No One's Point of View:

For a moment everything was completely silent, the two newlyweds just stared at each other in an awkward silence. Darcy started to fidget uncomfortably while Clint diverted his attention to their surroundings. She stared in confusion as he started looking about the room and put his ear to the door. He seemed to be satisfied by whatever he heard because he swiftly straightened and started to walk toward her with purposeful strides. Her eyes widened in fear, as he grabbed her by the arm and dragged her into the bathroom.

"Wha?…mphmm!" She was quickly silenced by one of his large hands over her mouth. She started to panic and tried desperately to escape his hold. Clint though was having none of it, when she tried to bite his hand, he issued a low growl in warning, and she immediately stilled. He leaned close to her; she could feel his breath on her hair.

"I'm not going to hurt you kid, just stay quiet." He then swiftly released her and turned on the shower and bathtub. Once he had done that, he went to shut and locked the door. When he finished, he leaned back against the door and just seemed to sag.

"Sorry about that, they were monitoring us," he gestured vaguely, "and I wanted to make sure we could talk without them hearing us."

He sighed again before he focused on her. She started to squirm a bit under his intense gaze and jumped when he finally exclaimed.

"Damn it! The bastard." Then he continued in a softer tone, "You're just a freakin 'kid, and now you are stuck with me for the rest of eternity. Or until I die, which with my profession is an occupational hazard." He sighed. "Right, first things first, I don't know about you, but I do not want to hang around to see what your uncle has planned for us. Honestly, I think I will be able to take the cake with crazy in-laws' stories. No offence."

"Um, I guess, I just wish I knew why Uncle hated me so much." She replied despondently.

He lifted her chin and studied her face for a moment. "Listen kid, your uncle is a complete and utter bastard. He doesn't care about family; he doesn't care about his men. If he could get richer or more powerful by killing off his family, he would. Right now, the only reason why he did not kill me is because with me marrying you, he will have the opportunity to have me work with him or agree not to kill him if I ever am hired to." he paused to make sure that she understood what he was saying. "So essentially you are a bargaining chip that he is willing to exploit. If he can control you, he can control me. That means we have to get out of here, okay?"

She nodded slowly, which made him give a brilliant grin in response.

"Okay here is the plan" Clint quickly outlined his plan, Darcy almost laughed at the simplicity of it.

Ari wished that he could have had any other guard duty other than monitoring the bugs placed in the hotel room. He did not find it entertaining listening to others having sex like his fellow guards. And this alpha was certainly making the most of his time with the younger omega. Not that he could blame him, the boss's niece was freaking hot. He sighed, there was no reason for him to be here, even if they were planning on leaving there was no way he would be able to go against a trained assassin.

Ari was so caught up in his ruminating he did not notice the lean figure that lowered from the dropped ceiling.

The last thing he thought was what late snack he would eat once his shift was over.

Darcy waited in the vent as Clint made sure the guard was out of the way. Once he was done, he motioned for her to come down. As she slowly wiggled out, she paused before she dropped down, she was sure that she looked like a dying fish on land compared to him. Luckily, he just seemed happy enough she was able to make it down.

"Are you ready for the fun part?" he asked as he made sure the bugs were still transmitting the recording they had playing.

"I thought crawling through the ceiling was the fun part." She snarked, "Also why did you have a recording of people making sex noises?"

"Oh that, I had a joint job with the Black Widow in Budapest one time. We found out that the fellow assassin we were sent to take out would gas people's hotel rooms when they were preoccupied. Once they were asleep, he would go in and complete the job. We figured the best way to complete the objective was to make it sound like we were having a good time when in reality we were waiting on the balcony." He glanced back towards her. "I figured it could be used on other jobs as well. Turns out it did, now come on let's go." he said as he pulled her out of the room and to a custodial closet.

He quickly stripped and put on one of the spare uniforms that was kept in the room. Once done, he pulled out one of the carts and pulled open the laundry bag.

"Come on, get in." he said as he held the cart steady.

Darcy, because she was short and had no talent whatsoever, had to pull herself up and in, in such a way that she wound up slipping headfirst.

Clint, the jerk, just laughed, shaking his head, "That will work, come on," he helped her situate in the cart and then covered her with some spare towels in such a way that it looked like the back was full.

"Here we go he muttered," as he backed out of the room and walked towards the back elevator. He nodded to Alberado's guards that stood at attention as he approached, they ignored him as he pushed the down button for the elevator. Once it was there, he entered and pushed the first floor button.

He quickly left the elevator and headed towards the laundry room. He glanced around making sure there was no one around as he approached the lockers. He nudged the bag signaling that Darcy could get out now. Of course, when she tried to get out her foot tripped her, and she almost fell on her face if he had not caught her.

There was an awkward pause as they stared at one another. Darcy quickly cleared her throat as she pushed herself away. "So, clothes?" she questioned gesturing to the wedding dress she was still wearing.

"Uh, right." Clint shook his head as he tried to get his thoughts clear so he could control himself.

Clint quickly picked the lock on each one until he found some clothes that would fit Darcy. "Just go around to the other side to get changed." He said as he handed them to her.

She nodded and took the clothes. Clint continued until he found some for himself, he thanked his luck when it turned out the guy who used the locker had left a very comfortable leather jacket.

"Are you done?" he called after he finished dressing.

"Yeah, now what?" she asked as she made her way toward him.

He gave her a brief glance, to make sure everything fit her and had to stop himself from staring too long.

"Now we exit through the kitchen and go to my car." he thought for a moment, "Then we go to my safe house, grab some supplies and get the hell out of dodge. Sounds good to you?" he asked.

"I guess…" she hesitated, "this is so weird I am literally married to a complete stranger, and I am about to run off into the sunset. I feel like I am a creepy version of a Disney movie."

Clint winced as she said that "Yeah, we are definitely going to need to sit down and have a very, very long talk once we are in another country." he replied. "Now come on, the longer the wait, the higher the chance we will be caught."

With that he grabbed her hand and they left Darcy's entire family and life as she knew it behind.
