Chapter VII

The King in disguise and Griffin were walking through the streets of the Southern Isles. Peter looked up at Griffin.

"So, what are you here? Someone's henchman?" Griffin growled.

"At least I'm not some stuck up selfish king like you."

"You'd better watch your tone there. I'm still a king, and I can hunt you down like a mouse caught in a corner."

Griffin quickly gripped Peter by his sleeve and dragged him down an alleyway and pushed him against the wall. Not even two seconds later, Griffin held a dagger right up at the kings throat.

"You really think you can take me on? You piece of shit?! I could take your guards down easily. So don't f*cking test me damn it. Your threats mean nothing to me."

The king trembled in his spot. He was a coward. Selfish. Greedy. Corrupt. Above all, evil.

"Are we clear?" He pushed down on his throat but it was enough for the king to surrender.

"Good." Griffin took away the knife and sheathed his dagger.

Peter huffed and moved his fingers along his neck. Knowing fully well that his throat could've been slit right there and then.

"What are you waiting for? Some damn whore to show up for you?" Griffin asked as he was coming out from the alleyway.

The king let out a 'tch' and continued with his kidnapper.

"Elsa!" Jack has come to the room and found Elsa tending to her sister. Elsa looked up and her eyes widened, her husband standing right there. She let out a sigh of relief and went to hug him.

"I thought it wouldn't work! But it did!" She softly sobbed into his shoulder. He quickly hugged her back and pulled away.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"Anna! She's about to have the baby," Elsa said, "She cannot push and her only option is a C-Section. Only 10% of women survive it. And we don't have enough nurses. I thought maybe you and the guardians could help out."

Jack nodded his head and placed his hand upon her shoulder.

"Don't worry, I'm pretty sure North might know something. He might have the stuff for her to survive." Elsa nodded her head and took a deep breath.

Elsa turned around to face her sister who was very very pale. They had already gone through more than half of the towels because of her bleeding. Nurses were rushing everywhere. How long had they been in here? Minutes? Hours? Elsa couldn't even remember what time it was. She walked over to the bed and stayed at her sisters side. She grabbed her hand and squeezed it. She lifted her right hand and brushed Anna's hair back.

"Your gonna be okay Anna."

She slightly nodded. Her eyes only in slits now because of how much energy she was loosing.

"Anna," The nurse, Dianna spoke. Anna lifted her head weakly to see that everyone was around.

"We are going to perform the surgery. Take this piece of leather. In case you need to scream." Anna's heart almost bursted from heart chest. This is really going to hurt isn't it? Elsa handed Anna the leather and she gripped it and held it in her mouth.

"Wait!" North came in as he dug through his bag. He pulled out a small vial that contained a white liquid that seemed to shimmer.

"Rub this on her. It's a pain reliever. It'll still hurt but it'll reduce some of the pain." North handed the bottle to Dianna and she thanked him.

"Can I have you guys step outside? I'll call you in if we need anything."

North and Jack nodded their heads and stepped out of the bedroom. Jack glanced over towards his wife and gave her a reassuring grin. She did the same and he stepped out. Closing the door behind him.

The nurse turned to face Anna and began to rub the substance on her baby bump. Anna could feel the sensation of her belly becoming numb.

"Okay, ready?"

Anna nodded her head and so did Kristoff and Elsa.

"Okay...one."

"Two."

"Three."

Dianna slid the scalpel down where the uterus would be and Anna let out a blood curdling scream in pain as she bit down on the leather. She was bitting so hard her teeth could fall out at any moment. She cried out in pain as it went deeper and further down. She squeezed Elsa's hand so hard that it could fall off due to lack of blood circulation.

"Almost done." The nurse then dug her hands gently but that only made Anna scream even more. Screaming bloody murder.

"I feel the legs!" Elsa's ears perked up. The baby is almost here!

The nurse continued to rummage throughAnna's insides, trying to feel around for any way to try and pull the baby out withoutinjuring the baby or the princess.

Elsa watched in anticipation as she watched Dianna. Her heart was pumping through her body like it never had before. This is it. This has to be it.

That's when they heard the screams of the new life brought into the world.

Sorry it was so short too.
