a/n Sorry for that cliff hanger, my motivation is starting to drain out, also continuation of Alanna's point of view
Previously on "The group meets a new adventure chapter 10"...
"Design made by Mags and Dr. Krankcase." Brandon reads off the blueprint. "Welp, there's proof that she went to the same school as him."
They stopped as a rusted metal barrel rolled down the hallway, they didn't like this at all.
"What the f*** was that?" Willow whispered.
Why the hell is this like a horror film?" Brandon asked.
"Well, that's a stupid question." Said Snowy.
"WILDFIRE JUST GOT DRAGGED!" Willow yelled.
"WILLOW LOOK OUT!" Tuff Luck yelled.
"Who are you? Do you work for Dr. Krankcase?" It asked.
"Who are you? What did you do to our friends?" Willow asked.
"Come down here and face us you, floating head!" Brandon yelled.
"That is rude, baron or whatever your name is." Dream catcher replied.
"Fine, but what are we gonna name her?" Nightshade asked."
"Violet." Millie said.
"All of that for one potion?" Luminous asked.
"Well, I've seen more complicated potions than this." Alanna answered.
"Why not your hair?" Light Shire asked.
"What, getting your hair pulled by a crow in brave?" Alanna asked.
"Mom, reference." Sendara said.
And now...
Chapter 11
Alanna's memory, reunions, and meeting Mr. Wix
Alanna's point of view
When I first placed my head in the cauldron, I couldn't feel or see a thing until I saw some light, it looks like I've entered into my mind but in a different way. What I saw was a great hall with portraits of other being, I've read a few title plates, like: Splendora Meteor Dragoness, the current great queen of Hybridnia, Indigo Fris Dragoness, the first great queen, and my name showed Alanna the first born. How does this connect to these people? I took a closer look of each portraits of each queen, and I noticed a pattern, they all have the same markings similar to the one like I have. I heard echoes of people and music, I traveled down through the hallway and peeked into a room with a door wide open. Inside it was a room, a kid room more likely, with a crib.
Why the heck this looks familiar? I thought to myself.
I looked around more better to see a sword, similar to my own, tilted aside next to a drawer. On the drawer was a picture frame, in it was a photo, I took the frame and lifted it closer for a better view. In it was a photograph of a couple and a baby.
Is that the photo that I had? But why was this one more not so torn off than the one I have? I thought.
I heard a noise from the crib, I peered into it and saw a baby, not just a baby. But myself.
Luminous's point of view
"Oh no, Alanna passed out, did the potion kill her?" Staris asked.
"She's not dead, apparently this potion made her unconscious for it to work, it should wear off once she found out." I answered. "In the meantime, we need to get her to her room before she wakes up on the ground."
"We Lord Luminous?" Light Shire asked then joked. "She's your love interest."
"Saids the one who is related to someone who is part of my fear." I replied.
Alanna's point of view
I hurried out of baby me's room and into another room, was I the first born? I need to find Splendora and ask her to explain this, but how? I realized that I was in a changing room with dresses, I looked on the calendar and saw April 22nd xxxx marked two months after I was born. In the box was marked "The day of hope" What does that mean? Maybe if I disguised myself as someone I'll get to find and talk to Splendora, so I changed out into one of the dresses and headed out. I walked until I went into a huge hall where I guess Splendora could be at, which I saw her on the huge platform between two guards, standing next to a man who I assume was my father because I have his nose and his phoenix wings. I carefully made my way to them.
"Can I gain audience to Splendora?" I asked.
They stepped out of the way as she handed baby me over to my father.
"May I help you?" She asked.
"I want to talk to you more privately, alone." I answered.
"Can you let us be?" Splendora asked. "Have we met before?"
"I don't think so, but that baby there is actually me." I answered. "Then who are you?"
"I'm your mother." She answered. "You're the first born."
"Wait, me, I'm your child?" I asked.
"Yes, I know you wanted to seek out your truth. So here, take this letter, it'll show up in your pocket when you wake up." She answered.
"What about this photo? It was ripped when I always see it." I asked another question.
"It's fixed when you wake up." Splendora answered. "I'll see you soon, my daughter."
"You too, mom." I said. "Wait, I forgot one thing."
"Yes?" She asked.
"Where are we exactly?" I asked.
"The great city palace, your home where you're born in." She said.
Then a bright light glowed, and I was blinded until I woke up, lying in bed while Luminous was there sitting at the foot of the bed. Who was waiting for me to wake up, I rubbed my face to help myself wake up better.
"How are you feeling?" He asked me.
"Tired, but she told me that my answer is in a letter that should be showing up in my pocket soon." I answered.
I reached into my pants pocket and pulled out a purple velvet envelope with a golden stamp on it.
"Is... that note it?" Luminous asked.
"I assume so." I answered.
I opened the envelope, and a letter is set inside, along with a pendant that has four different rhinestones one each representing an element in a symbol of a dragon.
"My mother wrote this, it said, "My child, I am writing this to you..."" I started reading.
...The Hybridnia war has gone too far and is needed of hope to help us save it from Olivia, my sister, your aunt. Since we had you, your original soul was very unstable, but we knew it was the time to use the soul from your ancestor, Indigo, and switch it around so you would live. Which was spoken through a prophecy of your birth, your destiny, and your allies. You were meant to help those who will become your allies, you were meant to change some forces of evil to good. While I was imprisoned by my sister, she had a son named Griph and a step-daughter named Millie Ann Wix, wanted me to watch them while she's in control. The reason why we sent you away because Olivia was after you, she wanted you dead because all of Hybridnia knew and heard about your arrival. But always remember this, no matter what fate you get will always lead to somewhere more darker, but you won't be alone when it comes.
Your loving mother and father,
Splendora Meteor Dragoness and Sendor River Draco
current king and great queen of Hybridnia
"What does that mean Alanna?" Luminous asked once I finished reading the letter.
"Well, apparently I'm a pure blood born heir." I answered.
"A... A WHAT?!" Luminous asked surprisingly.
"Yep," I answered.
"Wait, the entire time we actually have a princess in the shrine?" Staris asked as she popped her head through the doorway.
"And Sendara and Jace are half-bloods since I adopted them." I replied. "And I also can't believe that I'm related to someone in my group."
"Millie, the girl who nearly died in a fire incident?" Luminous asked.
"When did that happen?" I asked.
"About a year ago maybe 10 months really, I just got word from Nightshade, and kept her "Hostage" but I knew he would treat her more of a guest." Luminous answered.
"So now Millie or Mill Kills is like me for a bit huh?" I asked.
"I guess." Luminous said. "Until your friends find you two."
Millie's point of view
"Looks like me and Luminous are the only Doom Raiders left." Nightshade said.
"Good grief, Shade, you said that they didn't find us yet." I told him.
"Now you're saying that?" He asked.
"Yes, because I'm worried about you getting caught and Violet wouldn't get to see her father." I answered then I sadden because I wasn't able to see both of my parents.
"Are you ok?" Nightshade asked.
"Not really, I just don't want Violet to be fatherless while growing up, just like how I grew up without my parents." I answered.
"You need a hug?" He asked.
I nodded and leaned my head on his chest, he placed an arm around me.
"Look, I'll come back once I get the Eye of Tomorrow, I don't want to steal anything else once it's done." Nightshade said.
"Promise?" I asked.
"I promise." He answered.
Then he left to do his task while leaving me here taking care of Violet, sometime later he came back empty handed.
"Well, I encountered the Skylanders, including someone named Griph." Nightshade said as he came back. "I just hope that they didn't follow me ba-"
"NIGHTSHADE I'M GONNA KICK YOUR A**!" We heard a voice yelled.
"Millie, go to Violet's room and stay there." Nightshade whispered.
"What about you?" I whispered back.
"I'll be fine, just go." He whispered.
I quietly left the room and headed to Violet's room, when I got there, I saw Wallop observing the crib where Violet was at. I took my staff out and whacked Wallop with it, he fell with a loud thump on the ground.
"I'm sorry, Wall." I whispered.
For ten minutes I waited until I heard something.
"You got five seconds to tell us where Millie is." I heard a familiar voice.
Wait... Griph is here, I need to get out there and stop this, I might get caught with Violet in my arms but I'm not going to leave her unattended. So, I grabbed Violet out of her crib, which to my surprise she slept through it all. I left her room where Wallop was still and walked into the main room where the fight took place.
"Guys stop it!" I yelled.
"Millie?!" They all yelled.
"Millie didn't I tell you to stay in there?" Nightshade asked.
"Well, Wallop was in that room." I answered.
"Where is Wallop?" Snap Shot asked.
"He's in Violet's roo-" I started then realizing what I was saying. "Oh shoot, I'm supposed to not say it."
"Who is Violet?" Clone asked.
"MILLIE!" Nightshade yelled which woke Violet up on accident who started crying. "Well, I guess we both screw that up."
"Shhhh... Nightshade didn't mean to yell." I said to our daughter soothingly who calmed down after.
"Who's kid is this?" Knightmare asked.
"I'm sorry Night, but it's mine and Nightshade's." I answered Knightmare.
"You little-" My step-brother growled.
"Hey, I at least kept her safe." Nightshade reassured.
"A**hole." Griph mumbled.
"Ha, Luminous does said that to me." Nightshade told Griph.
"Deal with it Griph, he's part of your family too now." I told him.
"There are now one." Shawn said.
"Yep, I wonder what Endous and Obsidian are doing." Clone wondered.
"Yeah, I hope we find this creep." Buzz said. "Let me see this kid."
"Sure, just be careful with her." I told him.
Buzz took a look at Violet who is sleeping again, which he smiled.
"There's a definite chance that she won't be like Nightshade, but she'll be more like you." Buzz told me.
"Nightshade, can I hug my step-brother?" I asked Nightshade.
"Sure Millie." He answered.
"Clone, you're the first to hold her." I said to Clone as I handed her over to him.
"Cool." He said as he carefully grabbed her. "Wait, I thought Nightshade was the first?"
"He's her father." I replied.
I walked over to Griph and hugged him, I've forgotten how many years it has been since we last seen each other.
"Sibling reunion huh?" Tuff Luck asked.
"Yep." I answered. "I even found out that I'm from a portal master family, thanks to Nightshade."
"Cool, it's been so long since I've last seen you, Millie." Griph said.
"Same, I wonder if dad is ok." I replied.
"I don't know, I haven't heard of him for a long time." Griph told me.
"A long time huh, Griph and Millie?" A voice asked.
We looked to the left to see a middle-aged man leaning on the doorway. He wore glasses with brown trim, short beard and mustache, light brown hair with brown eyes, his clothes were basic jeans and a tan long sleeve shirt with a brown vest. Also, his skin tone is a bit darker than my own, he carried a dagger in his belt, boots that were tied, a leather watch on his right wrist and a silver ring with a dragon on it on his ring finger on his right hand, a gold classic band on his left ring finger. The appearance of him is familiar, it looks like he's similar to...
"Dad?" I asked.
"Miles?" Griph asked.
"Yes and yes to both." He answered.
"What a surprise." Clone said sarcastically.
"How are you not dead?" I asked our father.
"One of the workers there helped me get out of there." Miles answered.
"Is Hybridnia still in war?" I asked.
"Unfortunately, yes." Griph answered. "That's why we need to find Alanna."
"You're right, the Hybridnia's hope prophecy has to be true." Miles said.
"We have to tell this to Eon, but I have a feeling that this isn't all of the Skylanders for right now." I replied.
"There might be more that we need to uncover." Tuff Luck told us. "Eon has to deal with the Doom Raiders later."
"Yeah, once we find our cousin and beat Kaos first." Griph said.
"Yes, we must hurry, let's go." Miles replied.
A/n I have nothing to say but the end of searching is drawing near
