Sunita(Kavin's mother)-Karan, Kavin, jaldi se niche ao...nashta tyaar hai...
(She placed the plates on the table.)
Sunita- Ah!Jhilmil, kya karti hain!
Jhilmil(Kavin's younger sister)- Areh maa...aapne mujhe toh bulaya hi nahi issiliye maine aapko piche see hug karke samjhaya ki main bhi hoon(she laughs)
Sunita- Chal tu bhi na, main tujhe kaise bhul sakti hoon...haan woh Maine tujhe nahi bulaya kyunki mujhe pata that, ki awaaz do ya na do, meri bandaar aa hi jayenhi...
Jhilmil- Maa aap-
(Sunita hugs her and they both laughs)
Sunita(letting Jhilmil go)- Areh, aab yeh dono kaha reh gaye...ek ki awaaz nahi do taab bhi aa jati hain aur baki dono ki awaz de de kar bhi...huh,pata nahi kaha-
(Kavin hugs her from behind,much to her surprise)
Sunita(turning back)- Tu?tu niche...?
Kavin- Kya maa, jaldi aane ke ke liye gala phar phar ke chillati ho ho ho aur jaab ata hoon tab puchti ho ho ho ki main niche kya Kar raha hoon? wah yeh fair hain
Sunita(laughing)-Areh baba thik hain baith...aaj waise bhi woh, CID mein tera pehla din hain...late hona hain kya?
(Kavin sat on his chair and pulled Jhilmil's hair from behind)
Jhilmil(annoyed)-Bhai!Maa bhai be mere baal khiche...
Sunita-Kavin...

Jhilmil-Yeh achha hain, pehle gaalti Karo aur phir-
(Karan interrupted)
Karan(Kavin's big brother)-Tum dino phir se jhagar me mein laag gaye...Kavin tu...aaj tera pehla din hain yaar,focus.
Kavin- Aap sahi keh rahe ho bhai, mujhe faltu ke kamo mein waat waste nahi karna chahiye(he saw the expression on Jhilmil's face and giggled)
Jhilmil- Main...faltu...
Sunita- Chalo, chalo, jhagra baand, aur khana shuru..aur Kavin, thora jaldi khana
(He nodded like obedient son... Sunita, Jhilmil, Karan were half way to their eating when Kavin finished)
(He got on his feet)
Kavin-Maa bye.
Sunita-Beta Zara ruk main abhi dahi chini lekar aati hoon

Sunita- Haan...
(She rushed inside the kitchen and came with a bowl of dahi chini as she returned. Kavin opened his mouth and Sunita fed him a spoonful of dahi chini)
Kavin- Bye...(waving his hand)
Jhilmil- Bye,bhai
Karan- Bye...
Kavin-Bye,maa
Sunita-Sambhaal ke janaa...thik hain?
Kavin-Ji(he said, kissing her forehead)
Kavin-Bye...
(Kavin reached his car and started it. He'd only gone half a mile when the car broke. He stopped with a shake...he pushed the key again and again but nothing happened.Finally,he got off the car.He examined the wheels,when he discovered that one of his back wheels where punchered)
Kavin-God!!Isse bhi abhi hona tha? aab main mechanic kaha se lau...ek phone karta hoon
(He dialled a mechanic and told him everything. The mechanic said that he'd be there any minute. Kavin hung off and turned back,still looking at his phone.He didn't notice a girl coming from the front. They knocked each other)
Kavin- Aap...aap dekh ke nahi chaal sakti Kya?(rubbing his forehead)
(she looked up at him, annoyed)
Girl- Achha ji, galti khud Karo aur thoko mujhe?
Kavin-Kya galti?Meri koi galti nahi hain...aap ki dekh kar chalna chahiye tha
Girl-Ji nahi...mujhe nahi aapko dekh kar chalna chahiye tha...road pe koi phone ki taraf dekh kar chalta hain Kya bhala?Haan?
Kavin-What donyou mean by Meri galti? Meri koi galti nahi hain
Girl- So aap aapni galti mannege nahi aur meri koi galti Hain nahi so leave it
Kavin- What do you mean by saying meri galti again? aur aapki galti kyu nahi hain?
Girl- Meri galti issilye nahi hain, kyunki main jan buj kar aapse nahi takrai hoon
Kavin- Toh main kya-
(He was interrupted as the mechanic came)
Kavin- Aap bohot bari jhooti ho
(Her mouth fell open but before she could have say anything he went...she sighed and then turned back)
Girl-Mujhe jhooti kaha...itni bari himmat...how dare he...woh janta nahi ki main kaun hoon, CID officer Purvi Malhotra hoon main, chorungi nahi( she huffed and went her way.)
(Finally, Kavin arrived at the bureau. he was five minutes late.)
