Amon Sur,one of Sinestro's most skilled elite,searched throughout the forest to find the escape pods. The forest was covered with many gigantic trees which hid the pods perfectly.But for a skilled elite like him,it was easy to find one.There was the insurgency's leader Supergirl. Amon had brought Kryptonite just in case,and he took it out from his pocket."You die now,girl." Amon opened the hatch,when he was taken away by a green lightning. "What?!" Before Amon could react,the Green Lantern pulled out a sword from his strange gear and tried to slice him. Amon quickly flew away to evade the blades,but the Lantern pulled out a wire from the grappling gun attached to his wrist and came after him. The Green Lantern was incredibly fast and his face was furious,which made Amon feel fear. Supergirl's pack got out of the room and saw two lights colliding,and decided to follow them. Amon's mind was full of escaping the Lantern behind him,so he never saw the trap,in front of him. The Green Construct formed many wires coming out from many barrels and it stabbed him accurately. Unable to move,Amon saw the Lantern in front of him,with cold expression."Please! Don't kill me!" Amon begged for mercy,but his opponent never listened to him. Instead he pulled out the blade from his gear and shouted "You Die!",and it was the last thing Amon saw. The Lantern sliced his both eyes and blinded him,then sliced his head in half. Supergirl's group watched this from a close location."Nice kill." Jason said. The Lantern immediately noticed the voice and turned around to see the group. "You have amazing combat skills,we need warriors like you in our cause. Who are you?" Supergirl asked the Lantern. The Lantern took off his hood and revealed his face and blonde hair,and answered her question."I am Armin Arlert of Survey Corps ,and I'd like to ask the same for you."he said. "I am Kara Zor-El.and that one you killed works for the regime.I see that you have great hatred toward them don't you?" She asked."That yellow light with mustache murdered most of my comrades. This alone is the rightful reason to kill him."Armin hissed."Sadly,it is not him.The one you killed is Amon Sur,the one you are talking about is Sinestro.He also works for the regime." Red Hood told him. "And I was glad to see that I am not the last of the Green Lantern corps my friend.By the way,what does the symbol on your back stand for?"Jessica asked,pointing at the symbol with blue and white wings ."It stands for freedom,bird can fly toward anywhere with their wings,that is why the symbol came to be.And this is not a costume,but an uniform." Armin answered.
After Armin was done cleaning off the blood from his uniform,they went into the forest to find other pods,but Laura heard a strange sound coming.It was like an giant coming closer. The sound got louder and louder.Armin knew what was coming and he said,"Run". From the forest,an Titan with a female body came running to kill them, Armin growled"That whore!" and activated his gear again and aimed his blades at its nape,but unfortunately for ,the gas run out and he fell on the ground.The Female titan stomped on ,the justice league opened fire and shoot the titan,but it hardened its body and none of their weapons worked. was forced to construct a shield around him,and it was this moment Jessica realized that didn't know he can fly without the gear.Jessica shouted at her last comrade,"You can fly without your gears! Just do it! You avenge your friends! Don't die here!" and Armin realized . In moments, Armin shoot an energy beam toward the Female Titan's foot,in the next second,he constructed energy blades attached to his arms,and sliced the Titan's skin with incredible speed,giving the Titan no time to harden the body,he went straight to the nape and sliced it. Then another one came,it had armored skin. "I saw it in the storage!" Jason gasped and fired him firearms,but his rifles did no damage. "Leave this to me." Armin said and fired missiles attached to his arm at The Armored Titan's face,and completely shattered it.He fired the same weapon at its nape and destroyed the Titan.The rest of the insurgency all heard the noise and came to the sight where two Titans laid dead. But it wasn't still over,an Titan with a shark-like jaw attacked Optimus from behind,Optimus immediately punched the Titan in its face and poked its eyes out,the Titan tried to slash Optimus with his claws,but Optimus reflected fast and sliced the Jaws Titan's arm and sliced its head off with his energy axe. Then the sky was suddenly covered by a flash of light,which soon turned into a huge explosion. The two lanterns constructed an energy shields for their allies,and saw the Colossal Titan in front of them. "Oh no,it's way bigger than Bruticus." Elite One gasped. "How do we even beat that thing.?" Jason questioned. "Its only weakness is its nape. But this Titan is the most dangerous one. He will burn you alive before you get there.I speak from experience."Armin said. "Autobots,open fire!" Optimus yelled and all six Autobots began to fire at the Colossal Titan,the Titan unleashed an steam with immense heat and the steam began to burn the tree."Do you have a plan?" Supergirl questioned . "Its steam is a powerful weapon,however it will eventually run out. When it is exhausted,I will go for the nape. These things are responsible for the destruction happened in my home.I should be the one to kill them"Armin replied. To force the Colossal Titan to emit more steam,the insurgents fired at the Titan from a far location.Mary and Thor electrocuted the Titan,Jason,Lena,and the Autobots fired their energy blasters,Supergirl blasted the Titan with heat vision and Iron Man used uni-beams, Eventually,the Titan let out more steam,and with the steam made of water,it was all absorbed by Mera's power and did no harm to the insurgents. Slowly the Titan became skiny,and Mera used the water to create a tidal wave to distract it, then Armin made it to the nape. He prepared his construct swords and said "This time Bertolt,stay dead!" then slew the Colossal Titan. Armin approached to the Armored Titan's nape where a human body laid there, and said with his construct blaster prepared,"Any last words?". "You will never win this war,Sinestro is done researching on the Founding Titan,soon your island will be nothing but a land of mindless Titans." the human replied."Tell me where he is Reiner! Before I kill you." Armin shouted. "He is at the factory in Shinganshina district."Reiner answered. "That what I needed to hear." Armin said and turned to the insurgents."Leave them,we have a bigger problem,not only for me,but for all of us. Sinestro dies today."
Meanwhile at the factory Sinestro was torturing a boy,and he took blood of the boy from his spine. "I helped you destroy the Special Force,I stayed loyal to you to protect my home! Why is this what I get!?" The boy yelled. "We have no need for you anymore. Now,your desire for freedom is just an annoyance. That is why I dispose of you here Eren Yeager . " Sinestro answered question in cold voice.Sinestro readied his construct axe to kill Eren,but Eren resisted by creating a warhammer construct,but Sinestro broke it with ease." Do you think such fragile weapon can stand against my power,human?" Sinestro brought his axe up to kill Eren before he took an green chain to his arm,stabbing it."Face me! Sinestro!" Armin yelled and pulled Sinestro away from his best friend .Sinestro immediately constructed a sword and said." Didn't I kill you?". "I have risen from the hell to kill you."Armin replied and they engaged in a sword fight. "Shouldn't we help him?" Laura asked Supergirl. "Let him have his revenge, we need it." Lena replied. Armin stabbed Sinestro in the stomach and punched him. Sinestro got up and threw Armin away. But Armin knew what to do,he constructed a chain again and tried to stab Sinestro with it,even though it missed, Eren deflected the chain and it stabbed Sinestro in his chest.Armin pulled him back and yelled "Give me your face!" and ripped Sinestro's skin on his face,making Sinestro cry in pain. Then he punched through Sinestro's chest and took out his heart,and crushed it in his hand. "For the Survey Corps and the Green Lantern Corps,you fall." Eren was relieved to know that he was safe,and he saw the face in front of him. "Armin ?" he said in surprise,because he had never seen Armin violent and ruthless like this.Armin had no words.But Eren understood what happened to him,he found out Sinestro slaughtered his friends,and understood why his friend became more merciless than he could ever be. Suddenly a noise was heard from the city. "The city is under attack." Optimus said. "Let's go save the people." Tony answered.
In the city area,the remaining soldiers lead by Rico Brzenska were fighting back against zombie Survey Corps soldiers and else. "There is too many of them!"Hitch Dreyse yelled and one of the alive soldiers got killed. Three undead soldiers smirked at the sight,but was shoot down by Optimus' blaster. Then a gunshot was fired at Optimus,but it did no damage. It was fired from the blaster on the Cart Titan,Armin immediately went to slay the Titan without mercy and killed it with ease. It was easy for the insurgency to take care of the undead soldiers without any Metahuman abilities.The soldiers were reunited with two comrades,and was surprised by Armin's Superpower. "How do you even float without the gear?!"Hitch asked Armin. "This ring is what gave me this power."Armin responded." I thought I lost you both,I never though I could see you both together again"Mikasa Ackerman cried and hugged her friends in joy."I've got a lot of things to make up for you and my home for the crimes I have commited to my home when I was in the regime.And I should tell you that I don't hate you." Eren told Mikasa and he and Armin returned the embrace.Supergirl explained who they are and told the situation."Your world is under the invasion of Superman,my enemy.The regime invaded your home and slaughtered your comrades,But we have risen up to avenge what is lost."she said.However,victory did not last for them. A cybertronian tank came and transformed into its robot-form. What is this mono-eye titan?" asked in terror. "That is Shockwave." Optimus answered. Then Barricade came and transformed,and roared then attacked blurr from behind. Barricade managed to take down blurr for a while,but blurr used his speed to outrun Barricade's mace and punched Barricade from a several direction while running like Barry Allen. Barricade took all the punch and was thrown away.But Shockwave was a way bigger problem. Optimus took his axe and tackled Shockwave,only to be blasted away by Shockwave's arm cannon. Elita jumped onto Shockwave's face and tried to shoot his eye,but she was pinned down by Shockwave's foot. Shockwave aimed his cannon at Elita's face when Dreadwing's cannon fired at it,making Shockwave miss. Dreadwing pulled out his sword and tried to slice Shockwave,but he was kicked away. "We cannot beat that thing." Lena sighed in despair. "His mono-eye is his weakness.I need more distraction." Optimus stated. "We need to stop its movement."Jason said.This gave Armin an idea.He ordered his best friend."Use your warhammer ability to trap Shockwave inside the construct,it will give Optimus enough time." Using the Warhammer power,Eren constructed a Titan body and attacked Shockwave with hardened construct. The Attack Titan distracted Shockwave by trying to slice Shockwave's chest,and the insurgency all fired at Shockwave,making Shockwave take an defensive position. Eren trapped Shockwave inside the hardened construct,giving Optimus enough time to shoot Shockwave's eye.With Shockwave taken down,all of the insurgents sighed in relief.But Supergirl was not." We need to gather more allies,we cannot win this fight." She said and activated the mother box,and the insurgency except normal soldiers followed her.
Meanwhile in Superman's fortress,Quan Chi reported to Superman about the regime's recent failures."Lord Superman,I am sorry to report that Sinestro has perished.And it seems the insurgency has figured the way to restore the revenants." Quan Chi told Superman. "You pathetic morons! Quan Chi! Gather your revenant forces at your fortress in the Netherrealm,and obliterate them! And resurrect Sinestro!" Superman scolded the evil Sorcerer. Quan Chi went out by the portal and went to the Netherrealm,where he would prepare his army.
I am very sorry for the long wait. I thought how the fight should go for a long time. By the way,the next chapter will have the greater amount of fight scenes. And a shocking betrayal will happen in the end of the next chapter...
I made Armin more ruthless and merciless than his original counterpart because I really hated how soft he was toward his enemies. If you don't know about Attack on Titan and get confused,please read the wikipedia.
Constantine will appear in the next chapter with the remaining Kombatants in the Mortal Kombat universe.
