Benji: "I have only one question, why are there so many OCs here? Especially one who is associated with Blake."

Well, do you mean in the previous chapter or the entire story in general? To explain, the reason why I have add so many ocs in this fanfic was give more story to a character (and to the story in general) and to make it dark and gritty. Usually, people dislike Blake because she tends to have a victim mentality while at the same time, having parents who basically live in a mansion on a Faunus owned island, or in other words, living a privilege lifestyle with no struggle. So I use ocs so they can to make her more...understandable?

That's just one example though.

But rest assure! They're not the main characters, just either villains, support characters or throwaway characters. Anyways, let's start the chapter.

Current Time

After that fight with the cyborgs, Adam, Deery, Perry were gonna say goodbye to Crystal which who was now residing at a homeless shelter since her home and grandparents were killed. "Again...I'm really sorry that...we couldn't save your grandparents." Perry apologized again.

"It's...fine..." Crystal sounded incredibly broken after witnessing her grandparents death.

Adam felt really bad but he wasn't gonna show it. He really wanted this convo over so he could head to a White Fang stronghold. "We need to go...it obvious that we're being problems here." Deery said.

Crystal risen a eyebrow, "you guys are causing problems...? Weird...I thought you guys were stopping ours..."

"It's strange. But we hope you can get up from this! See you around." Deery said, hugging the Human girl.

Later, the Faunus trio was riding on top of a large Manticore. Deery sighed, "man I feel bad for that her...she was very nice..."

"Yeah..." Perry muttered. "Hey Adam, where are we heading to anyways?"

Adam sighed. "To the White Fang stronghold you guys came from. I just wanna sit and just relax for a bit."

Deery yawned. "Thank god. I'm tired of doing these random-" Deery paused, remembering what happen after Adam killed that military guy, "actually, now thinking. Adam, not too long ago you said might know who was the cause behind this. I'm assuming Atlas but even I don't think they're crazy to do any of this. This would be all over the news and flames would be headed toward their direction. Not only that attack could possibly start a war between Mistral and Atlas."

"I don't think they'll be having any wars anytime soon..." Adam thought since most of Mistral Hunters were murdered. "Anyways, your getting to the point. But like that guy said, they were coming after me."

"This isn't the last time you see me Adam, but to be honest, I don't think you're gonna survive this."

Adam remembered that. At first, he didn't pay any mind to it due to how random it was. But now, it made sense.

Meanwhile

Blake slept on the trip on the way to the stronghold. Frankly, sleeping on a chair was more comfortable than the ground, "wake up."

Blake eyes fluttered up while yawning "Huh? We're there?"

Sienna tilted her head. "Yup."

They landed and got out on the outskirts on Higanbana. The two scroll a bit before reaching to a cave. It look quite ordinary until they entered where it look just as futuristic as most of the world with the design color being the previous design, red. It wasn't as big as Sienna's stronghold but the size was decent.

When the members saw her, they were surprised as they cleared out the way. "High leader- we thought..."

"High leader Sienna?" The White Fang Lieutenant approached her but his eyes widened up when he saw Blake, "Blake...what are you doing here traitor?!"

(Searching up on RWBY fandom wiki. It was said that CRWBY was going to name the Lieutenant Edward James Almost, so I'm going to be referring him as Edward.)

"Ignore her. Did Keith come here?" Sienna asked.

"He did but we kicked both him, Fennec and Corsac out after finding that they abandoned their fellow members." Edward stated.

"I see." Sienna muttered, "coward."

"What happen with you? We were told that Adam nearly killed you and took over. Then later, Keith and the others rebelled against him and exiled him out the group." Edward explained.

"That was a lie. I was betrayed by my entire group which was started by Keith and the others. Anyways, that's what's not important currently. We're being targeted by Atlas."

"I know. They told us." Edward says. "We were planning to go up there and send a retaliat-"

"No," Sienna cut him off which surprised the White Fang Lieutenant and the others. "We as in a few of us are going up there but not in a retaliation, yet."

Edward was a bit confused, "I don't understand though. What is your plan?"

Sienna grinned as she took out a scroll to show pictures of the dead cybernetic Faunus's and a multiple of other pictures where it shown the Atlas tech model parts near and on the dead bodies. "Use your brain, Lieutenant. It's easy to attack but it is a double edge sword. Those cyborgs are quite destructive and pretty much killed everyone within my stronghold, besides that mutt and his lease dogs. We are gonna go there but we aren't gonna attack until these photos rampage throughout the media and when the culprit is exposed. Then "

"That's...actually a good plan." Blake joined in, "That can lowered down unnecessary deaths on both sides."

"Don't mistaken though. The person behind all this will die, just want to make this easy for us." Sienna says.

Edward did liked this plan but he didn't like the fact that Blake, who abandoned their organization was acting as she was apart of them again, "okay but what about this pathetic traitor? Don't forget that she and her coward of a family abandoned us."

Blake clutch her fists. Usually a comment like that would silence the cat-girl but knowing what happen to her mother made her a ticking time bomb. "You better watch what you say..."

Edward got out his chainsaw, "what are you gonna do, bitch?"

Sienna got in between them both, "enough, both of you." She said, sighing. "Listen, whatever happen then, shouldn't concern us now. We should only be focus on our current threat which is Atlas. Lieutenant, get a couple of elites prepared, so we'll be on our way toward Atlas. The others, have the other stronghold red alert and have their eyes open on those cyborgs. We're leaving within an a while."

Blake stayed silent, pondering if she was going to actually to help plan an assassination attempt on whoever was behind making those Faunus into cyborgs.

Only 30 minutes went by, Blake and Sienna both were eating instant microwave food with Blake understandably nervous, "You okay, kid?"

"I'm just nervous, ya know. Being here and planning an attack on Atlas." Blake says.

"Well, we can split here. I'm only keeping you around just so you can get some closure with...you know, Keith and Adam.

"I do want to help. I'm just-" Blake muttered.

"If you are afraid of having your public image ruined, then I have a position for you that doesn't require fighting whatsoever." Sienna stated.

"I see. I'll try to work with that." Blake replied.

Ruby POV

Ruby, now a newly and official huntress, along with her friends. It made her a happy but not at the level she thought it would be and weirdly enough, she didn't seem surprised.

After discovering about what happen to her mother, and witnessing what happen in both Beacon and Haven, her romanticize version of being a Huntress has lowered. "Ugh, dammit..." She muttered. Thinking about Haven, did made her think about Adam. She tried to forget about him but she couldn't help to wish that things turnt out differently. "Douh!" Ruby grunted as she walked into a lamp post.

Yang giggled, "You okay, Ruby? You're starting to phase out a lot now." Yang says.

Ruby rubbed her forehead, snickering. "Yeah, I'm just still thinking about the stuff that happen at Haven Its not really easy to forget what happen."

"Oh, yeah..." Yang says dismissively. She didn't want to remember what happen in Haven, especially Blake second departure. Changing the subject, she looked around and asked, "where's Weiss?"

"Oh, she said she was visiting her mom and..." Ruby paused when she saw Weiss being grabbed on by some navy blue haired guy. Weiss was obviously pulling away and was uncomfortable. Yang noticed too and started to run over toward them both, along with Ruby.

That until Weiss shoved him back with a Glyph barrier. The boy replied back with a chuckle, not really phased by her reaction "come on babe, it's been awhile since I saw you and you're doing me like this?"

Suddenly Yang shoved the blue-haired away from Weiss, "back off, jackass. Can't you see that she doesn't want to be around you?"

He then look over to Yang with in uninterested yet grinning look. "I'm guessing you gals are her black water friends from Vale, right? Listen, I know you girls wanna get with some rich guys, but I'm already ta-" While saying that, she tried to wrap his arm around Weiss but this time, Weiss actually slashed her Myrtenaster at his waist, causing him to actually flinch and witdraw away from Weiss.

"Shut the hell up and fuck off." Weiss snapped. "Why can't you get it through your thick skull that I want nothing to do with you?!"

"Yeah, screw off or get jumped!" Ruby piped in, taking out her Crescent Rose.

Yang readied her gauntlets. The boy groaned and took his leave. "Who was that guy?" Ruby asked.

Weiss sighed, "He's Henry Marigold...my ex fiance."

"Oh, well that's not surprising..." Ruby muttered before the realization kicked into both of their heads.

"Wait, HUUUH? Fiance?!" Both Ruby and Yang said simultaneously, "y-you were engaged?" Yang asked.

"Not by choice...it was a force engagement, rearranged by my father and Henry's parents. Since Henry was trained under him and is also apart of a rich family, it was normal for us to be married in the future." Weiss stated.

"Well, that's awful." Ruby says

Weiss sighed again and started to walk away, visibly nettled. Yang and Ruby followed with them both concern, "you okay Weiss?" Ruby asked.

"I was just harassed, so no, I'm not!" Weiss replied loudly.

"Okay, that was a stupid question..." Ruby admitted. "Where are you going?"

"To my house to see what my mom is doing..." Weiss says. Ever since she got her, she's been checking on Willow. Surprisingly, Willow has been doing well and has been going to rehab for her alcohol and drug abuse.

When they arrived, Ruby and Yang looked around, astonished at how large and fancy Weiss house. As she was about to go toward her mother's room, she was met with Whitley, "If you're looking for mom, she's still at rehab." he said.

Weiss blinked, noticing that Whitley was wearing sunglasses...inside the house. It was very unusual since Whitley was the type to even wear glasses, he then noticed an small, almost visible bruise on his cheel. Weiss immediately got the thought that something happen. She started to paced toward him with Whitley stepping and stumbling back. "w-what are you doing- oof!" He grunted as he tripped and fell back. Then suddenly Weiss snatched the glasses off, only to reveal that Whitley had a very nasty left black eye. "Gimme those back!" Whitley tried to get the glasses back but Weiss just dodged the hand grab.

"Gee, that's a nasty shiner." Yang commented in.

Weiss glared at him, "Who did this?"

"I-It's none of your business! Just give me-" Whitley tried to go for the glasses again but Weiss just shattered them on the floor.

"Who did this?" Weiss asked again, this time, even looking more dark and cold as she took out her Myrtenaster.

Whitley gulped, never seen Weiss this angry. "I-I just got into a scuffle at school, that's all!" He lied.

She knew that was a lie. Whitley was the nerdy and weak type, so he always avoid fights, knowing that he couldn't fight to save his life. But she decided to test him. "Okay, take me to the person who did it."

"I...I..." Suddenly tears started to form up in his eyes, "f-fine! It was father!" He admitted, "he tried training me b-but I just wasn't cut out for it...he got frustrated and..."

That's all Weiss had to hear. She was about to leave until Whitley just snap, "stop doing that! Stop pretending that you care!"

Weiss look back at him. "Huh?"

"Y-you...Winter are all the same! You pretend to care about others but all you do is care about yourself! Abandoning me to live with these...failure of parents...! Good thing that you two got away but what about me?" Whitley says, crying his heart out. "I'm not strong like you two...!'

Weiss didn't say anything, she just left the mansion with Yang and Ruby later awkwardly following her. "Hope you get better...!" Ruby waved.

Meanwhile

Jaune, Ren, Nora, and Oscar were causally going away, quite confused. They were suppose to be training with the Ace ops but were rejected due to a inconvenience that was explained vaguely. "You know, its very unfair! Like I know we're just newbies to this, but keeping us outta the blue on what's going seems so mean." Nora says.

"Maybe its for the best. We don't always have to know everything." Ren replied.

"True! But the curiosity is killing m-" Suddenly they were all bummed rushed by a lot of news reporters and cameramen. "me..."

They all looked over to an already large crowd that surrounded Sleet and Camilla which who were apart of Atlas council.

News Reporter 1: Can you explained the attack on Eden?

News Reporter 2: Is this a sign of a war between Atlas and Mistral?

News Reporter 3: It has been known that Atlesian robot Knights and militants have been seen around a lot of places. What are your thoughts?

As they kept asking questions, JRN and Oscar just stared and listened out of curiosity. Jaune then just decided to just search up Eden to see what they're talking about. Seeing very recent and somewhat a few week old news articles from several different news stations, it talked about how the Atlesian robots and people with militant forces attacked Eden twice with the hero being a male bull Faunus with the Schnee Dust Company logo burnt within his eye. They also mention Deery and Perry.

"Argus- err, Adam? He's still out there?" Jaune asked himself with Oscar and Nora looking over to check it out.

"You said, Argus. The guy who traveled to Mistral with us?" Nora asked.

"Yup, he was there when those robots attack and later defeated them."

"Well, I guess he wasn't a complete terrible person." Oscar says.

"This is getting too weird." Nora says before looking over to see Yang and Ruby, following behind a storming Weiss, "oh there they are! We gotta tell them what's happening!"

Back with Adam

Adam finally arrived to the White Fang stronghold in Higanbana.

"Woo!" Deery exclaimed, hopping off the Manticore as she stretched her arms out, "finally! I can feel safe!"

"I better get a promotion after all this!" Perry said, also, skipping off the Manticore.

They all went inside the stronghold with the other White Fang members looking surprised, "Deery and Perry? Who's the shirtless black-haired guy?"

Adam glared at the soldier "It's me, Adam. I was told about what happen to Sienna. You know where she is?"

"Oh, Adam! Its been awhile! We heard about what happen in Mistral. You and the White Fang defeated A.F.O."

"Yeah, I don't wanna talk about that...where's Sienna?" Adam asked again.

Another White Fang soldier came in, "She just left not too long ago to head over to Atlas. Word on the street is, we're being targeted by Faunus cyborgs that came from there."

"We know. We fought like a several of them. Surprised we aren't on the news yet." Perry stated.

"Spoke too soon." Deery pointed out.

On TV, reporters were asking questions to about the attack on Eden. They council members were denying it but they did look nervous when speaking about the situation. Adam soon went away to find some clothes, "hey, can you guys build me a new sword? Mine was broken during the A.F.O fiasco."

"Sure. It the lease we could do as if right, you freaking took down the entirely of A.F.O." A White member praised

Adam smirked but at the same time, he did felt bad for people like Glade and Gale. It was a small while later, Adam was in a standard White Fang outfit, except the outfit was sleeveless. Both Perry and Deery laughed, "wow, you look so weird in regular White Fang suit."

"Yeah, it does feel weird." Adam admitted. "Anyways, I'm gonna be heading to Atlas."

"With those clothes? They're gonna jump you if they see you. Besides, Sienna mission is an assassination, not an all out brawl."

"Well then, once that assassination is over, I'm taking them all down. Just like the A.F.O." Adam responded.

"I'm finished with your new Wilt." The White Fang blacksmith said, handing over Adam newly made Wilt sword. "I made the sword more dense, so this time it'll be much harder to break."

"Thanks. Anyways! I'm heading out."

"You're going alone?" Perry asked.

"Yup." Adam flung a black jacket around himself before wrapping a blindfold around his eyes. "these cyborgs are dangerous, so its best if we keep our casualties low. Anyways, see y'all later. That's if I don't die."

Weiss POV

She banged on the desk of the appointment worker of the Schnee Dust company, causing him to skip up by the sudden action, "Weiss Schnee-"

"I want to see my father. He's under arrest for child abuse." Weiss stated.

"Uh- I,"

Weiss shown her hunter's licensed "I am a licensed Hunter and I'm the sister of Whitley's, so I have every right."

"Well then, I'm sorry to inform you but your father isn't here in the moment." A feminine voice said.

Everybody look over to see it was Farah (if you don't know her or remember her, read chapter 10.) Nobody else knew her, except for Weiss of course which who scoffed at the sight of her. She didn't have an extreme negative opinion about her, she just disliked at how Farah was always around her father. The reason why it wasn't extreme because she was like, a pity friend to her daughter. "Then where is he?"

Farah shrugged, "I'm not sure. Maybe he's at with the council. You do know there is an election between him and Robyn."

"That he's definitely losing..." Weiss muttered, heading out of the building with her friends following.

Farah grinned.

As they left, Weiss sighed and later start splitting away from the group, "I'm gonna head home right quick, just to check on my brother. If you see my dad, please call me or other Atlas hunters."

"We gotcha!" Ruby said.

Weiss tilted her head. As she did enter her mansion, she called out to Whitley but didn't get a response, "Whitley! Whitley!" She was about to head to his bedroom but later she was blocked by Henry. "oh my god, what in the hell are you doing here!?"

"C'mon ice cream, you know ya father is a big friend of mine." Henry stated, coming down the stairs.

Weiss immediately got her Myrtenaster ready, not having any time for games. Henry wasn't scared but he did acted cautious, "Weiss, really? Are you still mad at me for what happen 2 years ago? Grow the hell up, I was still young too."

"I don't care, just leave..." Weiss mumbled

"No! I really want to talk about this." Henry said while coming down the stairs.

Weiss backed up as she started to formed a Glyph which caused Henry to halt again. "I'm serious. I don't want nothing to do with you. Our relationship was only built up because of our parents greed, and it ended because you couldn't keep it to yourself, countless times."

Henry didn't know how to respond to that as he glared at Weiss. Suddenly, he flipped over the guardrails which caught Weiss off guard. Soon as she traveled down the stairs, she was met with a fireball, which she did anticipation and blocked it with a Glyphs shield.

Henry weapons is Blitz Knuckles, they're similar to Yang's gauntlets except they look more like brass knuckles and the ammunition is more dust bested. Henry skipped forward to launch a punch at Weiss who sidestepped out the way and slashed her sword down at him. He deflected it with one of his Blitz Knuckles before trying to shoot a fireball point-blank at Weiss. Weiss shield herself with her Glyph but was still knocked back by the explosion.

Weiss flipped backwards in midair before landing on a Glyphs while summoning a few more around Henry. Henry already knew and expected this technique and tried to stop her dead in her tracks by shooting more fireballs at her but what he didn't expected it was a large swarm of small lancers coming at him from all sides, Weiss flipped aside to dodge the fireballs while switching her revolver, meanwhile Henry was grunting and trying to get away from the small lancers, "Told you to go to hell." She slashed a wave of ice toward Henry.

Henry gritted his teeth as the entirely of his left arm generated crystal shards, smashing the wave of ice. His semblance was Crystallization, he can generated crystals around his body for defensive and offensive reason. Weiss already knew this and started to begin a summoning but as she did, but she suddenly turnt, holding back a syringe from another person. It was Frances, Weiss didn't recognize him, confusingly saying, "what the hell are you?"

"Weiss, just sto-"

Weiss was then hit by a fireball from behind, causing her to grunt, this gave Frances to inject the syringe into Weiss neck. Weiss eyes widened, feeling her body and aura suddenly giving up on itself, "w-what...did you..." her words trailed off as he vision was becoming faint.

"Argh!" Henry shouted, kicking Weiss right in the stomach, "jeez! So annoying."

"Hurry it up before her friends come." Frances said, picking up the unconscious Weiss.

There's a new chapter! Could've been longer but I didn't want to make it look like I was rushing it! And by the way, Henry isn't an oc either. He's actually canon but is entirely different from the canon! Anyways, see y'all next chapter.
