Chapter7 strange places

Draco's pov

I open my eyes and let out a loud scream at the top of my lungs I shout "WHERE THE HELL AM I? WHAT IS THIS PLACE? "The lady who looks like a nurse calm says "it's ok love, you're safe here" she pats my knee I jerk away from her touch. I look around and take in my new surroundings where is here exactly? touching my ear thank God it's still there, I think to myself at least at can hear still. then I hear his voice.

"Hey, you're awake, boy who knew you can scream so loud" he laughs, his laugh is rich like honey, "can you remember anything at all?" I look into his eyes, and I mutter under my breath "no".

The old lady lets out a huff "oh we have so much work to do"" work what does she mean by work?" I panic when she gets the supplies out, scrambling backwards I hit my head on the bed post.

"oh ow my head hurts really bad "my hand dangles of the bed "now let's take a look shall we?" I whimper "you're not going to hurt me, aren't you? "no I'm not going to hurt you I promise" the green eyed boy speaks up "if it helps you can hold my hand if you want" he extends his hand to me and I enclose my fingers around his.

The nurse checks me for injuries she scribbles down something, my grip tightens around his fingers "there are a few broken bones here and there, and you'll need stitches on that ear, any further than that hippogriff would've killed you for sure".

Bloody stupid creature thank you for getting me here, and me holding this boy's hand I take a breath and say "can you hurry up and get these stitches on me"

I'm scared shitless what are these stitches?, the nurse gets the equipment out for the stitches, holding my breath I turn my head away and wait for the pain. I take a glimpse of her name tag I giggle "What's so funny?" she asks "nothing at all".

When the needle slipped into my ear I tried to hold back a scream, but failed miserably "OW,OW,OW,OW!" "hey it's ok I'm here-" I look at the nurse, when he slaps my face.

"Don't look at her, look at me, don't focus on the pain focus on me" he says soft and gentle.I look into his green not worrying about the pain at all.

5 minutes later...

My heart's pounding when I open my eyes the pain fades "phew glad that's over", laughing I cover my hand with my mouth Madam profrrey hands me a cup with a strange pink fluid I sniff the fluid, grimacing" ewww what is this stuff?" the boy grimaces as well "you might want to pinch your nose when drinking that if I were you, trust me iv'e been there" I chuckle "as if this stuff regrows your bones, does it?".

He gives me the shut up and drink the potion look, tipping my head back I gulp it down, shuddering "that was the most disgusting thing I ever had" madam promfrey crossed her arms across her large chest " what did you expect, pumpkin juice?" she stormed of we looked at each other and laughed so hard I could feel tears coming out of my eyes.

"is she always like that?" I asked he replied " always" he says "always"

"Anyway what's your name?" he asks me should I call you the boy in the woods-" I ,mange to say through the pain "Draco my name is Draco Malfoy"
