This story takes place at the end of season 14 just a little bit before Willam Lewis. In this particular story I'm gonna change the background. So Olivia has Noah already but he wasn't adopted. Olivia has been with Brian for 2 years but she doesn't know if Noah is Brian's or Elliot's. Olivia Benson, Elliot Stabler, Fin Tutola, Amanda Rollins, Rafael Barba, and Donald Cragen are the ones working in SVU in this story. Also Noah Benson is 6 months old. Elliot IS with Kathy Stabler, but they only have Maureen and Kathleen.

Olivia stands in the bathroom at the station on the phone with Brian.
"So we still on for tonight?" "Um yea I'm gonna leave the office early so I can get ready and get Noah to Lucy's." "Okay good, I'm ready, I've got some good plans made for us Livie." "I know you do Bri, but I've gotta get back I think we caught a case." "Okay they're calling for me too. Oh and liv..." "Yea Brian?" "Be careful." "I always am." "I know it's just... well sometimes I worry about the people I love." "Well I love you too Brian, and I could say the same." "Bye livie." "Bye baby."
So Olivia enters the squad room and is approached by Elliot. "Hey you good? You were in the bathroom for a while everything okay?" "Yea El I'm fine, I got held up on the phone." "Oh okay, well we got a case, but I know you said you have to leave early so Cragen sent Amanda and Fin." "Okay hey uh can I talk you for a minute." "Um isn't that what we're doing now?" "No I mean away from all these people." "Ummm okay let's go in here."
They enter an interrogation room. "So Liv, what did you wanna talk about?" "Noah." "What about him? Is he okay?" "Yea yea, he's fine but I uhh..." "Hey it's okay you can talk to me."
Olivia takes a deep breath, takes a step away from Elliot and turns her back to him and then speaks. "I'm gonna get his DNA tested." "What, why are you and Cassidy okay?" "Yea me and Brian are fine but I'm just not sure if he's Brian's." "What happened?" "I think there's a good chance that Noah..." (she takes another deep breath) "I think Noah may be yours." "Whaaa... how is that possible we've never slept together." "Not exactly but that one night about a year and a half ago when we were undercover in that sex trafficking ring with Griffin." "Oh my gosh I almost forgot about that, I try not to think about it." "Wait did you tell Brian what he did?" "No, of course not he doesn't need to know." "So why do you want his DNA tested now, if you don't mind me asking?" "Well me and Brian are in a good place and we're getting pretty serious, so I just wanna make sure I haven't been lying to him." "Well Liv even if Noah isn't his, it's not like you knew or cheated on him." "Yea but what I f he doesn't think of it that way?" "I'm mean come on Elliot we're talking about Brian Cassidy you never know what the hell's gonna come out his mouth." "Well how about get him tested, and if he is Brian's don't say anything." "And what if he's not Elliot?" "I'm sorry I really don't know, maybe you should just talk this out with him." "The whole point of me coming to you was so I didn't have to talk to him." "I know and I'm sorry but I can't help you on this one." "I really am sorry Liv."
Olivia starts to tear up. "Oh Liv I'm so sorry." Elliot embraces her into a hug. "Elliot...?" "Yea?" "What happens if Noah is yours?" "What do you mean?" "I mean I'm not gonna pull you away from your family for me and my problem." "Hey, don't say that this isn't your problem, none of this is your fault, we don't even know if he's mine." "But if he is what are we gonna do or say or..." "Liv, Livia, Olivia Benson look. at. me!" Olivia looks up at him, eyes red and full of tears and she sniffles. "Everything is gonna be fine what you need to do is dry your eyes and go home to your son." "But. No buts, go home get ready and go on that date with your boyfriend and forget all about this." "Whatever happens it will be okay, it always is." "Thanks Elliot." "For what?" "Helping me, understanding me, listening to me, I really don't know what I would do if you weren't here." "Well I guess I don't either." "So what what you need to do now is get yourself cleaned up and go home." "What about Cragen?" "I'll tell him Noah got sick or something I got your back Liv, I always do." "Thank you so much Elliot." "Of course Liv, now go on get out of here." "Okay bye El." "Bye."
Olivia arrives at home and get's Noah ready to go to Lucy's house for the night. "Mama loves you sweet boy." She says as she puts him in his car seat. "Your gonna have lots of fun with Lucy while me and Daddy." She pauses, she doesn't know what to say because she doesn't know if Brian is even his father. "Oh my sweet baby boy, I love you so much." She kisses him on the head and then gets in the car. On the way there she gets a call from Brian.
"Hey baby where are you?" "I'm taking Noah to Lucy's. Are you off yet?" "No not yet but soon." "Okay well I still have to drop him off and finish getting ready at home so no rush." "Okay baby I love you and I promise I'm hurrying as fast as I can." "I love you too, and be careful with all your hurrying." "I will, bye Livie." "Bye love" "Wait Brian before you go there's something I wanna talk to you about." "I'm sorry, can it wait? I really gotta go." "Yeah no biggie we'll talk later." "Okay. I gotta go bye." "Bye." "I..." He hung up. "Love you..."
Brian thinks to himself, I love you too.
"Thanks so much for watching him Lucy." "Oh it's no problem really. Mommy's and Daddy's need their time too." "Yea we do." "Bye sweet boy Mama loves you so much."
Back at Olivia and Brian's apartment.
"I'm home!" "I'm not done yet. Don't come in the bathroom okay." "Okay, but can I get a kiss?" "Only if you close your eyes." "Okay promise."
Brian walks into the headroom and closes his eyes. Olivia cracks the bathroom door. "Are they actually closed?" "Yes I promise." "Okay stay right there." "Oh I'm not going anywhere." Olivia giggles and walks out of the bathroom walks over to Brain standing in the room with his eyes closed looking as handsome as ever in his police uniform. She puts her hand on his cheek and slides it around to the back of his neck. She brings her face to his and before kissing him she whispers in his ear quietly. "I missed you." When he goes to speak is when she plants her lips on his although the kiss is soft and delicate. She puts all of her passion into her kisses. She goes to pull away after a few seconds and Brian puts his hand on her waist pulling her back to him. She giggles. "Babyyy." She says and they continue to kiss. Finally after a while he pulls back and whispers, "I missed you too." "Okay I have to finish getting ready." "Okay." "Keep your eyes closed until I shut the bathroom door." "How will I know you shut the door if my eyes are closed huh?" "You can hear the door shut." "Dang." "What." "I was hoping that I could trick you and I could open my eyes." "Oh Brian Cassidy I love you so much." She says as she shuts the bathroom door.
20 minutes goes by.
"Okay I am finally done." She says as she walks out of the bathroom. Brian looks at her and all he can think about is how beautiful she is. She comes out with a black dress on that fits her body perfectly shows off all of her curves. There is I slit going up one of her thighs, but it doesn't reveal too much. She has a face of makeup on, but of course Brian loves her with or without it. And her hair is perfectly curled. "Hellooooo..." "Oh um. Your beautiful Olivia." "Thanks. Your not so bad yourself." "No I mean like your fucking gorgeous." "Thank you baby." "So you ready to go?" "Not quite yet." "What else could you possibly have to do?" "Well I'm sure my boyfriend who by the way you may not know him but he's fine as hell..." "Oh is he now?" "Yes he is. And I think he would like it very much if I were to kiss him right about now." "I think he would like that a lot." "Oh you do?" Mmhm." They kiss again, but this time it's not so gentle. After their kiss is over they leave for the restaurant.
They arrive at the restaurant and order their food and drinks. "So I'm so glad we came out tonight Olivia." "Me too, we haven't got to do much of that since Noah's been born." "Well we're here now, that's all that matters." "Yes." They get their food and begin to eat. "How's your food love?" "Oh it's wonderful. Thank you so much for this incredible date Brian." "Oh it only gets better." They finish up their food with small talk and decide to Uber back home. Mainly because Olivia had 3 glasses of wine and Brian didn't want her to have anymore for now.
They make it back home and there is a trail of rose petals that lead to the bedroom.
"Brian? Did you do all this?." "Well I had someone do it for me but yes I did." "It's beautiful." Maybe we should see where it leads?" "Yes!" Brian leads Olivia to the bedroom on the trail of roses. When they get there she's sees the petals in a heart shape on the bed with flowers and champagne in the middle. "Brian this is perfect and beautiful and I love it so much thank you." "Just wait right here."
Brian gets down on one knee and pulls out a ring. "Olivia Margret Benson, I have loved you for 14 years now. We haven't been together the whole time but I sure as hell have loved you for that long. You are an incredible person and at this point I couldn't imagine my life without you." She kind of sniffles. "No seriously I've tried and every time I imagine me or you with someone else I want to kill them, even though they're not even a real person. We've had a baby together and it doesn't seem like anyone is going anywhere so why don't we make it official." At this point Olivia is crying. "Olivia baby, will you marry me?" "Yes, of course I will marry you Brian." She says and continues to cry. Brian stands up, puts the ring on her finger and they kiss, slow and passionately until air becomes a problem. They pull back and begin to hug each other and Liv finally stops crying. "Oh my gosh, wow Brian I didn't know you were planning all of this. It's perfect, your perfect." "Well why don't you run a bath and I will get this champagne open. Okay?" "Yeah, that sounds great."
Olivia is flattered and shocked and amazed but then the thought popped into her head what if Noah is Elliott's baby? She shook the thought from her head. She was celebrating. She's getting married to the man of her dreams, Brian Cassidy.
"Babyyyyyy," Brian calls as he walks from the kitchen to the bathroom. "Yea?" "I got the champagne open and fixed us both a glass." He says as he walks into the bathroom to Olivia. "Thank you." He hands her a glass and sits on the floor next to the tub. "You know I never could have imagined that this night would have turned out to be this. To be honest I'm so glad it did I love you so much." "I love you too Olivia, that's why I did all of this for you." "Well I appreciate and love it a lot." "I'm so happy you do. All I ever want to do is protect you and make you happy." "You wanna know what what would make me happy right now?" "What's that?" She gently pulled his tie to her. Started kissing him and pulled him into the tub with her. After kissing and getting water all over the floor they decided to put some clothes on and clean up their mess.
After they got all the water cleaned up they got comfy I'm pjs and climbed into bed. Olivia scooted her backside to Brian's stomach. He wrapped his arms around her and she held his hands. "Goodnight baby, hope you sleep well after this incredible evening." "Oh trust me I will. Goodnight love. Oh and Brian." "Yes?" Can you move your toes, they're cold?" "Sorry." "Goodnight." "Goodnight."
About an hour goes by and Brian wakes up. Olivia I screaming and crying and hitting him saying "You can't do this to me Griffin, my partner will take care of you." She is also saying "Get your hands off me, and your a disgusting monster. "Olivia wake up it's okay your safe it's me, Brian. Baby please wake up, Olivia it's okay I got you, your safe now." After about two minutes of this Olivia finally wakes up.
"Brian, oh my god he was hurting me so bad." "It was all a dream it's over now your safe." Olivia is historically crying and Brian can't get her to stop. "Livie what the matter you've been awake for 10 minutes it's was just a dream, I got you." Finally she is able to choke out some words. "You don't understand, it was real." "What do you mean?" She cries even harder. "Baby talk to me, I don't understand." "Just hold me for now okay. I explain everything in a minute." "I got you, I promise I'm not going anywhere."
Another hour goes by and Olivia finally stopped crying again. "Hey, is everything okay love?" "No Brian it's not okay. But you have to listen don't say anything or get upset or jump to conclusions, because what I am about to tell you is gonna make you wanna set the world on fire. So promise me Brian, promise me." "Oh god, this is serious. Okay, I promise."
