Back at collage, Remus had been waiting for the two in the hallway near the entrance, like a hungry dog waiting for treats, asking them right away with a wide toothy grin the moment he saw them. "So how did the weekend go?"

Virgil looked at the ground while Janus just gave a shrug. "Come on, something must had happened?" "It was a normal and nice weekend, right Virgil?" Janus said looking at Virgil who blincked at him confussed.

"Wha- yeah n-nothing happened. Really." It was the truth but it somehow nagged at Virgil that he had to ask - and Virgil knew he would - that it made him embarrassed. Remus partly clenched his eyes shut, as he eyeballed the two for a weirdly very long minute.

"Your awfully akward today, you know that", he paused getting closer to Virgil, who would really like to hit him in his stupid grin that creeped up again. But luckily he didn't need to as he stepped back with a defeated shrug. "But ok, I take that."

On that note he laid one arm around Virgil as they continued walking through the hallway, Janus following the two silently on Virgils left side. But Virgil knew better than to believe a single word coming from Remus, especially after 'giving up' that easily.

After classes were finally over after a long and tidiues day of doughing more disclusive questions from Remus about yesterday in privat, they had just left the collage area, as someone was waiting for them infront of their car at the sidewalk.

"Dr. Miller. What are you doing here", he asked quite surprised to say at least.

"Good afternoon, Virgil. How are you today." "Better but why are you here?" Dr. Millers expression changed into a concerned one.

"I'm here to pick you up for your hearing with the police. You should had received my text by now." Virgil blinked confussed at her, then remembered what they were talking about at her office a few weeks prier.

"Hold the phone there, Doc!" Remus threw in. "What do you mean by 'hearing at the police'"

"I managed to set up a chase against Roman and they want to hear both sides of the acusation. Nothing all to dramatic." She turned over to Virgil. "So, would you please come with me?"

Virgil looked at Dr. Miller than back to Remus and Janus, who were not all to pleased about the whole thing, but mostly because Virgil didn't told them about it. He mostly forgot about it himself at this point.

"Can we come with?" Both asked at the same time earning only a sad smile from the doctor. "I'm afraid you can't. I'm sorry."

Remus got pissed and turned away with a groan while Janus nodded understandably. One last request from Dr. Miller towards Virgil before he got in and they drove off. At the police station, they were already awaiting them and started the hearing right after. Virgil was asked to tell them what happened at the party and the following days, so they can form a case and hopefully getting Roman arrested.

After an hour or so, Virgil got finally released and Dr. Miller drove him home. But then half way home, Virgil saw Roman walking down the streets in the same direction they just left. He was smiling almost grinning as he noticed it was Virgil that drove by giving him a slightly menacing but mostly overjoyed grin as he followed Virgils terrorfied gaze, through the car window.

Suddenly he cired out something, scaring Dr. Miller, who stopped the car imeditally. "What happened? Virgil?" She asked worried but got no answer.

Virgil was panting, holding his chest tight. His heart was beating in his ears, the air became suddely thiner. Then suddenly Virgil threw the passenger seat door wide open and jumped out of the car, dropping to his knees right away, gasping for air, head spinnig. "He saw me. NO. no. no. He saw me", Virgil mummbled under his breath, not noticing that dr. Miller had croched down next to him.

"Virgil. Listen to me", she said while laying a hand on his shoulder, his body was shaking like crazy. "You have to take a deep breath, you hear me?" She said calmly trying to break through to him but her voice got muffled by his own worried voices and cries grewing louder in his head.

The passbeyes whom stopped by, curiously, weren't helping in the slightest, so Dr. Miller told them off right away, in the most desprite way possible.

Virgil now holding his ears shut, slowly loosing it as he got a glimps of Roman in his corner of his eye standing there in the crowd but was gone the second he turned his head towards him. "He's here. He's here", he suddenly yelped, holding his head deeper almost between his knees, whereupon dr. Miller looked around but didn't saw anything.

"Alright that's it", she suddenly said, as he helped him up despite his struggle and lead him back into the car on the backseat, laying down on his side knees clentched to his chest. Dr. Miller was in the meantime trying to talk him down a bit before driving finally back home. The whole dirve he laid there curled up to a ball, still breathing heavily.

When they arrived at Virgils, he stayed for a few more minutes in the car, collecting himself before entering with dr. Miller the building. As soon he opened the door and saw Janus along with remus awaiting them, he immeditally jumped Janus around the neck with tears rolling down his face, buring his face into his shoulder.

Not even questining why he was here, though he might know the answer to it already.

"W-What's wrong, love?" Janus asked but got no anwser from him. Instead dr. Miller spoke up.

"He had a mental breakdown at the way home. I sugjset you don't question him out later to avoid another panik attack, he had enough going through his head for today", she said as she was taking her leave. Throwing a last concerned look back at them. "Call me if somethings coming up."

"Yes, Ma'am", Remus said and with that Dr. Miller left them alone.

As Virgil had calmed enough down, they dicided to call it for a day and watched some movies together while ordering some pizza for the night. Virgil stayed the whole time snugged up to Janus's side, even later in bed, while Remus sat on the floor like a watchfull dog, keeping mostly an eye at the two and the entrinces, like door and windows, just in case.

But knocked himself out into dreamland the second his head hit the pillow, a couple of minutes later. So much for a watchdog. But Virgil had to admit, it was better than him not being there. After a while of smoth voices and soft touches from Janus, Virgil managed to doze off himself. Janus following right after.

It was around midnight and Virgil couldn't sleep at all anymore. The whole incedence came up over and over again in his head. Worried that Roman would come and get him eventually. He looked up to Janus's sleeping face to distract himself from the thought. Virgil smiled. He looks so cute when he sleeps. Making him almost regret the disicion to get himself a glass of water if he couldn't sleep anymore already.

Virgil gave him a small kiss on his forehead before carefully letting him go and slowly widdling himself out of Janus's hold and stepped over Remus, who had all his limbs stretched out in all directions and the blanked kicked in the farest corner of the room.

'Jeez', he thought before covering him again with the retreaved blanket as good he could. Virgil continued his way to the kitchen, field up a glass and went back up again. He had just set a foot into his room again as somebody suddenly grabbed him from behind, whereupon he dropped the glass shattering into pieces but neither of them woke up.

"Hello again~", Roman's whispered heavy into his right ear while choking him with his left hand. Virgil gasping for air as tried to struggle. "...w-wHa...HEmhph-"

He tried to say something as Roman shoved something cold and metalic , sideways into his mouth, pressing it against the inner side. "Shh, shh, shh. We don't want to wake them up, do we?"

He whispered again, pulling him back into the hallway, closing the door, before taking that metal thing out of his mouth and pointed it in the doors direction, while loosing up a bit of his grib on his neck and shoved two fingers in his mouth as replacment.

Only now he noticed that, that metal thing in his right was a hand gun, freaking Virgil out. "Mhn-noh-", Virgil muffled whereupon Roman slamped him the gun into the stomach, causing him to collapse onto his knees.

"Oh sweety you don't really listen do you?" Roman suddenly let go of him for a second and turned him around, facing him. Pinning him down with his weight while grabbing his neck with his left again before putting his gun at Virgils forehead.

"I told you to SHUT. The FUCK. UP." Roman hissed into his face while leaning down. Virgils eyes watering as his body continuned shivering in fear, but he wasn't struggling anymore. "That's right", Roman grinned.

"Give up. You're mine now and only mine, got that", Roman said as put the gun aside and leaned in for a kiss. But got interupted from muffled voices coming from behind the door. Virgil eyes widden.

"N-no-" Virgil gasped sharp as he struggled wildly against the tidden grip of Roman. "Will you stop mov-" The door suddenly opened as a sleepy Janus walked out.

"NOOO!" Virgil screamed as shots loses from the gun, raining down at Janus and Remus who was just risen up from the floor. Virgil stared at the scene in disbelieve "n-no". Roman got up from Virgil whereupon he crawled fast towards Janus, not even bothering to get up running.

"NO NO NO NO. PLEASE!" He screamed as he tried to stop the bleeding. "N-no. please. Y-you ca-can't ... you..." Virgil voice grew weaker before he burried his face into Janus's bloody unmovable chest. Screaming and sobbing his eyes and lungs out in agony.

Roman slowly aproches Virgil from behind but he didn't noticed until he heard a click behind his head. "You know? All of that could had been prevented", Roman's tone was soft almost sad. "If you only stayed with me." Virgil turned his head, looking at Roman with crying eyes. "Goodbye"

*BANG!*

"NOOO!" Virgil ripped his eyes open, screaming, covered in sweat. Janus and remus jumped up from their sleep. "Fuck. Virgil, look at me. Everythings ok its just a nightmare", Janus tried calming him down, as Virgil sobbed and screamed onto his arms holding him as tight he could. Virgil managed to let out a muffled "You're alive", between breaks of sobbing and crying. Burring his face deep into his chest.

Remus gave Janus a look, who don't really know either what happened and sat down at the bed as well joining the hug, strocking gentley over Virgils head.
