The sun was setting as five the of them walked home, Stella and Sasha started to yawn whilst Honey led Sasha whilst Stella ridden her home after an exhausting day at the beach.

"Are you tired Stella?" Fly asked.

Stella nodded as she rubbed her eyes.

"Come here, I'll carry you and it'll give Sasha a rest too." Honey offered as she held her arms out.

Stella agreed, holding her arms out before Honey swooped her into her arms and she soon drifted off as she rested her head on her shoulder. Fly smiled at Honey and she soon gave one back in return.

"How did things go with the Professor?" Fly asked Chuck.

"All good, he has fitted a generator quite far into the ocean a few months back. It give off antidote to turn any intelligent fish back to normal, I don't think we'd appreciate any fish crawling out the ocean with arms and legs to attempt to take over the world now would we?" Chuck explained.

"That's good I guess, so what's this presentation he's invited us all to?" Fly questioned.

"Well, some of the scientists heard of what happened and he wants to show them his new invention. He thought we'd come for moral support."

"I guess it'll prove that he's trying to solve the situation too, we all make mistakes. I bet he felt awful about what happened to you all." Honey sympathised.

"He did, but he's a great friend and he didn't mean no harm."

"Oh I know that Chuck, he seems very sweet. I'm looking forward to coming with you guys to this presentation."

"Me too." Fly uttered, a bit too quickly after Honey had said that but no one noticed. "Your parents will probably come too if ours are going."

"That'll be good." She said smiling.

"Mom, we're home!" Fly announced as they came through the door.

"Oh good I was starting to worry, how did it go visiting the beach and the Professor?" Lisa questioned Fly.

"I'm getting better." He smiled.

"Good." Lisa kissed Fly on her cheek, having to get on her tip toes to reach him.

Honey walked in with Stella asleep in her arms, Lisa started to melt at the sight of her little girl fast asleep in her arms. Lisa and Bill really liked Honey, she was so polite and Stella adored her, so did Fly too.

"Oh my little darling must've been exhausted, I guess she'll be missing pizza tonight." She cooed over her sleeping daughter.

"Should I put her to bed Lisa?" Honey asked.

"Yes please, sweetheart."

"I'll come with you." Fly insisted, making Chuck and Lisa smile.

Honey walked up the stairs with Stella in her arms and Fly right behind her, melting at the sight of his little sister asleep in his best friends arms. She gently lay Stella in bed, tucking her in to make her comfortable. Her and Fly stood there for a moment, adoring the sight of her fast asleep.

"She's such an angel." Honey spoke.

"She is..." he replied. But Fly wasn't looking at Stella, he was looking Honey.

Honey noticed, turning to face him with a timid smile and her cheeks flustered. She giggled slightly, making Fly nervous.

"Are you going to the fair tonight?" He asked, breaking up the awkward atmosphere.

"Umm, I want to but everyone from school will be there." She replied anxiously.

"So? You'll be with me."

"But your friends will be there, Fly. They don't exactly like me, along with everyone else."

"Well you're with me if they like it or not. They don't say anything about you anymore, not after what I did to Cameron."

"What did you do?"

"I punched him... he said something about you, I don't let anyone talk bad about you."

Honey was shocked, she didn't think Fly was the sort of person to punch anyone. Especially over her.

"Oh I didn't know... thank you I guess?"

"No worries. But are you coming?"

"I guess I'll have to, you won't shut up about it else."

They both laughed quietly, before leaving Stella's room and shutting it behind them.

Lisa, Bill, Fly and Honey waved Chuck and Anna goodbye. They were in town for the summer, but they stayed in a hotel due to saving the house being so cramped. After shutting the door, they all went into the living room.

"Me and Honey are going to the fair soon, is that ok?"

"Of course, do Honeys parents know?" Bill questioned.

"Not yet but I doubt they'll say no, I'll go and ask before we go." Honey answered.

"You can stay the night in case you come back too late if you like?" Lisa offered.

"Umm, as long as that's okay with you. Thank you Lisa and Bill."

"You're very welcome here anytime." Bill said with a reassuring smile.

Bill looked at Fly with a smirk, making him blush. His dad knew how Fly felt about Honey, after all that was the way Bill felt towards Lisa at that age.

"We better go and ask." Fly suggested clearing his throat.

Fly and Honey left his house, walking across the road to Honeys front door.

"Hello dear! Ah, Fly! Lovely to see you!" Honeys father, Daniel, greeted.

"Hi Daniel!" Fly waved excitedly.

"Hi dad, ummm can I go to the fair with Fly? Lisa and Bill offered me to stay over Incase I'm back too late."

"Of course, as long as me and your mother know you're safe." Daniel kissed her forehead.

"Where is mom?"

"She's just getting ready for our date night."

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that... will you tell her I said goodbye?"

"Yes, now run along and have fun the pair of you!"

As Honey and Fly walked out of her house and down the road, her father bid them goodbye with a wave at the door before shutting it.

Off to the fair they went

The fair was rammed, so many people they both recognised from school and other young people who went to different schools too.

"It's umm, pretty busy." Honey stressed.

Fly noticed her anxiety, she wasn't good with huge crowds of people due to the fact of her anxiety from school and people who picked on her. He took her hand in his, even if she was excessively sweating but he wasn't bothered.

He held her hand and guided her through the crowds of people, until she excitedly begged Fky to play 'hook-a-duck' to win the big teddy bear that hung on the prize wall. He obeyed and couldn't resist, he wanted to make her happy. Fly didn't win the prize teddy bear, but he still got a big teddy due to getting high points. He gave it to Honey, and the smile on her face was priceless.

"Aww, did your boyfriend win you that?" A girl shouted, making her friends laugh.

Honey ducked her head and her heart pounded out of her chest.

"Just ignore them." Fly Instructed, grabbing her hand.

"I don't know why you even like that loser, Fly. She's a nobody."

Fly's face went red with anger.

"Maybe it's you that's the nobody, Brianna, to bully an innocent girl who's done nothing wrong to you. Is she a threat to you? Is it because you're jealous?" Fly snapped.

Brianna attempted to speak, but the words couldn't escape her mouth.

Because he was right, Honey was nothing but a beautiful and kind girl and that made other girls jealous.

"Exactly, I'm right and your wrong. Now go away and leave her alone!" Fly shouted at the group of girls, which made them walk away without saying a word.

Honey wrapped her arms around Fly. "Oh Fly, thank you!"

"Don't sweat it, you're better than them."

Honey smiled, pulling Fly to the rest of the fair ground to enjoy the rest of their night.

It was 1am, Honey and Fly walked back to his house laughing and having the best time... but something was off. Honey felt as if they were being followed, and she knew it wasn't her anxiety playing tricks on her.

"Fly, I think we're being followed."

He stopped laughing and stood in his tracks. "What makes you think that?"

"I just feel as if we're being watched and followed, this definitely isn't my anxiety before you say that."

Fly looked around, and saw nothing but the street lights reflecting onto the concrete behind them and in the distance.

"It's okay, we're nearly home." He assured.

A shadow in front of them, moved in a flash.

A shadow of a man.

Fly and Honey stood in their tracks, terrified.

"Run!" He panicked, pulling her by her hand as they ran all the way back to Flys house.

They ushered in his house, shutting the door behind him immediately.

Fly swore he recognised that shadow...
