Was the sound of the Atlas Androids after Adam pounded his fist against them.

Farah and many others who was inside of the faculty was about Adam causing ruckus.

"argh." Weiss groaned, being woken up by the loud alarm. She then noticed that she was laying in bed in a dark room where her hands would be cuffed and her aura would be locked by an aura anklet. She then remember what happen before she suddenly blank out, "Henry...and Frances. They put me here..."

She then went and bang on the door, "help! Let me out of here!"

But nobody respond. She groaned, looking around to see if she could do anything but no, there wasn't anything there but the bed. She fell onto her knees, feeling helpless but-

Kaboom!

Startled, Weiss dropped aside when the door burst open. Looking over, she saw the person who called her his enemy. "A-Adam?"

She was quite afraid of him. And rightfully so, even though they did had that warm talk, he still labeled her as his enemy and now he found her in her most vulnerable position. "If it isn't the Schnee princess herself. Always needing someone to save her." He ripped off her handcuffs before breaking off the aura lock.

She was bit shell shocked and wonder how Adam even got in here. But now that he was and actually free her, she felt relief. "Here." He handed Weiss her Myrtenaster. "It's empty but it's better than being empty handed."

"Can you tell me what is going on?" Weiss asked in a panic.

"I could ask you the same. I didn't think Humans would have an agenda against you." Adam replied, "but it doesn't matter right now. We need to get outta here."

Weiss tilted her head. She still didn't trust Adam but she needed this alliance if she was going to escape.

The two fought through the Atlesian androids while trying to find the exit. But inevitably, they'll encounter Henry and others, "well, well, well. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Adam and Weiss teaming up? Is this like a sign of unity or are you both trying your best to run away from past?"

Weiss glared at him, "Whatever game you're trying to play, isn't gonna work."

"Is it really? Are you forgetting everything before your crusade toward Vale? Despite how bad you felt for Adam, you still hated him for trying to kill you. That's why your hatred for Faunus still lingered on years after that inci-."

"Stop it." Weiss interrupted him. "I know what you're trying to do. And yeah, its true. I did hated the Faunus for what they did, I did hated Adam...but I-"

Before she could finish, Adam had suddenly bulleted toward Henry in immense speed but before he could attack, he was intercept by an onslaught of bullets that he blocked with his Wilt sword, noticing Frances coming toward them both with his minigun. Weiss was about to assist Adam until she felt a sudden surge of electricity through her body. Dropping to her knees, she look back to find a cyborg who had the look of an ordinary Atlesian Androids but had more of a feminine body structure, her name is E-15. She wasn't alone, the green-haired man that was there before the attack on the village of Eden was there, along with more cyborgs and androids. "Adam, there's a lot-"

She rolled out of the way some lightning bolts but was immediately met with a running knee-strike, she did manage to block it but the strength behind the green-haired man sent her flying back. "You take her back. Me and the others is gonna handle this punk-bitch once and for all." The green-haired man demanded E-15.

He was the same man that ordered Eden to be destroyed. His name was Madson.

Weiss saw the Madson and many other cyborgs run past her just to get to Adam, "geez...talk about a bad rep-" she then maneuver herself with a one handed cartwheel to the left, dodging a forward kick from E-15 before landing a solid hit to the jaw with her foot. She then lunge forward several jabs that E-15 effortlessly parried with her hand blade.

Meanwhile with Adam, he noticed the horde of cyborgs, charging his way, "that fucking many?" he says while blocking a shots and a fireball from both Henry and Frances before directing all that kinetic aura toward Madson and the cyborgs.

Another cyborg by the name of F-16 jumped in front of the aura blast and took as if it was nothing, "shit, Weiss! Where the-" he leapt over back away from the cyborgs and the others. "we need to leave."

"Yeah, there's no- argh!" She jolted up after being shocked by E-15 again, falling onto her knees again but while doing that, she formed up a time dilation glpys. But instead of using that as a retaliation attack, she summoned more glpys over the cyborgs so she could leap over them in rapid succession but while doing that, she summoned three White centinel that lashed out from the glpys she was jumping from as an distraction. As she leapt down, Adam immediately grabbed her and zoomed off with his speed semblance.

The chase was on, as Adam ran, Weiss shield them away from aura shots and fireballs from the cyborgs. Eventually they ran and found some luck. An opening garage door to some hovercrafts.

Once they opened the garage, they found themselves extremely high up, over Mantle. "damn, we have to take an hovercraf-"

Before Weiss could finish, an explosion hit below both of their feet with Adam nearly tipping over and falling out of atmosphere but Weiss manage to grab him by his trench coat, however Henry and the others were behind her, aiming their weapons at her, "Are you seriously gonna risk your life for him? Again? I do remember first time you did it out of guilt...I mean, you caused it. But why now? He's a criminal. A criminal that was apart of the same organization that killed your uncle and many other family and friends...they attacked Beacon for crist sake. Who knows if they attacked one of your friends." Henry stated.

Weiss didn't know how to reply to that, only glaring at Adam because she knew that he was the reason why Blake split from the group from the first time and what happen to Yang's. Adam didn't say anything as simply pulled Weiss out of the opening. "Weiss!" Frances yelled.

"A-adam! What in the he-"

Adam used his grimm powers to form up wings on his back so he could fly down safely. Weiss was weirded out at the fact that he could do that. The others was as well.

They landed softly into the Mantle slumps, Weiss pushed away from Adam with Adam not surprised but a bit annoyed at her reaction. "Well you're welco-"

WAM!

Adam staggered back a bit after getting punched square in the jaw, "urgh, what the fuck?" He held his cheek, "Look, if you're looking to die here, I won't have a prob-"

"Did you really think I'll be buddy buddy with you after finding out what happen in Vale? To what you did to Yang? Not only that but you're the reason why Blake left." Weiss stated with a glare.

Adam was about to say something but didn't know how to reply. Honestly, it was what he expected but he didn't think it'll leave him speechless. Weiss started to dust herself off, huffing, "thank you for saving me though...but don't expect anything..."

"Adam?"

The two looked over to see Fiona with her uncle. She wheeled over to them both, "Weiss- uh! Arrest him!" Fiona shouted, aiming her crossbow right at Adam

Adam risen his hands with Weiss looking baffled at the fact that he was giving up. The two "arrested" Adam, taking him to the Happy Huntresses hideout. "Okay, what's going on? The Happy Huntresses and the White Fang? Do you know how bad that could look?" Weiss questioned.

"I was going to do this regardless since those cyborgs attacked me and a village before." Adam stated.

"Besides, what else are we gonna do besides sitting around and twiddling our fingers? Ironwood has no clue on who's making these cyborgs and is trying his best to keep it quiet." Robyn explained which Weiss did found true since Ironwood told her and the others to keep quiet about it after being attack during their rumble against Cordovin. But it was for good reasons though, at least she assumed. "So Adam was the best candidate for this job. He's a Faunus, he's a criminal and he had experience with those cyborgs."

Weiss found this very reasonable despite how unlikely this alliance was. She and Adam both then explained what they experience. Robyn and the others took the info very well but May didn't, "Henry? No, why...why would he be..." May stammered. She did knew what Henry was like all of the other Marigolds she knew. Selfish, entitled and judgemental. However at least with Henry, she wasn't on the receiving end of his comments so they had a very mix relationship.

"Damn! So what now? We don't have any smoking gun or reliable evidence to prove they are the culprit." Joanna said.

Robyn was taking a look at her scroll, seeing what the poll ratings were since the election between her and Jacques were gonna be over today. She was still in the lead by a good margin. "Let's just wait until the poll is done. At least in the council, we might have our side heard better."

"And I'll start with that once I get back in Atlas-" Weiss checked to see if she got her scroll but no, it was taken once she got kidnapped, "can I use your scroll?" she asked with a deadpan.

Blake POV

After her conversation with Ironwood, Blake wouldn't be able to leave so soon as Winter would be blocking her path, "hmph, why I am gleed to know that this case has gotten more info. I'm curious to know how you manage to get past Mantle's borders." She asked, knowing Cordovin wasn't budging when Humans were trying to get in, so she definitely knew that Blake couldn't get it without some sort of mess.

Blake didn't know how to respond to that since not only she got here illegally but she was with the White Fang leader herself. They were curious too but Ruby decided to defend her friend, "I mean, it's not like she came here to do something illegal. So does it matt-" before she could finish her sentence, her scroll started to ring. Picking it up, she saw that it was unknown, a bit baffled she answered it.

"RUBY!" Weiss screamed through the phone.

"Weiss?"

Winter eyebrows cocked up when she heard her sister's name, "did you say Weiss? Let me speak to her."

Weiss was telling Ruby something but Ruby obliged to Winter's orders and gave Winter her scroll. "Weiss! Where have you been? You've already missed two of my calls! Is your scroll dead or are you ignoring me on purpose? You do know this will result to extra training!" Winter questioned Weiss then told Winter her location which had Winter puzzled, "Mantle? How did you- ugh, fine! I'll send a someone your way, just sit tight."

The call then ended as Winter gave Ruby her scroll back.

"Is everything okay?" Ironwood piped in.

"It's my sister. She went down to Mantle for some reason?" Winter answered, she then glance back at Blake and then eyed over to Ironwood. He nodded in response, allowing her to go.

He then walked over to Blake, curious about her intrusion too but didn't think she had any negative intentions since she did reported something that was urgent. And she was part of Team RWBY or at least he still thought. "Blake Belladonna is it? Very happy to see you here, now that you're with your friends. However, I am curious on your arrival here."

"Um...I snuck into the back of a Schnee dust ship. Since this was important, I didn't think about the repercussions..." Blake lied.

Ironwood nodded his head, "I see, very well then. Like your teammates, I'll be awarding you with a hunter's licensed and provide you new clothes and a weapon."

Blake stayed silent, gulping at the idea of getting caught. Later she and Ruby roamed outside with Ruby grinning with a happy smile since Blake was here. Now that they needed Weiss and the whole squad would be completely together. However, she was concern about Yang's reaction.

Ever since Blake's second and thought to be real departure, Yang only thought of Blake in a negatively light. Ruby did too at first since Blake did slapped Yang but later Ruby knew that Blake didn't really mean too. "So Blake...how's, you know, your situation going?"

Blake sighed, "It's complicated..."

"Well, I'm glad you're here." Ruby says.

Blake then suddenly frozen when she spotted Yang at a hotdog stand, Ruby spotted her too, about to say something until Yang noticed her and then Blake. She was shock but her surprise expression quickly changed into a angry, disappointed one, "what is she doing here?" Yang questioned.

"I..." Blake didn't know what to say as she started to back away from them both.

That only set Yang's hair ablaze as she crushed the hotdogs between her hands, about to leave.

Ruby then decided to say something, "wait, Yang! She came here because she knows more about the cyborgs."

Yang frankly didn't care and started to walk away. Blake headed away too but Ruby followed her, "just wait. She'll come around soon..."

Meanwhile with Adam, he stalked the streets of Mantle from the rooftops.

"Hey!"

Adam jolted up, looking around to see if anyone was there. But nobody was there. He then came to the realization on who it was. His split personality, Argus. "Am I going crazy, again?" Adam asked himself. He hadn't went through this phase since awhile.

"Yup, you are. Is that a bad thing? I got you hooked up with the Human girl."

Adam was reluctant to say anything, only frowning at the thought when his alter-ego said that, knowing why he did. Since seeing Weiss, he started to think of Ruby. It infuriated him, splitting his head apart. "I see why you're here. Don't bother...this feelings will be pushed away." He said. Thinking he and Ruby interactions weren't as serious as he thought.

It was a small while later, time was going for the votes with Robyn was still in the lead. Adam and a few others watched on a local television as the countdown happen, 5, 4, 3, 2,

Adam leaned and bent his back to avoid a sudden stinger that impaled through the window. Adam then noticed that the man riddled the others civilians with bullets. Adam then flipped backwards, shooting both of his feet against the trench coated man, knocking him back.

Adam saw his face clearly. It was Tyrian. The bullets alerted and many others witnessed Tyrian gun down those innocent people. "Him?"

Tyrian started to flee when he heard soaring, Adam was about to chase him down until some green lasers blocked his way, "You again!"

Adam glanced up to see Penny hovering above him with her swords out. "I told that you broken out of Mistral and the Atlesian prison faculty. You're really are a criminal!"

"Broken out of the Atlesian prison?" Adam thought. He wasn't notified or heard anything about being wanted for breaking out of prison. No convincing time, Adam leapt away backwards, dodging more lasers beams from Penny.

He then used his Speed semblance to race away but he was immediately chased by Penny, using her rocket boots to increase her speed. "she could fly too eh? Well, glad I'm more prepare."

He loaded his gun with dust and immediately sent shots around the area that created a large smokescreen. Penny halted before activating her heat sensors but Adam wasn't seen in the smoke. She then flared up into the air, looking for Adam. "Penny! What are you doing?" Marrow called. "There are more dead bodies appearing around here!"

Penny became alert when she heard that and flew over to check it out. Adam manage to gain distance away from the others and hid within an abandoned building, "close call...damn you Henry. So you're behind all of this?"

With Weiss

"I swear! I would never do anything like that!" Weiss protested as she was being taken away to a police station by Atlas officers.

Winter came over to them all and had the officers halt, "what is this? Why is she in handcuffs?"

"It's been reported that miss Schnee was under the use of illegal drugs."

Winter's eyes furrowed, not believing that a bit, "where did these accusations come from?"

"We found a syringe with her DNA." The other officer stated.

"It was Henry and Frances, they drugged me and kidnapped me!" Weiss yelled but the officers weren't budging.

Winter eyes widened when she said that but then she got a call from Ironwood, "okay, Weiss. I'll get you out of there, just wait."

As Weiss watched her sister go away, the girl sighed, feeling helpless again. Once they manage to get her out of sight in the station, she'll be immediately met by a punch to the jaw by one of the officers while the other followed up with another punch but to the stomach, causing her grunt. They then threw her down into her cell. "I should've known! Henry payed you, huh?"

"You should just keep your mouth fucking shut." The cop said and locked her within the cell.

With Adam

The city was in chaos and currently, it was being broadcasted that Penny was the cause of those murders. "Adam."

Adam glanced behind himself to find Robyn, slightly startled at her approach, "how did you find me?" He asked.

"Since you're a homeless figure and all, I figured you'll be near these old abandoned buildings." Robyn stated.

Adam frowned, "I really don't like the phrasing of that but anyway, what's going on? Everything is going to shit."

"I can see that. But I'm more on the side with Atlas screwing things up-"

"Robyn and...Adam?"

The two glance over to find Yang and Ruby with Atlas Androids and Military soldiers.

Robyn immediately got out her crossbow while Yang readied her gauntlets, furious but internally scared at the sight of seeing Adam. She thought this entire feud between them were over. "What are YOU doing here of all places? You seriously can't get enough of us?!" Yang barked.

"Calm down, we're on the same side." Adam says calmly.

Ruby glared at Adam when he said that. "Are we really?"

Which stung deeply in the chest for him but he just shrugged it off, "listen, its all over that Penny was the one who attacked those innocent civilians but it was actually Tyrian, the same guy who attacked us when we were on our way to Haven."

That did made sense to them but that didn't make them do any budging since it was Adam and they needed Robyn. "enough of this negation, both of you put your hands u-"

They were suddenly interrupted by a spear, impaling one of the androids through the head. Quickly getting on guard, they checked behind themselves to find Sienna, Edward and other few other White Fang members. "Been a longtime, Adam." Sienna says.

Adam knew they were in Mantle but didn't expect to see them in circumstances. Adam just nudged Robyn to leave since this was more than she bargain for. "The White Fang...Adam, what's going here?!" Ruby shouted.

"What's going on is that we're going to find out who's converting Faunus into soulless cyborgs. And you're going to help us." Sienna said in a threatening manner as she attached another spear to her chain.

It didn't take long for a fight to happen with Ruby taking on Sienna and the others. That left Yang with Adam, a bit reluctant to attack with her PTSD getting in the way. "Hey, listen..." Adam tried to reasoned with her but her hair was set ablaze as she started to shoot explosive blasts toward Adam. He managed to dodge them but was immediately met with Yang, rocketing right at him with a punch reeled him. He didn't have his sword so he just had shield himself with his grimm substance. But surprisingly, Yang punched blasted through Adam defenses and knocked him far back.

As he was sent barreling, he quickly flipped back onto his feet while drawing out his Wilt so he could deflect more explosive blasts.

With Ruby, she and the other Atlas soldiers pressed aim toward the White Fang, "I got this, you guys go and get backup."

"You sure? These don't look like any ordinary White Fang members."

"I'm sure." Ruby said.

They tilted their head in agreement and decided to ran past Adam and Yang while they're fighting. Sienna didn't understood why Ruby had her own partners leave, she found it stupid really.

But Ruby was a lot prepared, her silver eyes startled to glistening brightly as a white voltage of lightning circled her. It was a lower usage of her Silver Cursed Eyes but they were still a threat to Grimm and others if they gotten in her way. Edward didn't care as he charged at Ruby, swinging his chainsaw wildly at Ruby.

Ruby effortlessly dodged the attacks. After she ducked under another swing, she quickly sent up a high kick right into Edward's chin, sending him flying upward and later having him fall heavily onto the ground. Edward groaned in pain, surprised that she could deliver that much damage.

Sienna took this seriously and immediately went on the offensive, slashing her chained spear at her. Ruby were dodging her attacks too but was more on her feet since Sienna was much faster on her feet. Ruby then took out her Crescent Rose and swung it at Sienna's upper body. Sienna skipped back, avoiding the scythe slash, Ruby wouldn't let up on her as she twirled her scythe downward at Sienna's head "She's too fast." Sienna thought, taking the slash to the face while wrapping her chain around the blade of her scythe, activating her Faunus amplifier to boost her own strength so she could pull Ruby into a punch.

As the punch landed, Sienna pried Ruby's scythe out of her hands, while spinning around and swinging the blade toward the nape of Ruby's neck. Ruby bent her back far backwards, dodging her own scythe blade.

Ruby then soon flipped backwards with Sienna about to go for another attack but before she could, Ruby eyes shined a bright flash that blinded Sienna and the other White Fang members, "argh! what in the..."

Ruby then used her own petal burst to shoot at Sienna but despite her temporary blindness, her other senses very up. She reacted to a heavy dropkick by blocking it with both of her forearms which sent her skidding and eventually falling back but she manage to get back up with her vision slowly coming back but reinforcements were coming. "screw it." She let off smoke bombs around the area before fleeing.

Adam took that as the signal to flee away from his fight. Yang was exhausted from overusing her anger semblance as she then fell onto her knees, Ruby then went to go check on her sister, "You're over pushing your own semblance, Yang! We need to head back." Ruby stated as she powered down from her partial Silver Eye Power up.

Soon JNR, Harriet and Vine came to the rescue.
