So, I'm still alive. Yay! Also this is not an actual chapter, but please do read the rest.

Anyways to the important bits. I want to make it clear that I do not plan on dropping this fanfic yet. There are still quite a bit of ideas floating around my head. The problem is that I don't have enough time to write it out properly.

Also, school is a big problem. It does have its merits though. English Class has definitely improved my writing by a noticeable margin. Or at least a noticeable margin for me. So do expect some edits to improve the story in the previous chapters. Usually, when I begin writing a new chapter, I read over the old ones and improve upon the overall grammar and text.

Now to address another problem. The pacing of the story and further development of the characters. Should I do a time skip of the entire boot camp arc? Normally, glossing over such an event would seem a bit unsettling for me. But this boot camp arc might make the progression of the story longer.

On one hand, you get to the core of the plot. On the other hand, I don't get a larger amount of in-story time to flesh out the relationships and interactions between the many characters of the stories. It would seem a bit odd for someone like Lelouch to care for someone like Eren all of a sudden. A flashback/exposition to why, would more than likely ruin the immersion or seem a bit cheap.

Anyways, I'll let you, the readers, decide on what to do. I'll probably make a poll for this, but if I don't then just leave a review on what to do. It would be incredibly helpful to know what you think. After all, they do say that two (or more than two in your cases) heads are better than one.

On a different note, I've been working on some digital art lately. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but when it's done it should serve well as this fanfic's cover.

The next update should be out by Christmas, if not earlier, depending when I start getting feedback on how to progress in the story.

Edit: Pole is up on my profile.

See you next time.
