In a second Theodora was inside the city hall. She needs to talk to her mother now. Something is happening... She could feel it. This kind of magic was different and it could be dangerous. She wouldn't let anything happen to this town's people.
"Theo? What are you doing here?" Regina's secretary asked the girl as soon as she appeared in from of her.
"I need to talk to my mother now!"
"Sorry, but I can't let you in. She's in an important meeting right now, Theo."
"I don't care... " she sighed, trying to control herself. "Look, I need to talk to her, it's important."
"Is someone dying?" the woman asked.
"No, but if I don't talk to her, someone may die soon." before the woman stop her, Theodora ran to her mother's office, opening the door. "MOM!" Regina was sitting on her chair, facing king George.
"Theodora! What are you doing here?" Regina got up from her chair, meeting the stressful girl. "What is wrong?"
"I'm sorry, Madam Mayor, I tried to stop her, but..."
"It's ok, Miranda. Thank you." Regina nodded to the woman, turning to her daughter. "What's wrong?"
"Did you feel it?"
"What?"
"Magic, mom! Did you feel it?" Theo was nervous, she hates surprises. She hates not knowing what was happening.
"No, Theo, I didn't feel anything."
"Excuse me?" King George cleaned his throat, and Regina turned to him. "So, I really need you to sign those papers for me, Regina."
"I know, I'm sorry, but I'll see what I can do. I'll read everything and I promise to call you back."
"No! This is taking too long already. I need you to sign it now." King George was visibly angry, and before Regina could say anything, the old man disappeared in a cloud of yellow smoke, and the door behind them closed with a bang making Regina jump.
"What..." She whispered and turned to her daughter.
"Mom, something just got to town. It's strong magic, maybe dark? I don't know, but we can't lose time hearing this old man throwing a tantrum. We need to find out what the hell is going on."
This was new. Regina never saw her daughter like that, and there's a lot of things she needs to learn about the young girl.
"Alright, dear heart, please let's calm down, first. Tell me what you felt." Regina grabbed the girl's hand, sitting together on the couch facing each other.
"I was just finishing my lunch when I felt a pull... I could feel different magic."
"How?"
"Like... It's a different kind of dark magic. How it got here I have no idea, but it is here and we need to find out."
Regina was confusing. Yeah, there's a lot she needs to learn about her daughter, but how is that possible? She can really feel any magic? Even if it's not close to her? How powerful her daughter was?
"Mom, it's like a pull. I-I felt it. And we need to find out where this came from?"
"Look, I can't find it just like that. I don't know what are you feeling, or where this is coming from." Theo was about to protest, but Regina stopped her. "However, I'm worried, and I promise you, I'll see what I can do for now." The mayor smiled at her daughter, but Theo was visibly distressed. "Please, dear heart, try to calm down. I'm as much as worried as you're right now. First, I'll call Emma, and tell her to keep an eye on Henry. You'll be back to work, and let me worry about that."
"No, but mom, I can help you. I told you, I can feel it. So, with me, it'll be easy to find where and who got in Storybrooke." Theo got up from the couch, walking around the office.
"Theodora, I want you to go back to work, and let me deal with it. I'm not asking you." Regina was using her Evil Queen's voice, and Theo stopped to look at her mother. Regina walked toward the girl, standing in front of her. "You need to trust me, and let me handle this. I promise that if I find something, I'll tell you." Theodora could see that her mother wouldn't let her help, so, she will need to do it herself. Not waiting to get into a fight with her mother, the girl only nodded and before Regina could say anything, Theodora disappeared in a cloud of yellow smoke.
Regina didn't understand exactly what just happened, it was the first time she saw her daughter so stressed about something. She got worried. She will find out what is happening in her town and then take care of her daughter.

"Rumple!" Theodora walked toward the store, and the old man was right there, behind the counter, probably waiting for her.
"Oh, hello, your majesty." He smirked.
"Something got to Storybrooke."
"Something?"
"Yes, don't you feel it?" What's wrong with those powerful sources from this boring town? How can anyone feel the problem that was coming?
"What are you talking about?" Oh, he knows. That fuck smirk on his face is telling her everything.
"Just fucking tell me. You know.-"
"Calm down, dearie." Rumple walked out of the counter, to meet the girl. "I felt it too, however, I can't tell you who got here. All I know is that whatever it is, there's dark magic, and it is something we need to worry about."
"That's what I was trying to tell my mom." Theodora wasn't stupid. She didn't trust Rumple, however, she also know that He wasn't stupid to mess with her either. Rumple has his interest in keeping her alive and close, so, he would never do anything against her. However, he would mind if someone do.
"Don't worry. I'll keep an eye on whatever happens."
"You need to tell me. If you find out anything. You need to tell me, Rumple. I'm not joking. It could be anyone, and we sure don't want this intruder to be Cora." Hearing the woman's name, Rumple's eyes narrowed and he nodded.
"Don't worry, dearie. I'll keep you in touch, now if you excuse me, I need to work on it."
"I'm not an idiot, Rumple. If you lie to me...-" Her eyes were yellow, and Rumple smirked.
"I won't"
"Fine. Let's just say... i'll try to trust you this time. See ya, friend." Theodora flick her wrist and in a second, she was back at the stable. Now she needs to talk to Jackson, she almost forgot about the almost kiss early that day. She can't act like nothing happened, because she wanted something to happen.

She didn't know what happened, but it was the first time she saw her daughter like that, so, she won't ignore the girl. If the girl can feel something, the mayor would trust her, so, she got out off the couch to call Emma.
"Hey." Emma answered the phone, with a small smile on her face.
"Emma, I-I need your help," Regina said, sitting in her chair.
"Oh, what is it?"
"Theodora came to my office and she was pretty nervous. She said that she felt something getting in Storybrooke. Or maybe, someone. She could feel dark magic."
"What? Like... How?"
"I don't know." Regina sighed. "I don't know what is happening, Emma. All I know is that my daughter is worried. I'm just calling you to let you know that if you see something different, please, contact me."
"Of course, Regina. I'll tell my parents too. Did she really feel dark magic? I mean, how?"
"I don't know, Emma. She just feel it and she just appeared at my office to tell me. She was kind of scared too..."
"Alright. I'll keep an eye around. If I see something I'll call you."
"Ok, thank you. If I have more information I'll tell you."
"OK, bye, Regina."
"Bye, Emma."
Regina hangs up and decides to cancel all her meets of the day. She needs to figure out what was happening, and there's only one person in this town that could help her.

It wasn't so hard to find him. He was brushing one of the horses and he seems distracted, so, she stayed there, hiding for a few minutes just thinking about what her mama said to her. To take it slow, but they could do things slowly, right? Yep, they could do that. So, she walked toward him, and as he saw her, he put the brush away and was ready to say something when he felt it. Theo placed her hands on his cheeks and her lips met Jackson's. She closed her eyes, and he got shocked for a few seconds, before finally realizing the situation and wrapped his arms around the girl's waist. They kissed until there's no oxygen for them, and Theo broke the kiss without letting his face go. They were smiling, literally like teenagers.
"What was that?" Jackson asked, caressing her waist.
"I'm sorry I ran away from you. Part of me was scared, and the other part had something to do." The girl chuckled.
"It's ok. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I just..." Jackson pecks her pink lips a few times, making her giggle. "I couldn't take this anymore. Be so close to you and not kiss you or touch you. You won my heart since the first time I saw you."
"Mmm... It took some time for you to win mine." Theo narrowed her eyes, and Jackson pressed her against him.
"So, I think I should take you out on a date."
"That would be great."
"Alright m'lady, I'll take you to a great first date."
"I like simple. And just spending the day with you is simple and good enough for me." Theodora wrapped her arms around his neck and they kissed again. A sweet, calm, and lovely kiss.

"Well, well, well, getting another visit from a Mills today. And I can imagine why you are here, your majesty." Rumple was putting away one small box when Regina walked into his store.
"Another Mills? Theodora was here?" Regina was surprised and suddenly angry with her daughter. She knows better than to not get near Rumple.
"Yes, she was here. We are close friends. She didn't tell you?" Rumple smirked, and Regina sighed. She wouldn't get into his games again.
"Look, you know why I'm here."
"Yes, dearie, I know. You're here because your special daughter felt something and you want to know if I know something."
"And do you? Do you know what got into Storybrooke?" She wasn't there for a chat. No, she wants answers.
"No, unfortunately, I don't know what or who is visiting your town." Rumple walked around the counter, to meet the queen. "But it could be anyone. Maybe a family member." He smirked again, and Regina could fireball that damn smirk. However, hearing what he just said, made her think. He knows something. "But don't worry dearie, I'm just as worried as you are."
"It's not Cora," Regina whispered to herself. It couldn't be.
"Who knows? She was in the Enchanted Forest after all. And if Emma and Snow are back, she may have found a way too."
"You know something. Tell me, Imp." A fireball appeared on her hand, but Rumple chuckled.
"I don't know. But like I told you, I am just worried as you are. If it's Cora, I want her dead just as much as you do. So..."
"I don't want my mother dead. I just... I-" Regina never thought about that. She never wants to kill her mother, she just wants to be free from her.
"I see..." He walked back to behind the counter. "Anything else?" Regina looked at him. She was hoping that maybe he would help, but like always, he plays games and is hiding something. Without saying anything, she stared at him for a few seconds, before turning and walking out of the store.
However, as Rumple was about to walk away, he felt that right there, in the middle of his store was the one he clearly wasn't happy to see.
"Hello, my dear friend Rumple."
"Cora, what a pleasure."

Regina didn't know exactly what she was looking at, so, for now, she would just keep an eye on everything. She already told Emma, so, the savior would be alert too. Now she was in her kitchen doing some lunch for herself when her doorbell ring. She wasn't expecting anyone, so, she got ready for anything. Leaving her lunch at the counter, she walked toward the door and as she opened it she finds Emma waiting.
"Emma?"
"Hey, sorry showed up like this... I just want to see if you were ok."
"Oh, yeah, I'm ok. Did you talk to your parents?"
"Yes, they will keep an eye around."
"Ok, that's good." Regina stayed at the doorway and Emma was just there, awkwardly standing in front of the mayor, with her hands in the back pockets of her jeans. She didn't think when she drives to the Mayor's house, she just want to see Regina and make sure the brunette was ok. After her call, Emma got a bit worried with them all and thought that maybe she would just pass by. "Do you- do you want to come in? I want to talk to you about something."
"Uh-I-yeah, sure!" Emma walked into the house and Regina closed the door behind them. They walked together toward the kitchen, and Regina got back to her lunch.
"Do you want something to drink? Water? Coffee?"
"Oh no, thanks... " Emma sat on of the stool and Regina sat in front of her. "So, what do you want to talk about it?"
"Emma, I know Theodora already told you this, but I want your help to find out if Maleficient is alive."
"Oh, yeah... She mentioned that the other day. Do you really think she is alive?"
"I don't know, but it's better to check it out. And even she is mad at me at this point, I can still keep her by our side. I have no idea what got into Storybooke, but Theodora was pretty agitated. And it's better to have Mal on our side."
"Well, I just don't want her to kill me. I killed her, I don't want her to try to do the same to me." Emma chuckled, as Regina rolled her eyes.
"She won't. If she's alive, I'll be there with you, so, she won't try to kill you."
"Alright, I trust you, Regina. When do you want to go?" It was still new and overwhelming for Regina to hear that Emma trust her, so, she tried to hide her smile and control her beating —the crazy heart.
"Maybe tonight? After dinner. It'd be better to just do it now."
"Sure. We can go fight the dragon again." Emma sighed making Regina chuckle.
"You don't have to worry, dear. Let's not forget that I locked her there for 28 years. She would be piss with both of us."
"True. Let's her decide which one was worse." Emma laughed and Regina just smiled. "So, I'll go get Henry, and I'll meet you here after dinner.
"Alright, I'll text you when I'm finished here."
"Ok!" Emma got out of the stool and they walked together to the door.
"Thank you, Emma," Regina whispered as Emma walked out passing the Mayor.
"You don't have to thank me. I'm your friend, I'll always be here for you, Gina." Emma smiled and without saying anything walked to her car.
"What?" Theodora and Henry said at the same time as Regina told them about her plans.
"Mom! No, I'm coming too." Theodora was just finishing eating her chicken, she didn't have time to tell her mother what happened this afternoon, but she thought maybe that could wait.
"Oh no, you're not coming. It's just me and Emma and we will be fine. I need you here with Henry. We don't know who could be out there, so, you're the one I trust the most to take care of your brother."
Shit! That's true. Theo thought and sighed. Her mother was right. Someone needs to be home with Henry. She could still feel dark magic in Storybooke. A different one that still worried her.
"Well, just be careful, mom. Please, I trust you with Emma, and I know you'll have her back." Henry said.
"Of course, my prince. I wouldn't let anything happen to Emma. I promise." Regina kissed his forehead and then the doorbell ring. She texted Emma a few minutes ago and was ready for them to go. With a flick of Theo's writs, the door opened, and Emma was walking toward the kitchen.
"The door opened... and-"
"Yeah, it was me. Hi, Emma!" Theodora smiled sweetly at the blonde and Emma smiled back, messing Henry's hair in the process.
"Hey, kids. So, Gina, ready to go?"
"Gina?" Theo whispered to Henry and the boy only shrugged.
"Yes, I'm already." Regina grabbed her coat and turned to Theo again. "Please, be careful. I put a protection spell around the mansion, you'll feel if someone tries to get through it."
"Alright, mama! Don't worry, Henry is safe with me."
"Please, finish your dinner and wash the dishes."
"Be careful, moms." Henry hugged them, and soon they were walking out of the mansion.
They got into Emma's bug, and both lost in thoughts. Regina knew that convincing Mal wouldn't be easy, but they were friends once, she had a lot to think about tonight, so, she was confident. She was the evil queen, she could do it. She was ready for whatever happened between them and Mal. Emma parked in front of the library, and they walked out of the bug together.
"Should I have brought my dad's sword?" Emma asked as Regina unlocked the door and they walked together toward the elevator at the end of the library.
"No, it's not necessary." Regina unlocked the elevator, and they walked in. "Just, stay with me, and... "
"No screw-up, I got it." Emma tried to joke, but Regina smiled shakes her head.
"No, that's not that, and... Be careful. She may be scary being a dragon and all, but she's not you... I mean, you're powerful, Emma, so, we can do it. Together." Emma holds herself to not kiss the mayor right there. Her heart was about to jump out of her throat. It was beating so fast, she loves this woman, she really does. And it was killing her right there not to be able to tell Regina everything. So, she smiled, with all her heart, she smiled at that beautiful woman and just nodded.
"Together," she whispered, and that cute smile on Regina's face was always so beautiful.
So, the elevator dings making her focus on her task. She needs to pay attention, she needs to protect Regina.
The Mayor opened the elevator gate, and they walked out of it side by side when suddenly Regina grabbed Emma's writs turning her around so they could look at each other.
"And before I forget, please, try not to die... I-we need you alive."
