over Spira, and everything to be organized. Yuna was going to speak, with me beside her. But she had disappeared. Lulu went to get her, and when she was ready, she addressed the crowd.

"Everyone here has lost something precious. Everyone here has lost homes, dreams, and friends. Everybody, now Sin is dead. Now Spira is ours again. Working together, now we can make new homes for ourselves and new dreams. Although I know the journey will be hard, we have lots of time. Together we will rebuild Spira. The road is ahead of us, so lets start out today. Just one more thing...the people and the friends we have lost, or the dreams that have faded...Never forget them." I had tears in my eyes by the time she was done.

After the party that lasted two weeks, Yuna asked me if I was coming to Besaid with her. I shook my head and told her that Auron and I needed to spend some time with the boys. And that we would be around the Calm Lands if anyone needed us.

"You are strong enough to help the people without me. And if you do, I am only an Airship away. Besides, I don't think there is room for the four of us in Besaid Village." I laughed. Yuna hugged me, and told me to stay in touch, and I would. She was Braska's daughter...my step-daughter. And I loved her just as much as I loved my boys, but she was almost an adult while my boys were still young. But I knew Yuna and I would meet again. I was sure of it.
