Billy and Mandy were trapped like rats. Lucky for Grim, he made it out on his own.

The monsters were coming closer. Their fangs were dripping with saliva and their claws were as sharp as a samurai's sword.

"This is all my fault," Billy said. "If I'd only stay out of Grim's trunk..."

"This is YOUR fault?!" Mandy glared.

Billy gulped. "M-my bad..."

Mandy growled. "Billy, if we weren't about to get eaten alive, I'd kill you myself!"

Billy sighed, trying to look for a way out of this. That's when he saw it.

"Look, Mandy! We can get out through there!"

Mandy looked over to where Billy was pointing. A dumbwaiter just big enough for Billy and Mandy to fit in!

She shook her head. "Billy, we don't have enough time. The monsters would surely catch up to us before we get that thing to work."

Billy looked at Mandy, then at the monsters (who were about 10 yards away), and back at Mandy. He gulped and inhaled deeply.

"Go."

Mandy looked at Billy in shock. "What?"

"Go."

Mandy raised an eyebrow.

"I'll-stay-here, and-the-monsters-will-come-after-me, so-they-will-be-'divertulated'-from-you, so-you-can-get-to-the-elevator-thing-and-escape," Billy said really really fast.

Mandy went wide-eyed. "But, Billy...you'll..."

That's when it happened.

Billy planted a huge kiss on Mandy's lips.

When he let up, Billy told her one last time. "Go."

Surprisingly, Mandy did not throw up or wipe her lips off with her arm. Instead, she gave her usual mean glare. "No, Billy. If we're going down, we're going down together..."
