After meditating, Ahsoka Tano checks her mental list of things to do.

- Train Leia in safety measures against Force lightning (dissipation, not deflection, because she likes her face unscarred, unlike her Sith Master's face, just in case)

- Have Leia and Mara work on the Force with each other

- Spar with Anakin as training for Palpatine's death

- Get some help weakening her bond with her Sith Master

- Heal her lightsaber crystals somewhat, now that she used the light and the dark

- Deal with the Jedi she dumped in the detention block here a year ago (Master Shaak Ti?)

- Make Shaak Ti think it was Mara responsible for getting her out of the detention block, to preserve her health, as telling her that the Sith lady that dumped her in the detention block now is a whole lot less Sithy has a high likely hood of negative consequences to Shaak Ti's health, as she will be confused and try to figure it out on her own. Lying to her (only somewhat) is better than making her have to spend even longer in the medbay, after she has a heart attack or gets hurt.

- Do more prep work on the plan to kill Palpatine

- Should I change my mind and take Anakin with me?

- Heal the burns on her arm from Palpatine's force lightning

- Heal Leia

She decides to start with the crystal healing. She takes apart her lightsabers, main saber first, and begins to feed light back in. Joy. Hope. Peace. Calm. Serenity. Safety. She feels the crystal hesitantly reaching out. As Darth Saph, had the crystal done that, she pushed it back in and infused her darkness in, crushing the strand of the Force that reached out. As Ahsoka Tano, she fed the strand more of the light, like she would feed a fire, and it gradually reaches out some more, trying to fill her with light again. This time, unlike all those years ago she lets it. It begins to show her visions.

Sparring peacefully with Anakin, on... Was that Naboo?

Then she sees something she hasn't seen since her Padawan days, on the Mortis mission.

She sees a future version of her self, standing there.

Future Self says, "I'm proud of you, Ahsoka. You finally came back to the light. I've watched you for years, hoping that it wouldn't be too late."

"Really? After everything?" Ahsoka is skeptical.

"Yes. I couldn't have appeared to you if you were still deep in the dark. It's never too late, Soka."

She keeps feeding it light, until the crystal is full for now. She looks at the color. It's a yellow-green, like her old shoto. She starts on the next crystal, the one from Syala Dellaeon's lightsaber. The same visions come up, but she keeps feeding the crystal, like she did on the first crystal. It has healed to a reddish purple, as she uses the light and the dark.

Ahsoka puts her lightsabers back together, and ignites the blades. Her lightsabers are now yellow-green and purple. These will be the blades she kill Palpatine with. Her next project will be to weaken the bond with Palpatine.

She records a message for Anakin on her datapad, "Hey, Skyguy, I need some help weakening the bond I have with Palpatine. It started out small, but over the years, it's kinda taken over. Completely breaking it will make him too suspicious, so we just need to weaken it by 90% or so. I know it's a lot to ask, but I don't think Leia, or the other Jedi I dumped here around a year ago would be interested or able to. I also healed the kybers in my lightsabers, as I use both sides of the force, but am using the light more and more. The sabers are now purple on my main saber and yellow-green for my shoto. I also had a weird vision of my future self when I was healing my crystals. May the Force be with you, Skyguy."

She then calls her apprentice, Mara Jade. Although she taught Mara both sides of the Force, she has trained Mara like a Jedi Padawan, and considers her family.

"Hello, Mara. I need you to move Shaak Ti to the medbay, and make sure she gets treatment, but doesn't escape. She's in Detention Block Five. Also, make her think that I'm not involved, and don't support this, as I don't want to give her a heart attack from the stress or confusion. Lying to her (only somewhat) is better than making her have to spend even longer in the medbay, after she has a heart attack or gets hurt. This will also be your Force Healing lesson, as you will try to use the force to physically heal Shaak Ti."

"Yes, Master." Mara's fiery red hair is hanging down behind her back, and she's wearing a black outfit. The teenager nods at her Master then walks off to deal with Shaak Ti.

Ahsoka's comlink beeps. She reads the message. I knew it wasn't too late for you, Snips. I'll help you, as best as I can, but if I can't quite do it, Yoda survived and might help you.

Ahsoka messages back, Thanks so much, Skyguy. I don't know if I can trust Yoda. I trust you. Where is Yoda?

Anakin replies, Yoda is on Dagobah. Obviously, don't tell this to people like Sidious.

Ahsoka messages back, Just my luck. I won't say anything to you know who. ;) A karking swamp world. :( We should go do this in the garden on the upper level. Nice place to meditate, you know. I'll be there in a bit.:)

Anakin sends back, Sounds good. :)

Ahsoka grabs a snack, and gulps it down, then goes to the wing of the castle she had put Anakin and Leia in, and walks with Anakin to the elevator. She then presses the button for Level 9, the Garden Level.

She then says to Anakin, "I'll be letting you explore later. Some areas are off-limits to you two, and later, Shaak Ti, when she recovers. Okay?"

Anakin replies, "Okay. What areas are off limits?"

Ahsoka replies, being clear about what areas are off limits, so everyone stays safe, "Hangers, my and Mara's private levels, entry/exit gates, outside, and the underground levels. For your daughter, you might want to add the dark side artifacts collection on Level 10, and the other nasty stuff on Level 10." If I had forgotten to include Mara's level, and they went in, Mara would be so upset, as she likes having some privacy.

Anakin says, "Okay. Level 10 is off-limits for Leia, as well as your and your apprentice's private levels. No going outside or underground. And mind only teaching Leia Light or Gray techniques?"

Ahsoka replies, " Okay, so skip the darker tricks with Leia. And don't cause problems, so clean up your own mess. Also, training power lightsabers only, for everyone's safety, and if the med droids tell you to stay out of the medbay, please listen to them."

Anakin replies, "Okay." Then, the elevator dings, to signal the arrival at the Garden Level. Anakin and Ahsoka walk through the doorway, into a steamy warm garden.

"Just so you know, if my comlink beeps, check the caller ID. If it's the 501st, Mara, or Captain Pellaeon, Leia, or castle staff, you can take it, and tell them I'm busy. If it's anyone else, wake me up, and I'll answer it. This is especially important if it's Palpatine or any of his minions."

"Alright. Have you dechipped the 501st?" The two walk through the gardens until they reach the smooth dark stone bench. They sit down, lean back, and Anakin is holding Ahsoka's flesh hand.

"I've been working on at least removing the Order Palpatine added to kill me, should I turn on him, and replacing it with an Order to kill Palpatine and his minions, instead. I'm also working on stopping the accelerated aging. So far I've been able to deal with the aging issue, and removed the Order to kill me. The order to kill Palpatine and his minions hasn't been implemented, but we can no longer wait for it. I've also been rethinking my plan to off him. I don't know whether I'll bring you or not, but I plan on helping the Alliance to Restore the Republic out some. I'm planning on protecting a couple worlds from being investigated for Rebel forces, and returning Leia and Shaak Ti. I also plan, as a show of good faith, sending Mara Jade as well, back with Leia and Master Ti. This way, the Alliance can and should move to one of those worlds. I'll also send a surprise pack of other stuff, as well. Of course, all this help will be under a cover name and untraceable, as the Alliance has never required donors to id themselves, and should hopefully accept it better this way, then getting notified that it's me. I plan on dechipping them after Palpatine is dead."

"Okay." Ahsoka closes her eyes and lets Anakin in to her mind, for the first time in years. Anakin knows that it is a big gesture for her to be able to trust some one this much, after all the years of being Palpatine's minion. When Anakin looks around, he sees a black chain with thin tentacles weaving their way into his former Padawan's mind. Oh, karking hell. Palpatine never should have hurt Ahsoka! He will pay for this.

He begins to untangle the strands, pulling them out as gently as possible. After that is complete, he uses his bond with Ahsoka to send enough light to weaken the bond without letting Palpatine know about the fact that his apprentice has betrayed him.
