A/N: This one is based on another story I wrote where Deeks insisted that he looks younger than everyone. Someone requested a follow up story.

"So, what's going on?" Nell asked, as she and Eric joined the four agents, who were huddled around Sam and Deeks' desks. Kensi was leaning against Deeks' back, peering over his shoulder.

Several pictures were spread out across Sam's desk and a few more filled up Deeks' computer screen.

"We're deciding which of us has aged the best," Callen informed her succinctly. "Sam is taking it very seriously."

"Who do you think looks the youngest, comparatively?" Deeks asked, holding up a group photo of him, Kensi, Sam and Callen.

Nell peered at it, frowning.

"Well if you want to be accurate you really need a picture with all of us," she said. Kensi handed her another, which was taken during an office party.

"Oh, but this one is shadowy, so it's kind of hard to tell."

"Here, look at this one," Sam said, turning his screen to them. It showed all of them with their arms around each other after a basketball game. "Clearly my face hasn't changed at all. I look exactly the same."

"This is from like five years ago," Deeks protested. "But, I would like to point out that I do look just as fresh and dewy as I did when Hetty poached me from LAPD." He turned his head to the side so they could better compare.

"That's sweat, Deeks."

"Oh, now this one was taken after you officially opened the bar," Kensi said, clearly delighted as she held up the picture and pointed to Deeks. "And who is that sporting some silver in his beard?"

"It was the lighting," Deeks insisted.

"Yeah, right. You can only blame gray hairs on Monty and lighting for so long."

"And I noticed someone has a bit of a double chin," Sam added, glancing up at Callen with a smirk. "Too many free beers at the Squid and Dagger."

"I wouldn't be so smug," Callen said, gesturing between the pictures. "Your head's nearly doubled in size since that first one was taken."

"That's impossible, G."

"I actually think Nell looks the youngest of us all," Eric said, then quickly added, "Not that it would be a bad thing if you didn't."

"Suck up," Kensi muttered as Nell touched his arm and said,

"Oh, Eric, that's so sweet! I think you look really good too."

"Where's your proof?" Deeks crosses his arms, staring unrelentingly back at Eric as he grabbed his tablet and pulled up a picture of just him and Nell. It must have been taken not long after Nell had joined the team since she still had a feathery looking pixie cut.

"Now tell me that Nell doesn't look just as good as she did then."

"Mm, but she is the youngest," Callen pointed out. "It would stand to reason that she would look younger than the rest of us. "To make a truly accurately comparison, we have to look at overall age and rate of aging. In which case, I think I definitely win."

Sam snorted and actually doubled over in laughter.

"That is the funniest thing I've ever heard, G."

"That hurts."

"Obviously we need to ask someone who isn't personally invested in this," Kensi said with a sigh, glancing at Deeks. "Although it would be nice if everyone was as complementary as Eric." Deeks shrugged, not willing to give in. He was enjoying himself way too much.

"Hey, you know if you'd gotten complimented today, you wouldn't stop talking about it all day," he pointed out. "Some of us just have better genetics."

"And some of us are definitely not getting lucky tonight."

"Ok, getting back on track, who do you suggest we ask?" Callen interrupted before the conversation could get too graphic.

"Hetty," Nell said obviously. They glanced up at the hanging office, which she had decided to use today and as a group ascended the stairs, each bringing a few pictures to defend their position. It never occurred to any of them that Hetty might wonder why they weren't working.

"Oh my, what brings you all to my door at the same time?" she asked as they crowded in.

"Um, we were just trying to figure out which of us looks the youngest," Nell spoke up, trailing of at the end uncertainly. Hetty's lip twitched, but she gestured for them to come closer.

"Ah, I see. I assume that's what all the pictures are for." She took the one from Kensi and nodded, glancing at each of them with a smile. "I see a group of strong people who had grown and matured gracefully over the years."

"Thanks, I think," Deeks said, raising an eyebrow.

"But that doesn't answer our question," Sam said, crossing his arms. "Deeks claims he looks the youngest because some barista thought he was Kensi's younger brother." He shook his head in disgust and Hetty nodded like she was considering his point of view seriously.

"I see your point ,Mr. Deeks. And you look very fine for a man your age," she told him. Deeks started to smile, but then narrowed his eyes and repeated,

"A man my age?" Kensi snickered behind him, patting his shoulder.

"It's me, right?" Callen asked, his wide grin hinting that he was just trying to wind Sam up even more.

"Hetty, you better not say it's him," Sam insisted. "Look at this skin. It's as smooth as when I was 20."

"Rest assured, I wasn't planning to," Hetty said calmly. "I think you all have forgotten another, more qualified candidate."

"Who?" Kensi asked. "I don't think Fatima or Devin really count since they haven't been with us that long.

"And Nate hasn't been a part of the team for years," Nell added.

"No, I wasn't thinking of Fatima, Devin or Nate, although I think Nate has aged very well for a man so tall and nervous." Deeks suddenly had a sneaking idea who she was talking about as she gave them all a tiny smirk. She turned and picked up a picture frame from her desk and turned it towards them, displaying a photo of her and Granger from the early 80's."

"You, Hetty?" Sam asked incredulously. He didn't even seem to notice that he might have insulted Hetty.

"I haven't aged a day," she insisted, lightly fluffing her short brown hair. She sent them a sideways glance and Callen started chuckling softly.

"Well played, Hetty."

"I'll accept that," Deeks said, thoroughly amused.

"You certainly are timeless," Kensi agreed, while Eric and Nell chimed in with their own words of approval. Sam still looked annoyed, but grudgingly said,

"Fine, but just as long as it's not these two." He gestured between Callen and Deeks.

As they filed down the stairs, Kensi asked,

"Where asking someone else, right?"

"Definitely," Sam said immediately.

"Are you really going to prolong this?" Callen asked.

"I've got a point to prove." Sam crossed his arms, looking obstinate. "And Sam Hanna never backs down from a challenge."
