Hey everyone, Robinator here. I know some(well most of you) are here because of my Harem Lemon. I'm sorry but I've stopped writing that particular story because many were complaining about things that I couldn't fix or would require me to re work the story completely. ANYWAY this is my new story, a drama not a lemon. There will likely be lemons in the story, but not every chapter will be a lemon. I did put a lot of work into this, and I promise that if you read it you'll enjoy it. For now most of the characters are personal characters of mine, but as the story moves along more canon characters will be looped into the story. So, please review and give me suggestions or anything that I can do or that you may wanna see.

Enjoy :)

Also p.s: This is taking place in part one after Naruto's FIRST ATTEMPT at the Chunin Exams. Just past the Hokage's death but before Tsunade has arrived at the village to take over.

Again Enjoy

The Unknown Clan

Chapter 1: The Genin of Mystery

As sunlight crashed through the window of my one room apartment, a family of small birds chirped their morning song into the open window near my bed. While other families woke up to the high pitched chirps of the bird, and sometimes shooed away the birds to return to their slumber, I was already up bright and early as they began their morning songs. The messy bed that the birds chirped to laid empty, the young boy that was sleeping in it only hours ago on the ground nearby. I was lifting by body up with the firm arms I had trained over the years to be as strong and firm as steel. Sweat dripped onto the wooden floors from by bare chest as I lifted my body up and back down again, groaning out what was supposed to be "198" but instead came out as an incoherent sound. I grunted again as I lifted my body twice more before collapsing onto the wood, panting out hot breaths and sighs as I let my muscles relax from their hours of work. After lying there for a few moments, I reached my arms out from under me and pushed my body up. Standing up to my full height, roughly 5 feet in height, I stretched out my sore and tired limbs. Cracking my neck, I turned my attention to the small black clock on the wall. It read 7:29, I was running slightly behind schedule. I sighed, but didn't rush myself to make up for lost time. Rayashi probably wasn't even awake yet knowing him, and Sakai-chan would have woken up an hour ago to prepare breakfast for her parents and younger siblings. I had no reason to believe I would be late.

I moved over to my dark oak table, with a pair matching oak chairs surrounding it. I took a seat down on one of the chairs, but only after grabbing my breakfast from the slow cooking stove on the counter. Taking out my chopsticks, I began to devour my breakfast, not even waiting for the hot food to cool. Soon I was gulping down a tall glass of water, draining the clear cup before standing up to clean my plates in the sink. Although my apartment was small, it had everything I will ever need. A small bathroom, a small kitchen, enough space to train and work, and even a bookshelf where I organized all the books I've collected. There had to be almost a hundred books, all varying in subjects. From Taijutsu to the secrets of Dojutsu, I collected a personal library of Shinobi secrets and knowledge.

As I dried my cup, I took another peak at the clock. It now read 7:55. I still had almost 30 minutes to spare before I was supposed to be at the training grounds. Sighing, not really having anything to do, I eventually decided on just taking a walk through the village. I pulled on my chainmail shirt and then my dark yellow and black jacket. My belt with double bladed kunai and bag of ninja stars and other ninja tools soon was clamped onto my waist, my shoes and headband following in suit. I stepped out into the hallway, locking my door behind me before I walked toward the stairs. As I passed by the doors of my neighbors, I heard young children whining and waking up, and adults waking up and preparing their breakfast for family or significant others. Sighing, I hurried past the doors, my own yearning for a family eating away at my heart.

I had a family, at one point. But it was long before I began to remember and store memories. I was part of the Keikon clan, a clan that no one in the Hidden Leaf village seems to know anything about. Well, that's because we aren't from the hidden leaf village. Years ago, while the Uchilia clan were still thriving and full, my family snuck into this village as refugees. My clan used to be one of the main influencers of the Hidden Cloud Village and the Land Of Lightning. Many people who were close with members of the clan called us the perfect clan. We had immense Chakra and power with our special and unique kekkei genkai, a great intellect in almost every member, both battle strategy and political instinct, but most of all we respected every other clan and only used our power to actually effect and fix things for the good of the people, not just the clan. But to everyone else, we were one of the scariest clans in all the Village. Nobody understood the inner workings of our kekkei genkai, and what they did know about it scared them to their core. Eventually, the land of lightning made a small agreement with the Could Village's Shinobi, without the knowledge of the Raikage, and proceeded to massacre the leading officials of the clan. But they didn't stop there, they continued to attack. They brought their violence to the families and younger children of the leaders. Eventually the rest of the clan understood what was going on and ran. My mother and father took the texts and scrolls of the clan, the one's they could acquire at least, and ran. The clan scattered, running and disbanding. They moved and immigrated to other countries, lying low and hiding the power and secrets the Land of Lightning sought out. Although most of the original clan members have died out, not bothering to pass on what they knew to their children, I was one of the few to know about the clan. But, I'm also the only one with the scrolls and texts that can control the power I wield. Well, I don't wield it YET, but I have the ability to….eventually.

I snapped my head up as I exited my thoughts. I had made it all the way out into the streets of the Hidden Leaf Village. Without even realizing it, I had walked towards the training grounds my team was supposed to meet. I looked up at the sun, realizing I still arrived early despite all my attempts to arrive on time. I sighed and stepped over the bridge and onto the green grass of the training grounds. I took a seat down against the wooden logs used for target practice. I closed my eyes and breathed deeply, letting my body relax against the wood.

After a few minutes, I heard a high pitched voice pierce into my quiet relaxation.

"Osaki-san!"

I opened my eyes to see Sakai-chan running across the bridge into the training grounds and smiled. She was wearing her typical blue sleeveless top and skirt. A pair of dark black leggings and tights could be seen down to her knees. Her dark brown hair was straightened and flowing in the slight breeze. Her cool green eyes calmed me, reminding me of the forest surrounding us.

I smiled and called back to her, "Hi Osaki-chan, did your family leave early this morning?"

Osaki smiled as she took a seat next to me on the nearby log. She answered "No I just had leftover breakfast. I only had to warm it up for them so I ate and left early. Glad you did too, I don't wanna be here alone."

A tiny whisper entered the conversation like an ant into a house. It said, "Well I'd be here to keep you company, Osaki-chan."

Osaki jumped and nearly smacked Rayashi right in the face, if not for me grabbing onto her wrist in the instant I noticed her intent. Sighing I said, "Rayashi, you know you have to be careful with her."

Rayshi laughed hard, grabbing onto his stomach to stop his wheezing from shortness of breath. "Haha, sorrrrry, just wanted to have some fun. Kinda surprised you two arrived here early."

Osaki rolled her eyes and snapped back, "Surprised to see you up and early before noon."

I chuckled as I let go of the kunoichi. Rayashi was known as one of the best Genin in our class. His natural strength and speed as well as his kekkei genkai, the explosion release made him a very powerful Genin at a young age. His natural good looks and power gave him the spotlight for many of the young genin, similar to how Sasuke Uchilia of the previous year was. Only unlike Sasuke, Rayashi was lazy. He didn't train or work enough to grow, and had to be forced to get out of bed almost every morning. Because of this, others began to catch up easily to him. He's still very powerful for a Genin, but I believe once people see how little he progressed, they'll realize he's not going to be anything special.

Rayashi laughed and said back, "I'd be up at the crack of dawn if it was for you."

I rolled my eyes and stood up. Rayashi was as flirty as he was lazy, and Osaki was one of the few who resisted his 'charm'. I was, well, the opposite of Rayashi. I came into the academy as a nobody, and exited it as a nobody. Nobody knew or cared who I was, and I didn't have the looks or natural power (yet) to be somebody. But I worked hard and now pride myself on being one of if not the best taijutsu user among the Genin of my class. But I never tried to go for any women, not yet anyway. There was no point in distracting myself with something like that, especially since I'd likely just be disappointed.

The two Genin began to talk and argue, Rayashi's endless attempts to get with the young girl annoying her to the point of boiling. I knew better and just stood out of it, letting them work out their problems until Sensei arrived.

Before long my prayers were answered as Nura-sensei appeared on top of one of the logs with a bright young smile. She said "Early birds today? Y'all seem to be excited for training this morning."

Osaki smirked and said, "Sadly for this one that's not the case, he's just here by sheer coincidence." She giggled as Rayashi frowned.

I bowed slightly and said, "You know me, Sensei, I'm always early."

Nura-sensei smiled and said, "Yes you are, that's why I expect great things from you in the future."

Nura-sensei was just drop dead gorgeous. Long blonde hair and blue eyes complimented her slim but busty figure. She used to dressed in revealing clothing, but Rayashi would get distracted easily and end up in a pile of drool. Now she covers up a bit more, but Rayashi will still stare when he gets a chance.

Nura-sensei snapped her fingers and said, "Alright, let's get to work. We have a C-rank mission after training so we need to be quick today. Ok?"

The three of us straightened up, waiting for our instructions. Our training had begun.
