In a world where Pokemon talk and humans are non-existent, Pokemon live in peace with one another. At a certain high school in Kalos, a young Talonflame named Kai learns lessons in class alongside his best friends, including Aidan, the wise-cracking and powerful Lucario, Thresh, a strong and loyal Haxorus, and Leira, the Gothorita who is Kai's crush. However, things are not peaceful for long, as a new, unknown threat makes itself known in Kalos. Now, it's up to the new generation of heroes being taught at Origin High to stop this menace before the balance of the Pokemon world is permanently destroyed.
