It took them a good couple of weeks, but Linnie had finally completed the move in process. Nora came by his apartment one morning to get the big stuff, since she claimed he was too weak to get it himself, but essentially made Linnie move his stuff and unpack all on his own. The spots that were once filled by Arthur's navy blue plates and pillows were now replaced by lime green, red, and pink things. Nora scoffed but shrugged; it was better than paying child support on a baby she didn't want, and at least the house would be less quiet (though Linnie himself wasn't a very loud person.)

Linnie now was approaching 1 month on his pregnancy, and the bump on his belly was starting to get bigger, though his sweater still fit on top of it. Nora rolled her eyes everything she was him rub it and bend over to kiss the baby, but would often just ignore him after wards and go back to watching her TV, sipping a cold beer in her hand. Often times, she was too tired from work and dealing with his symptoms to keep snapping at him.

Nora knew Linnie was an emotional person, but it seemed like he cried every time the slightest thing didn't go his way. It was like she was babysitting an adult Caillou, who whined and cried every time he was hungry, or if Supernanny had a sad family (my lord would she not hear the end of it). Several times, she had to push him off after he lied his head on her shoulder while crying. He really needed to learn some damn personal space.

He had also been copping an attitude with her lately as well, begging her to go to the store for some pickles, strawberries, and ice cream. She did so the first couple of times, just to get him to shut up, but after awhile, it got old. Nora eventually snapped at him that he had two arms and two legs, and could still move around and get his own stuff. She wasn't his maid!

It was like Nora's home wasn't even home anymore! She felt like Linnie was taking advantage of her kindness and treated it like a hotel rather than her place to live. Nora was slowly starting to lose her patience with this pregnancy, and decided to take herself and Linnie out for drinks, in hopes their tension would smooth over, at least for one night.

"Nora please, I've told you. I don't drink! I-I can't drink right now anyways..the baby.."

"Yeah yeah, I know! Stop telling me already! I'm not stupid!", Nora snapped as they went inside the bar, "They have some water, milk, or soda here, help yourself to one of those if you're too chicken shit for some alcohol. Hey Bartender!"

The bartender, after filling another glass, floated over to the couple, a rather apathetic look on her face.

"Yes ma'am? What can I get you?"

"Gimme a juice on the rocks I guess, but maybe use a heavier whiskey instead of that watery shit you used last time, and..Linnie, what do you want?"

"Uhm..maybe some milk, please?"

"God, you don't have to say please all the time, Linnie. That's their job. Just tell them what you want!"

"I-I did. I was just trying to be polite."

"Heh that's ironic.", Nora snarked as the bartender left, "Seems like you're polite to everyone except me these days.

"I-I-I'm sorry Nora. Really I am. I know how hard this pregnancy is for you. I-I just get so emotional and carried away..I-I'll make it up to you, darling. I promise."

"Heh..you better.", Nora snorted before something behind Linnie caught Nora's eye. Oh, but of freaking course. Arthur and Willow just had to be there. They were laughing and joking with each other, occasionally kissing each other which made Nora sick to her stomach. That should've been her kissing me, not that pink haired bitch.

"Nora? What are you looking at? Did you hear me?"

"W-what?"

"I asked what you wanted to name our baby?"

"Bit early, don't ya think? Besides, I honestly couldn't give less on a rat's ass right now. You name it."

Nora continued to stare at the couple behind Linnie, with Arthur and Willow sharing another kiss once more. She was so focused on them, she hardly noticed that a cold glass was placed next to her hand.

"Here you two are. Did one of you want to start a tab or.."

"I will. I'm paying.", Nora said.

"O-Oh Nora please. You don't have to. I-I can handle it.", Linnie said, reaching towards his bag before Nora slapped his hand away.

"I said I got it! Don't make me look like I'm broke. You're embarrassing me.", Nora growled, receiving a weird look from the bartender, "What? What are you looking at?"

"You sure you want to hit him like that? I wouldn't do that, especially not here and especially considering he looks like he's..got something in his oven. Uhm..no offense sir."

"First off, mind your business and do your job! Second, I didn't hit him! I just swatted his hand away from his stupid little purse. And Third, I don't want him to start thinking he gets special little privileges just because he's carrying a child. He's got to learn to be a man."

"Alright, if you say so. Just be careful what you do around here. The last time a bar fight happened, someone got their arm stabbed with a wand."

"Pfft yeah right..like anyone can take me down. Now go on, and get me another drink while you're at it!"

"Uhm Nora? Are you sure we should still be here? I-I don't want you to get hurt.", Linnie squeaked. Nora rolled her eyes.

"I'll be fine. No one's going to screw with me, I can promise you. But you might want to watch your back, ha!", Nora's loud laugh yelped, catching the attention of Arthur and Willow, who came towards their seat. Willow had a smug look on her face, while Arthur, though he still looked happy, couldn't help but feel sorry for Nora.

"Nora wow! I did not think I'd see you here. I see you've brought a date. How're you, Mr. Linnie?", Arthur asked Linnie, who smiled sweetly at him.

"I'm alright, thank you dear."

"Aw, is that a baby?", Willow asked, reaching her arms out towards Linnie's stomach. Nora smacked them away immediately.

"Hey! Keep your filthy hands off, you slut! You've already got a man.", Nora scowled, making Willow jump and Arthur stand in front of her.

"Nora, relax! She just wanted to feel the baby! She didn't mean any harm."

"Well, she needs to learn to either keep her hands to herself or ask me! Linnie's not yours bitch!"

"Nora please, we're out in public and..", Linnie squealed, looking more nervous that he had even been before out of blind fury, Nora smacked Linnie across the face..in front of several biker women sitting next to them.

"Hey hey! What the hell's going on over here! What'd you smack him for?", one of the bikers, a large female fairy with mulleted, orange hair asked, "What gives you the right to smack a pregnant man like that? The hell's wrong with you?"

"I-I well..D-Did you not hear him! He was back talking me!", Nora yelped, before receiving a punch, falling down to the floor with her cup flying down with her. Arthur and Willow backed up, though Willow was trying (and failing) to hold her laugh in while Linnie looked extremely uncomfortable.

"N-Now please, s-she didn't meant to hit me. I-It was just an accident, I'm sure.", Linnie said, shaking in case he got hit as well.

"Oh no honey, that was no accident. She clearly meant to hit you. I think it's best you get out of here. Wouldn't want a pretty guy like you getting roughed up here, especially with..you are pregnant right?"

"Y-Yes ma'am."

"You ain't gotta call me ma'am, honey. I just didn't want to assume. You get outta here and head home. Don't worry. Your little lady friend won't be back super late."

Linnie yelped as he bolted out the door, though as he looked back, he saw a dust cloud of fists and punches being throw, Nora barely able to get off the floor. He saw that she had tried to strike some, but was immediately cancelled out, and smashed to the floor, making her face bruised and bloody. He flew as fast as he could back to Nora's, keeping a hold on his stomach the entire trip, and collapsed on their bed with small tears prickling the sides of his lime green eyes. Oh man..what did he get himself into?
