"In Show" Age:
Today I'm in the library, waiting for a thunderstorm to pass. I just happened to be on my way home when it happened. Mrs. Goose is super nice and is letting me stay until it passes and even let me talk to my grandma on the telephone. I'm looking for a good book to pass the time and to take my mind off the thunder and lightning.
"Hmm, City In the Sky," I mumble as I look at the cover of the book. It's got a cool looking cover and a cool sounding title. I take it over to a nearby table and sit down. "Alright, page one." I open the book and start reading…
Inner Imagination:
"As the Prince of this city, I will not allow you to take it over," I yell as I draw my wooden sword. I am in the throne room of the small castle in our city in the sky. It is the evil Mr. Barron who is trying to take over.
"Kehehehehe, do you really think you can stop me," his voice hisses as he draws his sword.
"Stand back Princess Beaver!" She Gets behind me as I ready my stance.
"Foolish Prince. You cannot save the Princess or defeat me." He charges at me and I block his sword. We battle and battle until he manages to hit me on the head.
"Prince!" I fall back into her arms and drop my sword.
"Kehehehehe. I have defeated the Prince and the storm is over."
"Storm?"
Outer World:
"Yep. The storm has cleared and I see you where really caught up in that book." I nod and smile as I close it.
"Yeah. I'm definitely gonna check it out so I can finish it soon..."
