Briana Gilbert left Mystic falls after her parents died. A year later she comes back but a lot has changed. On top of that she knows everything about vampires, witches, werewolves and hyrbirds. What happens when she comes home and brings a new evil to her town that know one has heard of yet?

I've come home. Finally after a year of roaming the world I have returned to Mystic Falls where I once had a loving family. My parents were killed in a car accident with both my sister and I inside. Somehow we both survived and when I heard the news that my parent's didn't make it I couldn't take it, so shortly after their funeral I packed up my stuff and left leaving only a note behind.

Over the past year I have discovered things about myself and the world that I truly live in. When I was a little my parents used to tell me stories about the supernatural, but I never thought that they could possibly be true until one day I found out the truth; vampires, witches, doppelgangers and originals exist.

I found out all of this when I was left for dead in an allyway in New York City. I woke up in a stranger's apartment confused and from that moment on everything that I thought wasn't real, was. The man that saved my life was Nik. His real name is Niklaus but many know or fear him as Klaus. Klaus, is a hybrid: a werewolf-vampire that has lived for over a thousand years. Nik explained to me that he found me in an allyway bleeding out and took me back to his place. After bumping into one another which was on purpose, on his behalf, we started dating and from then on we fell in love and he told me his secret. I wasn't convinced at first but he showed me his true face and after sometime I got over it. He then told me everything about the supernatural and started educating me on how to survive. From then on I transformed into the person I am today.

When he told me about his curse that is placed upon himself I was confused and shocked to find out that I wore the same face as the original doppelgänger Katherine, who is known as Katerina Petrova. Klaus was originally going to use me as a part of the sacrifice, but when he saw me in that ally way he was instantly drawn to me and from that moment on he was going to protect me from anyone that hurt me.

Over the past year Klaus has transformed me into a vindictive and confident person and I don't care about anyone accept the people I love. When he first told me he loved me for the first time, I knew in that moment I couldn't live without him, so from then on I made it my mission to help break his curse. He told me everything that was needed and I finally new how to get my revenge on my twin sister. Yes I said that and I don't regret it I thrive on it. Elena Gilbert is my evil bitch of a twin sister, and I plan to have Nik use her as the doppelgänger for the sacrifice.

Now before you hate on me for wanting to kill my sister you have to understand where all this anger, hate and frustration comes from. Ever since I could walk or speak we never had that loving twin bond, we had an awful relationship, I hated her, she hated me, there's no love lost. The thing that always made me despise my sister was that she always had people to do things for her, and she always wanted to one up me; where I was popular she just wanted to be a little bit more, hence when I changed and finally saw her for what she is, so I channeled all the burning hate I have for her and I let it all out in all my training and together with Nik we designed a plan to use Elena as the sacrifice. Now I'll repeat, before you start to think I'm an awful person, put yourself in my shoes, my parent's loved her more than me, some of my friends favoured her over me and don't even get me started on guys, she just had to go after the ones I liked. Besides with this new attitude, I will make her life a living hell and I finally make everyone see her for what she truly is: a cold hearted bitch!

So here I am back home ready to put this plan into action. From what we've heard from Klaus's contacts, Mystic Falls has changed. For instance my brother Jeremy who I love dearly; turned to drugs, slept with Vick Donavon who then got turned into a vampire, who then attacked Jeremy and then died infront of him, which then got him to have his memory erased. He eventually found out about Vampires from his ex Anna who sadly died by my uncle who is actually my birth father and just recently had his neck snapped by Damon.

Elena on the other hand is playing a role in a love triangle between the two Salvatore brothers which is history repeating itself. She's put Jeremy's life in danger numerous times, she's put Bonnie's life in danger and allowed for Damon to use my best friend Caroline as a human blood bag and did nothing to stop it, who is now a vampire and and has no idea what she can do, well it's a good thing I'm home.

Aunt Jenna another person that I love dearly is now our legal guardian. I call her every now and then to check in on her but she's having a hard time. She lost her older sister, she didn't get time to mourn as she had to look after two troubled teens, and whilst that has been going on she's been kept in the dark about everything that is going on. Again I'm glad that I'm home now because she won't be anymore.

The summer has just finished and the town has just rapped Founders Day. What a perfect way to make my monumental return by arriving days before the masquerade ball and flaunt this new and improved Briana Gilbert. Buckle up because I'm about to wreck havoc and cause a storm in Mystic Falls.
