It was the year 2022. 5 years after the events of Thunderous Hope. Jocelyn Joestar went on a vacation to Japan for her college work in order to get her fashion branding dreams come true. She was also there to visit a certain relative of her's in the Joestar bloodline who may be having difficulties. Who is the relative? What is happening to that relative's experience?

1. Chapter 1: A Strange Night

Chapter 1: A Strange Night

~APRIL 22ND, 2022, 9:00PM~

A businessman was on his computer doing work in his home.

"There we go, all done!" He said as he submitted his work to his business. "(Yawns) Good! Now then, I'm gonna go get something to eat and then head to bed."

When he walked down the stairs to his kitchen, he heard someone giggling.

"What the hell? Hello?" He said.

"I have been waiting for you." She replied.

The businessman then turned on the lights in the kitchen, to reveal that nothing was in the kitchen.

"Strange…" He said. "Couldn't sworn someone was-"

"-Someone was in your house waiting for you." She said, interrupted.

The businessman then turned around to see a vampire adult woman.

"Who are you?" The businessman asked.

"Call me Diana. Diana Brando." Diana replied with an evil stare. "As I was saying, I have been waiting for you, sir."

"Sir?"

Diana then walks closer to the businessman.

"When I was a teenager back in America, a special someone sent me away to somewhere that I never knew where I was… Now that he's no longer part of life, I have been brought back here. The only thing affecting me after my return was my age. I have grown up to almost about the same age as you." Diana said as she got out something and revealed it to the businessman.

"(Looks at what Diana had in her hand) Is that some sort of… Arrow?" He asked.

"An arrow, correct. This arrow will be an experiment to see if you are chosen enough to survive in this world."

"Survive? Chosen?! What are you talking about?!"

"(Uses her eyes to blast at the businessman, gazing at him) It's up to you to take them down, the Joestars… One is entering here, Tokyo, Japan! (Prepared the arrow and stabbed the businessman in the hip) And you will take them down!"

The businessman then got to the floor. He was in pain.

"Argh! What is happening to me?!" He shouted.

"Interesting… It seems that you are strong enough to handle the arrow." Diana said as she reached into the arrow. "I sure hope your new powers are good enough to take them down!"

Diana then pulled back the arrow from his hip. Then, magic bursts out. Diana then fled. The businessman then got up after the magic faded.

"(Looks around) Where did she run off to?" He wonders. "(Feels his hands are getting cold) I see now…"

The businessman then grabbed a snack and headed back to his room.
