"Well, well, well, look who decided to show up..." Said a dark voice.

"Oh, it's you..." Said Knight light coldly.

"What do you want with them, and please make it quick because if we beat you in this fight then you'll tell me where they are and I'm sure that Eon will make a nice cell for you to never escape from." She said.

"I'll deal with you and the other dark skylanders later... Mags the inventor, I see that you got a communication device-" Said Luminous.

"You may not know much about me, but I've done some reading about you, and your sick army..." Her voice darkens.

"No! Leave her alone!" Cried Knight light who me and himself stood next to Alanna.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold your horses I wasn't planning to hurt anyone, I'm just taking her for-" He started then was cut off when I slapped him. "OW!"

"But you called her a horse-" Started Endous.

"I don't want to hear it!" He raised his voice.

Chapter 8

Trouble stirs

Alanna's point of view

I've been lead to a room once we got to this place called the shrine of light, its just a crystal shrine full of light energy. Luminous opened the door to what looked like a bedroom, well more like a guestroom. The room is full of what normal guestroom items were back on earth is, a normal bed set with what looked like a vanity with its own mirror. A simple work desk, and how the heck did my laptop, tablet, and phone get there? But I'm guessing the guess rooms are a similar set up but some rooms don't have their own vanities.

"Go on," He said.

"But I thought you were going to ask me questions?" I asked.

"Well guess what?" He responded. "I didn't lie on that one, but I do have some duties to attend to here first, we'll have our talk later."

I walked in then I turned my head back towards him.

"Oh, and don't worry if you get lonely in there." He replied. "They'll keep you company."

"Company?" I asked.

Then I heard a voice behind me.

"M-mommy?" I heard.

He closed the door as I turned my head towards the voice. There standing was Sendara with clean white clothes with Jace with the same colored clothes as well.

"Sendara? Jace?" I asked with a shock look on my face.

"#! #!%$## ^%$ #! $# %" Jace said.

"Ok, ok, ok, just to make sure you both are real, name at least three of my group members." I replied.

"!# $$%^%&^% !$#$#%" Said Jace.

I knew that means Snowy, Brandon, and Shawn.

"Eddie/ Endous, Willow, and Millie." Responded Sendara.

My eyes are full of tears as I fell onto my knees.

"Come give your mother a hug!" I cried as I spread my arms out.

Sendara already jumped into my arms while Jace followed as well. My body finally relaxed from the most intensifying search for my kids ever. I also did a quick scan to see if they had any scars or anything out of the ordinary, but I saw nothing wrong with them. Sendara buried her head deep into my arms while her tail wags in excitement of seeing me for the first time since they were kidnapped. Jace also found a comfy spot on my arm and wrapped his arms around my own. Just like our assigned house on Skylands and our house back on earth, we shared the same bed since they get nightmares. But there were also two smaller beds as well, just in case they want to sleep alone but in the same room.

"Is the others ok?" She asked.

"They're fine," I answered. "no one is hurt, what's more important is that you both are safe as well."

Millie's point of view

Sometime before Alanna went with Luminous...

I finally was able to get the minis away from me, I mean they're adorable, but some do cause trouble. I went into my house so I could change into something different, I was also hungry, so I decided to make myself a grill cheese. Of course, I know not to turn on my stove, so I changed first then I smelled something burning. I wasn't able to think straight or breathe right until I went downstairs and saw the front room on fire. I think my charger blew a fuse and it set the house on fire, I thought I could handle this on my own, but I wasn't able to. My powers grew weaker while the fire built up, I was trapped in one of the rooms with no escape. I fell onto the floor with my hands covering my face, I passed out thinking I would die from this. That was not until I felt someone picked me up and carried me out of my house.

Nightshade's point of view

I carried the girl out after I sensed something was wrong, I also knew that no one saw me in or out of her house. I saw the others trying their best to put out the flames, I knew it was someone who wanted to kill her, damn it Wolfgang... why did you try to kill someone. All the members in Alanna's team should stay alive, even there is maybe one or two who isn't official. I at least need to get her out of Skylands before anyone notices, so I snuck passed the gate keeper near the academy so I could get back home. And I did, I also order some of the servants to get some supplies so I can take care of her injuries.

Griph's point of view

So yeah, the other day I appeared into Skylands like, I don't know how. And I heard Millie went missing, so I decided to help look for her until I had a feeling that Nightshade has her. So I picked up my phone and searched for Nightshade's number to get to him, the phone was ringing and I heard his voice. I put my phone on speaker so we can hear him.

"Where is she? I know you have her you sneaky bastard." I demanded.

"Well I do have her but you have to find us first, she's just recovering from her fire injuries, and I knew that one of the Doom raiders would want her dead." Nightshade said on the other end.

"I will trust you to keep her alive, because you don't know my step-sister as much as me and her friends know." I said then my voice darkens "But if we don't get to see her by the time she recovers, we will look for you, we will find you, and I will kill you..."

"Ok the last one is intense as it sounds but I won't give her up easily." Nightshade replied. "But you will have her back once you guys gone through the others."

Then he hanged up the phone, I ended the call and went outside so I could punch something that is broken. That guy made me pissed, if he ever, ever, place one single scar on her then he's so dead. I relaxed then headed back inside.

"Great, now first, Alanna was taken from you guys! And now, your friend and my Step-sister is kidnapped from Nightshade." I cried feeling stressed. "This is not as bad as my mom's meetings but it's bad."

"I could seen worst." Said Angie. "A lot worse,"

"And how?" Asked Shawn.

"Like me being abused by my brother and a lunatic who's purpose to bring only light." She replied.

"What do you mean?" Asked Clone.

"I mean, I think it's time for you guys to know why I was abused like this." She answered.
