"You can't do this!" His voice roared throughout the heavy, thunderous clouds that clashed and poured on the crowd outside of the Fairy Tail Guild. He struggled against the Royal Guards, gasping when one had kicked his feet from under him and slammed him down on the ground - stomach first. His eyes dilated into angry, struggling against the anti-magic cuffs they had put on him. "YOU CAN'T TAKE HER AWAY! LU-"

"You have the right to remain silent, Natsu Dragneel!" One of the guards kicked his side, getting Salamander - Natsu - to roar even louder.

Tears welled up in his eyes as he watched from afar as Mukerov, the guild master of Fairy Tail, lead Lucy away who was struggling just as much as the salamander. "LUCY!" He shouted, gasping against a boot crushing his head into the ground. "Let me GO!"

"Natsu!"

A mind filled with the previous events, Natsu awoke with a start, crying out for Lucy as he reached for the faded image of Lucy's screaming, afraid expression as she too, reached forwards to grasp his hand - but there was nothing but the pitch darkness of the wall made out of his room. He panted, staring at what his hand didn't catch. Nothing. He failed. His heart thudded loudly in his chest, and his fingertips. His ears were burning and his cheeks were red. Sweat drenched the sheets underneath him, and his clothes, his hair damp. His neck ran cold chills down his back.

There was shifting beside him. "Natsu?" A squeak came out.

Shutting his eyes, he quickly re-opened them with a gasp, surprised by the burning sensation he got. "Happy." He gasped out, turning his head to the left and looking down, Natsu saw his blue, feline cat, looking up at him with a sadness in his eyes that he couldn't quite catch what it was. But it was there. "Hey, buddy," Natsu whispered, reaching with his left hand and petting the cat on the head, softly. "Did I wake you?" He asked, retreating his hand as the cat looked up once again.

"It's ok," He stated, licking his lips. His black eyes flickered around the room, nervous. "I was already up."

Natsu nodded, and blinked slowly, taking in a yawn. He checked the time. Midnight. "Go back to sleep Happy," He said, turning his whole body away from Happy as he slid off his sheets that were barely staying on the corner and placed his feet on the cold wooden slabs. His eyes shot upwards as he stared at the doorknob. The feline said nothing in return but only a pitiful stare as the animal watched the mage get up and exit their room.
