Rohan looked at the blank page in front of him. Clearly, something was supposed to be on the paper, but what? Pink Dark Boy wasn't going to draw itself, after all.
He thought of calling Koichi, to see what new adventures the boy had gotten himself into. However, Rohan knew that there hadn't been anything new since Kira's demise. Not that he wanted another murderer like Kira to come along, but still...
Why not call Koichi? He was a very good resource and an excellent friend. So, Rohan decided to call Koichi.
"Hello, Koichi-kun!"
"Rohan-sensei?"
"Would you like to come over? I need inspiration,"
"You're not going to use Heaven's Door on me again, are you?"
"Of course not! I just want you to inform me of everything you've seen lately,"
"That I can do. See you soon!"
Koichi showed up eventually. Eagerly, Rohan let him in. Unfortunately, Koichi didn't have anything besides the one time Rohan got caught shoplifting. That had happened a while ago, but Rohan was still embarrassed about it.
"Thanks for trying, Koichi-kun,"
"Sorry I couldn't be of help to you,"
Rohan sighed. He wished there could be some way to relieve his writer's block.
Suddenly, Koichi gasped.
"Look, Rohan-sensei! There's something glowing outside your house!"
Rohan immediately rushed outside with Koichi in tow. What exactly he was hoping for, we will never know. (Hey, that rhymed)
The mysterious glowing thing turned out to be a psychedelic rainbow vortex of some kind. Rohan felt drawn to it. It was almost as if a voice was telling him to go nearer.
"Rohan-sensei, is this the work of a stand user?"
"I'm not sure, but maybe we should check it out,"
"Are you serious? We probably shouldn't go near it. Let's call Josuke and Okuyasu-"
"Absolutely not. We are not calling Josuke over here,"
"But-"
"Come on, Koichi-kun, we are two competent stand users. I'm sure we can figure out this little mystery on our own,"
"If you say so,"
While they were talking, neither had noticed the vortex slowly becoming bigger. The vortex crept up behind them until it was the size of Rohan's house.
When they finally looked back, the vortex made a sucking noise. Trees were lifted, and even Rohan's house was shaking. Rohan felt his feet leave the ground.
"Echoes, Act 3, Three Freeze!"
Rohan suddenly slammed into the ground. Looks like Koichi used his stand to increase Rohan's gravity and-
"Koichi-kun, you're being sucked in!"
Koichi was now floating two meters in the air and rising higher. Rohan could only watch helplessly as Koichi flew out of sight.
As Koichi left, so too did the effect on Rohan. Rohan floated up in the air and into the vortex.
