Chapter 19

Jeff and Landry were arriving in Cameron finally happy to be back home at least for a few days. Jeff had asked Landry to move in with him and was pretty shocked when she agreed. They were spending the next two weeks moving her things into Jeff's house.

"Babe your phone is going off." Landry said from the kitchen where she was getting something to drink.

"See who it is I am getting into the shower come join me." Jeff hollered down the stairs.

Landry looked at the phone and smiled when it was Randy who he was getting into a major feud they had just finished a small one but the writers wanted it to keep going and maybe form a tag team and then Randy would turn on Jeff or the other way around. Landry headed upstairs and stripped down and walked into the bathroom and smiled at Jeff she was deeply in love with him. The two had yet to really express their feelings for each other. But you could tell the love was between each other. Everyone could see it.

Landry joined Jeff in the shower and kissed him sweetly. "It was Randy and wanted to let you know that he isn't going to be here this Monday and all. Kelsey had the baby. A little girl Kaitlyn Grace."

"That is awesome. We will have to send something to them to congratulate them on the birth of the baby." Jeff said as he held her close. "What would you think about having a baby sometime in your or our lives?"

Landry looked up at Jeff and smiled and kissed him sweetly. "How about we let things happen naturally."

"I like that idea babe." Jeff said "Landry you have been a breath of fresh air which is what I needed. You have shown me how to love again and all. I am falling deeply in love with you honey."

Landry kissed him sweetly. "Jeff you are what I needed in my life as well. Things before you were pretty rocky and I am so glad that Vince put me as your PA and we have grown close to each other. I am not falling deeply in love with you because I am head over heels in love with you."

Jeff kissed her with passion and took her against the shower wall and after they cleaned up, Jeff kissed her shoulder as she was doing her make up and smiled at her. "Supper out tonight?"

"Sure. I need to run to my house for some more clothes and check on a few things and talk to a friend and think about renting it out or selling it." Landry told him.

"How about we meet back here at 7pm does that work for you sweetheart?" Jeff asked

"It does. I love you Jeff." Landry said as she slipped on her shoes.

"Drive safely."

"Always babe." Landry said and she soon took off and called her best friend from the car and had her meet her at her house she needed to talk to someone.

Jeff watched as she took off and got into his car after locking up the house and headed over to his dad's house and pulled into the drive and smiled that he was home and that Matt and Alexis were there as well with the baby. After walking in and hugging his dad and holding his niece for a few minutes.

"Okay guys as you all know Landry is moving in and we both have admitted our feelings for each other and are deeply in love. I want your guys' blessing to marry her."

"You have my blessing son. Are you here after your mom's ring?" Gil asked his son.

"Acutally no. I want Britney to have something that belongs to her grandma if Matt and Alexis are okay with that. Are you okay with that dad?"Jeff asked

"That is fine by us and thank you for that." Matt said

"That is fine with me as well son. You going ring shopping?" Gil asked

"I am getting ready to go now just wanted to come by and see you four and let you know of my plans." Jeff said as he stood up and hugged everyone and headed out. Gil looked at Matt and Alexis and knew that Jeff was happy he hadn't seen him this happy in a long time.

While Jeff was out Landry was talking to her best friend having the same conversation as well. She had also talked to her parents who loved Jeff.

It was a few days later that Kelsey and Drew were bringing home Kaitlyn. She was pretty content for the most part. After finally getting settled in. Kaitly was asleep in her crib and Drew was checkin on Kelsey who was unloading the suitcase and putting things in the laundry.

"Drew." Kelsey said

"What is it babe?" Drew asked as he wrapped his arms around his wife and held her close.

"I love you babe and I never did thank you for our daughter." Kelsey said quietly as she turned in Drew's arms and laid her head on his chest.

"I love you too honey. Why don't you try to rest sweetheart I will listen for Kaitlyn." Drew said

"Hmm sounds like a plan babe." Kelsey said Drew cleare off the bed and helped Kelsey get comfy and covered her up and kissed her forehead. Then went to check on Kaitlyn and smiled at his daughter who he loved so much. After starting laundry his phone dinged with a text from Elaine and his mom. Both were coming over with food and all.

Drew saw Elaine pull up first and went out to help her out of the car and hugged her. "Thanks for this Elaine I could have cooked."

"Nonsense I wanted to. I also want to offer my grandma services and stay tonight so you and Kelsey get some sleep is that okay?" Elaine asked

"That sounds fine. And it smells amazing you are an amazing cook." Drew said as he helped her inside and put food up and walked up to check on Kelsey and put Elaine's things in the guest heard a small cry come from the nursery and went in to check on Kaitlyn and gently picked her up and held her close after changing her diaper and walked down with her in his arms and fixed a bottle. "Elaine do you want to feed her?"

"Hand her over dear then go rest with Kelsey." Elaine said as she sat down in the recliner and his phone dinged right away and saw it was his mom.

Drew put the baby in Elaine's arms and called his mom back and said that they would see them tomorrow that his dad wasn't feeling the best and they would talk later and bring over the food. He couldn't help but smile at his daughter who was very content in her grandma's arms and walked upstairs and checked on Kelsey who was sitting up in bed.

"What is it babe?" Drew asked as he sat down on the bed next to Kelsey.

"In some pain babe. And I need up to use the bathroom who is here?" she asked

"Your mom brought supper tonight and is going to stay with us tonight so we can get some sleep she wants to do grandma duty. I can give you something for pain babe since we haven't gone to the pharmacy yet."

"Hmm sounds good babe will you help me up?" Kelsey asked

Drew just smiled at his wife and helped her up and into the bathroom and soon they were resting together and Kelsey was sound asleep against her husband's chest.

Jeff finally made it back home after finding the perfect ring for Landry and sat it on his desk and headed up to get cleaned up and walked back down once Landry made it home and into the drive. He had also ordered supper and it would be delivered soon. He wanted a night in and not around some many people. Landry walked into the house and smiled at Jeff and kissed his cheek.

"Did you bring back some things babe?" Jeff asked

"I did will you help me for a moment please and I will take them upstairs then we can get ready to go for supper." Landry said

"No need to get out tonight we can be comfy at home. I ordered our favorites from our favorite Chinese place. Should be here soon doll." Jeff told her and kissed her forehead.

Once the couple had things unloaded from Landry's car they got comfy and settled in for a night of movies and supper. Landry was leaning into Jeff's chest and his arms around her.

"Babe." Jeff said

"What is it babe?"

"Landry I love you and I am excited to see what the future holds for us. You have shown me how to love again when I never thought I would see love. You helped pull me out of my darkest days. Will you marry me?" Jeff asked as he opened up the tiny black box.

Landry gasped and smiled up at Jeff. "you have done the same for me babe and I will always be thankful for you and what we are building. Yes I will marry you." Jeff captured her lips in a passionate kiss before slipping the ring onto her her finger. After kissing and picking up downstairs they went up and made love as a newly engaged couple.
