Love The Story (Guest): This chapter should answer your questions. Serenity has not had her baby yet, and she's David's daughter. Thibodeau is legal her step-father. Michele is only legally married to Thibodeau. Spiritually she's married to David.

"Here's the controversy, young lady." David uttered as he struggled, in his injured state, to pull his daughter onto his lap, "She's...she's my little baby."

"Her name is Serenity." David introduced, "Why? Cause she's serene."

"Very." Steve says from behind the camera

"Very serene." David echoed, "Hey, you know that that is there? It's a camera. You wanna wave at it." He waves, "Say hello Jim."

Serenity waves. Then she fiddles with her drum key, holding it up over her mouth.

"You wanna say something?" David asked, "Put your hands down."

He gently lowered his daughter's hands as she smiled.

"What do you like for breakfast? Huh? You like ice cream?"

Serenity smiled as she nodded, looking down at her drum key. It was a birthday present that she had gotten last month from her step-father David Thibodeau.

"You love daddy? Huh? How much you love daddy?"

Serenity dropped the drum key.

"Show 'em how much."

She stretched her arms as far as they could go.

"Whoa. That's a lot."

Serenity put her arms back down, going back to fiddling with her drum key.

"How come you're so...How come you're so serene? Huh?"

Serenity shrugged her shoulders, still holding the drum key. She mumbled, barely audible, "I don't know."

"You don't know. How old are you?"

She briefly held up her right hand, showing all five fingers.

"Huh? Four?" David glanced up to his left, "Six?" Then turned back to his daughter, "Four? Say four."

Serenity held up her right hand again, showing all five fingers.

"No. This many." David gently corrected his daughter, folding her thumb in so that she was holding up four fingers and not five, "Show them. Show the camera."

Serenity held up four fingers to the camera, her palm facing outwards to the camera.

"Kay. That many." David said

After a few moments, she put her hand back down.

"What do you want to grow up to be?"

"A woman." Serenity uttered softly

Laughter was heard in the background, including the laugh of Serenity's mother Michele.

"Woman. She wants to grow up to be a woman." David repeated, playing with his daughter's long ponytail, "Well that's highly probable, young lady. Can I have a kiss?"

Serenity tilted her head up to kiss her father.

"Love you."

"Love you." Serenity replied

- Present Day -

The people of Mount Carmel were in a state of bliss. Completely unaware of the events that started taking place on Athos two months ago.

Serenity was excited about bringing a new life into the world. As a little girl, she wanted nothing more than to grow up to be a woman. Being a mother was included in the becoming a women dream.

There was about three months left before she gave birth. She and Torren had finally decided on a name.

Ransom Dale Emmagan

The name Ransom means shield's son. It's also has a biblical connection. The ransom that Christ paid for us to become sons and daughters of The Father in Heaven made this the perfect name for their son.

Everyone was really doing a lot better since losing Hallelujah. Of course they all still missed her, but they were not wallowing in sadness and grief.

Chica was trying to write a song for Hallelujah. Usually songs came so easily to her, but every time she tried to write the song for Hallelujah, the words just came out wrong. She just had too many ideas, too many things that she wanted to say, and she couldn't get the words to flow right. She would get all choked up, thinking about all the things that her sister used to do.

"And just because you are, in the clouds above, that don't mean, I'll ever stop wishing, for you to still be here." Chica sang, "cause I'll never stop missing you, I'll never stop missing you, crawling in my bed, in the dead of night. Oh I love you, I love you, I love you, Oh I really do."

She took a deep breath, letting out a sigh, "I miss you, Halle."

"What are you doing?" Little One asked as she walked into the room that she shares with her twin.

"Writing a song for Halle." Chica admitted, "Or at least trying to."

Little One sat down beside her twin, "Ooh...let me hear."

Chica shook her head, "It's not that good. Halle..I was her favorite sister. She always counted on me. She trusted me. I couldn't protect her and now I can't even write her a song."

"Hey, it's okay." Little One assured Chica, "It's all right. Halle knew what God called her to do, and she fulfilled His will with honor. She did what we are all supposed to do. She lived by faith. She never worried about anything, so don't stress about this song. It's just a song."

Chica let out a small smile, "Thanks, LO."

"It's no problem. Anything for the one I shared a womb with." Little One replied, "Now let me hear what you have of that song."

Chica laughed, "Okay. But don't say I didn't warn you."

While Chica was singing what she would be calling 'Halle's song' to her twin sister, there was a disruption being caused on Athos because now it was no longer just the Beebos on the planet. Someone else had arrived by ship. Someone had landed on Athos and was demanding information from the Beebos, who were spilling all the beans. The didn't know who this person was or what they wanted, but the Beebos don't have anyway to discern good from evil. They don't even know that there's a difference between the two. They had been created by a child's imagination. There truly was nothing more innocent than that.

Hope you enjoy. Comments are greatly appreciated. In fact, they keep me going.

What would you like to see happen next?

P.s. If you want to know what Halle's song is, leave a review letting me know.
