Disclaimer: I do not own Code Geass or Attack On Titan.

A.N: Well, well, well. It would seem like I'm still alive. Hope you are safe during this pandemic.

Moving on, if you are reading this, I'll take it that the first chapter caught your attention. Anyways, I will be starting this chapter off some time after the last chapter ended.

I would also like to apologize for the lack of updates over the last month/months? I don't really remember. This whole pandemic seems to have made each day instistiguisable to me. Now, where were we? Oh yeah. I have no excuse for the delay of updates other than my own laziness. So, I hope this chapter would at least help compensate for this hiatus of mine.

Oh and I changed some things in the previous chapter to better fit my storyline. Also thinking about plopping CC into the story somewhere along the line, hence the title "Immortals among titans". Let me know what you think about our favorite immortal duo. Well my favorite at the very least.

Now to respond to the reviews.

Ewerta Da Silva Rodrigues - I hope I don't disappoint. Though with this wait, I might as well have disappointed you already.

Vandeta V Veszaliusz - Here you go. Sorry for the wait.

Darth Lelouch - Hmm. Don't worry. I don't think what I have in mind would make you dislike this story too much. I won't replace Eren. He is still going to be an obnoxious person. I won't give Lelouch the ability to mow down titans like Levi. I mean, this is Lelouch we are talking about. His athleticism will be improved though. Otherwise, he will never be able to become a soldier and that kind of defeats the purpose of this fanfic.

Command unit - Thanks for the advice. Truthfully, I never liked harems, so I highly doubt that I would be writing about a harem. However, a love triangle might be interesting, but probably too hard to pull off in an enjoyable manner.

jh0.0 - I'm happy you are excited to see more of this.

Otakuleominerva - I hope you enjoy this update.

Now without further ado, let's get into the story.

Immortals among titans

Lelouch woke up groggily. Today was his birthday, the day he had planned on enlisting, which was unfortunately foiled by his parents when they convinced him to enlist after his birthday.

His mother wanted to make this party the biggest he ever had, but due to a quite large amount of push back from Lelouch, she ultimately agreed to keep it small. Whilst his mother was off preparing for his birthday, Lelouch was packing his possessions that he would bring with him tomorrow.

His father on the other hand was still unhappy at the least about him enlisting. That much could be seen on his face. He, however, had not voiced any more objections since yesterday. It would seem that he wanted this day to be filled with good memories, as it could very well be the last day they spend together.

Lelouch's party did not have many guests as he did not interact deeply with people outside of his immediate family. Sure, he had quite a large number of fangirls due to his looks and the sophisticated manner he carried himself in, but he did not consider any of the fangirls or anyone else for that matter; a true friend, but rather as a pest or "friends". In fact, Lelouch was more often than not, found with his head in a book.

The next day, Lelouch hopped onto his horse. He waved his family goodbye as he rode off into the distance.

Riding on his horse, Lelouch mused about the life he had so far in this strange new world. Normally, he would not even consider joining the military. His physical abilities are, for a lack of a better word; pathetic. Well, they were pathetic back when he was still alive in the previous world. Perhaps he shouldn't have skipped PE class. In this world, however, whether it was a stroke of genetic luck or the result of the collective unconscious gift, Lelouch was more physically fit. He would no longer almost die from running for a few moments.

"At the very least, I won't die of exhaustion when I'm fighting those titans." thought Lelouch, as he continued to contemplate on his increased physical abilities.

Time skip.

Lelouch stood in a large open area among dozens of other people in rows. Lelouch wore a brown coat that contained pockets and a training corps insignia etched into the left side. The insignia was also present in the left upper sleeve and the back. Underneath the coat was a white buttoned shirt. He wore a white pants with straps connecting from his boots to his belt. A brown strip of cloth wrapped around his waist, also connecting to his belt. More

straps were protruding from the belt snaking upward and connecting with the strap on his chest.

Standing at attention, Lelouch saw a rather imposing bald man walk up to the assembled enlist. Lelouch's eyes narrowed as the man walked up to one of the enlists and asked for his name and where he was from. Judging from the greenish-grey coat bearing the training corps insignia, it wouldn't be presumptuous to assume that the bald man was their instructor.

The bald man continued down the line, occasionally stopping at a random person and yelling for their name and where they come from. As the bald man moved on telling groups to face the other way as he moved onto the next group. Lelouch hoped that the bald man would skip past him as he did not want to capture the attention of too many people this early on.

It would seem that the gods in this world hate him, though Lelouch wouldn't really be surprised if they did. He seemed to have a knack for pissing people off. The bald man appeared to head right towards Lelouch as he finished with the line in front of him. "Getting too much attention too early, would make gathering information that may be censored much harder", sighed Lelouch inwardly, oblivious to some of his fellow recruits who have already been smitten by his looks.

The instructor slowed as he neared Lelouch, only to pass him in favor of the recruit next to him. Lelouch almost sighed in relief, but caught himself, just as the instructor seized the unfortunate recruit next to him by the head and berated him. Seemingly finished with the recruit, the instructor dropped the recruit and moved to the next line, whilst telling his role to turn around.

Turning around, Lelouch got the chance to properly scan the recruit behind him. Viewing the recruits, Lelouch's breath hitched in his throat at the sight of a familiar hair color, a few rows down.

A.N:

Well, I hoped you liked this chapter. Again, I'm sorry for the wait and the rather short chapter. I'll see what you think so far in the reviews. Also I changed chapter 1 a bit, if you don't already know.

Now, you may be able to tell what time period Lelouch is plopped down in. He is currently 15 and at the end of the 3 years that the training corps in service will be 18. The hint would be the bald man and his actions to the recruit next to Lelouch.

Please consider leaving a review as it lets me know where I can improve in the story.

Next chapter will be longer. I promise.

See you next time.
