Set just after shell shocked

Heather's POV

It's been a month since the war with Viggo. We may have lost the dragon eye but at least we're not fighting.

A lot has happened this year: finding out that my brother is none other than Dagur the Deranged, my past and a future as a Berserker.

Anyway, we were celebrating at the edge (The twins decided to throw a one month since Viggo fell in our volcano party) and I was looking at Astrid and Hiccup, who were quietly talking at the corner of the clubhouse.

You now what. I had enough. I can no longer watch these two twirl around each other. JUST TELL YOU LIKE EACH OTHER. Wait.. I think I have a plan.

"I'm planning on making Astrid confess. And what better way than through jealousy. I know she was envious of me hitting on Hiccup but if I purposely do it this time, she will get so jealous that she will spill. Hiccup confesses back and they live happily ever after. Whatcha think, girl?"

Windshear just rolled her eyes and went back to her pen. Time to bring the plan into action.

Astrid's POV

It's been a month since the war and a lot has changed. The edge is in ruins and the dragon eye is gone. But gladly, ME AND HICCUP ARE TOGETHER. All those years of doubting if he would ever like me back are finally over. Sure we had to nearly die a few dozen times to admit it but I'm glad we did. Me and the gang were in the arena when Heather came. I can't wait to tell her. But not after this.

"Hey Hiccup!"

"Oh er hey Heather. Didn't know you were still here, any reason?"

"No reason. Has anyone told you you look really hot. I mean from when we first met you have had a glow up."

"Oh... ehm... thank you?"

"Anyway, I should get Windshear. Bye handsome." And she walked away.

My blood was boiling. How could she do that. She knows I like Hiccup and this is what she does? Backstabbing bitch. What was worse was that Hiccup didn't say anything to stop her.

"Hey Astrid can you help carry these rocks?"

"Sorry I'm busy." I got on Stormfly and flew off.

Hiccup's POV

Well that was weird. Honestly I felt guilty for the fact that Astrid saw that but she knows I don't feel the same way to Heather. I was wrong.

It was late and I was about to go to Astrid's hut to talk to her. She was avoiding me all day. Astrid opened her door but out of nowhere, Heather comes and KISSES me on the lips.

"Hey Hiccup I was wondering-"

"Look Heather-"

"GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY BOYFRIEND BITCH!!!!!." Here it goes.

The she comes up to me.

"Seriously you just let her flirt with you all day. I thought we had something."

Heather's POV

Oh no what have I done.

Astrid was screaming at Hiccup and Hiccup was trying to reason with her. Wait... boyfriend?

"You guys are already together?"

"Oh yeah, me and Astrid are a couple."

"I was going to tell you Heather but it seems that there is no point in that."

"Stop. Look I did that so you would get jealous and confess your love for one another. I didn't know you guys were dating already. I am so sorry Astrid. You know I don't see Hiccup in that way, he's more of a brother. I thought I was helping. If you want me to leave I understand."

"Wait Heather. You meant well. It's ok."

"Thank you." I left them and went into the hut.

Hiccup's POV

"Look Astrid I-" Then he punched me in the guts. "Oww,"

"That was for making me think you didn't love me. And this," Astrid kissed me passionately and I returned it showing how much I love her. "Is for being my boyfriend."

"Of course milady. You have always been the girl of my dreams and will always be. Goodnight." I gave a kiss on her head and let her go.

Astrid's POV

I walked back in and Heather pulled me by the arm.

"Tell me everything."
