Spartan Zero: The Untold Story
Chapter 1
10 years ago, Izuku Midoriya was lost. It had been 10 ten years since the incident at the UA graduation ceremony, 10 years ago villains had attacked the UA graduation ceremony, 10 years ago, Izuku was lost to a villain's quirk. 10 years ago, class 1A was saved from Unkown, but Izuku paid the price for his friends' lives. In the present, Ururaka, Iida, Todoroki, Kirishima, Eri, Kota, and Bakugo stood Infront of the statue that was erected for the countless heroic actions of Izuku Midoriya (primarily his last one). Unbeknownst to them they were about to reunited with someone whom they thought was dead.
This was the 10th anniversary of that life-changing day for class 1A. The rest of their former classmates were had either already paid their respects earlier that day, or were busy focusing on their hero work. Ururaka was replaying the events of his "death" over and over in her head as she stood between the gates of U.A. and the statue of her friend. Bakugo silently cursed at Izuku for allowing himself to die before becoming the number 1 hero and proving to Deku that he was the best. Kirishima teared up at the memory of how "manly" Izuku was for saving him and his friends. Iida never fully forgave himself for failing to act all those years ago, failing to be a hero where Izuku succeeded so often. Todoroki could only accept that the best thing to do was to respect his friends sacrifice so that he could become a hero and prove to his father that he was his own person and not a tool for fame.
They never could forget the events that happened that day and the thing that deku away from them all those years ago. The perfectly spherical mass of pitch-black energy with a white ring around it. Ururaka could still feel the icy blast it made after it seemed to devour their friend. Now here they all stood, honoring their friends sacrifice. *TWHIP-THOOM* suddenly a muted boom shook the air and the ground for a moment as the same portal that appeared all those years ago appeared again behind the statue 200-300 feet in the air. Out of the portal spewed a ship! It descended quickly slamming into ground and skidding to halt only a few feet away from the statue of Izuku.
The area was secured moments later by police and the heroes in the immediate vicinity. The aircraft resembled a bird: its military green plating showed showing signs of heavy damage and burn markings. It was branded with the English letters "UNSC" contrasted out in white bold paint to symbolize importance. The first to approach the aircraft were Bakugo and Ururaka, the sandy- blonde no.1 hero approached from the front while Ururaka approached from the back ready to defend the growing mass of civilians that was building up beyond the police blockades from whatever or whoever was inside the aircraft. Then It began to moan and emit a loud "thumping" noise from within. Cautiously Ururaka stepped closer but was stopped when the rear of the craft let out a hissing noise as steam was ejected from the door when it opened and made a loud bang as it hit the asphalt. The officers surrounding the ship tightened their grips on their firearms keeping their aim focused on the ship. Ururaka then heard faint voices coming from inside the ship. "hotshot! Give me the pilots status! ASAP!" there was a pause. "hotshot! Marine, answer me! That's an order!" said a male with a semi-deep, gravelly, voice. Ururaka couldn't make out the response that came within the ship so she cautiously closed the gap between her and the ship.

The pelican shook violently in slip-space as we neared our destination "the damn model wasn't originally built for traversing slipstream-space! The spooks said it was modified to handle but the damn thing wasn't even tested yet?! OH, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WE BETTER NOT GET RIPPED TO SHREDS IN HERE!" I thought to myself as I gripped the safety clamps of the seat with all the strength my hands could muster. Suddenly the crafts' emergency lights began to flash in their eerie tint of red. Next, the sound of the engines whirred, up and down, rapidly. The pilot shouted something I couldn't quite hear over the loud sirens, and then we hit the ground, hard. The pelican must have hit the ground nose-first because the impact jerked everyone toward the front of the ship. We then slid for what felt like an hour (in reality was only 5 seconds). When we regained a sense of our surroundings after that jarring 'landing' wang said "we're here" in his usual very smartass way.
Then the Sargent shouted out "alright maggots! Get up and get ready! We are in Unknown territory marines!" my fellow marines, and the two Spartans who had been silent the whole time, and I left our secured seats and checked for wounds. I was ordered to check on the pilot's status, so I made my way to the cockpits door only to find that the damn thing was jammed shut. The crash must have bent something out of shape so it couldn't be opened. One of the two Spartans must have noticed my struggle and moved me away from the door before he punched the handle. The door caved in where the spartan hit it, he then grabbed the edge of the door that was now bent outward with both hands. The super soldier then ripped the door off the frame with ease and set it aside.
I looked up at him and said, "uh... thanks" he just nodded and then turned around. As I proceeded into the cockpit the other spartan had proceeded to kick the rear hatch open. But I had to find out if we were stuck here, wherever "here" is. Unfortunately, I found both the pilots dead in their seats. "shit" I muttered underneath my breath; I must have dozed off for a bit because the sarge was suddenly shouting at me. "Hotshot! Marine, Answer me! THATS AN ORDER!" he yelled. "both are KIA sir, died on impact!" I reported.

"damn it. there goes our ride back home" I thought to myself before replying to the rookie "alright! Grab their tags and get back here!" hotshot came back into the troop bay and I motioned for all present to listen closely as I laid out or plan. "okay men, spartan Zero will lead us out and make first contact, he will be followed by Spartan August, I will follow behind him, and your four marines will follow in line behind me. once all of us have left the pelican, you marines will secure a perimeter around the rear of the bird. Got it?!" "sir, yes sir" they all replied in unison. I turned to look at zero and looked up into his visor. "we got everything riding on you Spartan, make sure you use your past here to defuse any unwanted exchanges. Am I clear?" "crystal sir" he replied in his usual serious voice.
"well then. Lead the way boy." I gestured the super soldier towards the exit, before he began walking outside, his MA5B Assault rifle in hand. "I pray to god this place has a bar or some kind of cigar shop nearby." I pouted within my thoughts as the Spartan left, followed by August, and then I walked behind them.
Back outside with our heroes
POV: third party
Out of the aircraft came a tall man in dark green full body armor and a helmet with a golden visor standing at about 7'8" tall. He held a strange firearm and calmly approached Uraraka. He raised his gun over his head and clipped it onto his back. While this happened, he was followed by a second armored man with different looking armor. And behind them was five more men in green armor however these men were of average height and not over 7ft tall. Once all five of the green clad men cleared the strange aircraft, they then broke formation and formed a half circle around the rear of the craft.
By now, two armored giants reached Uraraka. The green armored one kneeled down and was now on an eye-to-eye level with her. 'my god he must make the old all-might look like a human shrimp' Uraraka thought to herself as she freaked out at her proximity to this massive, imposing figure. "hello, Uraraka" the armored man said through his helmet. H-Hello?" she stammered. Just then, the armored man reached up and unlatched his helmet, a loud hissing noise could be heard as the air escaped from the helmet. He lifted his imposing helmet off of his head revealing a familiar fluffy green hair. She was shocked, frozen by the face that was in front of her. He hesitantly introduced himself, "it's me Uraraka! -Izuku... Izuku Midoriya."
