- Jay wake up - Choi said gently calling the detective having to check the conditions.
As soon as the latter opened his eyes the doctor asked: - How do you feel? -
- My head still hurts,- he replied and then feeling more dizzy than he ever added, - I need to go to the bathroom. -
Once the state was checked, the detective was helped to get up and go to the bathroom.
When he got out of there, however, Jay didn't seem to be feeling very well. His complexion was a greenish yellow. It was evident that he was feeling nauseated and that he was going to throw up.
Immediately Choi grabbed an emesis bowl and placed it under Jay's chin just as he began to vomit. There wasn't much in his stomach, so eventually there was just gagging after a while.
As soon as he was done he was sent back to bed. The detective used all of his energy to fight not to lie down, even though he really needed it.
He wanted to go to his brother Will, he didn't want to lie there.
His head was bursting, however, and his various movements did nothing but make him dizzy, cold sweat and nausea. So by fighting not to lie down he was only making his condition worse.
A little later April arrived in the room and brought the medicine Ethan had ordered.
This time the detective took them without making a fuss, he didn't have the strength to resist, but before the nurse left the room he said:
- April I .. I would like to see Will .. for the last time ... -
Saying these words, a tear that escaped his control ran down her cheek.
The nurse didn't know what to say her. She didn't fully understand Jay's words.
Why would he see him one last time? His condition did not seem so bad as to portend something dangerous to himself.
- I'll talk to the doctor,- he said simply leaving the room and immediately going to inform Choi of what happened.
Meanwhile, Meggie had reached Ethan to inform him about the analyzes of some of his patients when the two were joined by Sexton who arrived all out of breath.

So she told him what Jay had told her and everyone was stunned except Meggie who eventually plugged everything in and realized what was going on.
