When Twilight walked into work the next morning she was walking on air because of the great date. But when she saw Rainbow and Pinkie she could instantly tell something was up.
What's going on? Twilight said. Me and Pinkie are going to meet with Princess Celestia today Rainbow said. What? Twilight said Princess Celestia? How? And why? Pinkie knows Ponies in the Royal guard who were able to schedule the meeting. The reason we're going is to talk to her about Zuul. Can I come? Twilight asked excitedly. Actually yes Pinkie said when they told her the ghostbusters were coming she said she wanted to meet the whole team. So we're taking the new girl with us too Rainbow said. Rarity is going to meet Celestia on her first day of work Twilight said how cool is that? Where is she anyway? She's already here Rainbow said she's in the office flirting with big Mac. Speaking of which how was your date. Twilight blushed yet again then said in a far away voice it was wonderful! Then she said so what's for breakfast? Donuts Rainbow said. They were great Pinkie said. Please tell me there are some left Rainbow said. Nope Pinkie said. But me and Twilight haven't had any! Rainbow said. You snooze you lose Rainy Pinkie said. Pinkie! Rainbow yelled irritably.
It felt strange standing in the courtyard. Never thought I'd be here twilight said. Some guards walked up. Are you the ones here to see celestia? one asked. Yes Pinkie said. Right this way ladies he said. They followed the guards into the castle. Twilight was so excited she was hyperventilating. Calm down egghead rainbow said you don't wanna get us in trouble. I'm sorry twilight said I'm just so excited about meeting celestia. It will be simply divine rarity said. Remember we're here on a case rainbow said. Here to help your boyfriend she said looking at twilight. Twilight ignored that comment and continued walking on.
Finally they were in the throne room. Celestia looked even more majestic then I had imagined. Her mane constantly moved as if it were blowing in the wind. Greetings my little ponies she said what do I owe the pleasure? Let me handle this rainbow said. Then she addressed celestia. Your majesty we are Ghostbusters. We have a client who claims to have been visited by someone you know. A changeling spirit worshipped by changelings known as Zuul. I am afraid that is impossible celestia said. For the changeling you speak of is in the phantom zone. But what if she is not? rainbow asked. If she is not equestria is in trouble Celestia replied. How so? rainbow asked. Because Zuul has faithfulness to an evil far beyond her own. another which I have banished. Gozer the traveler. Who rainbow asked. Do sit down Celestia said. This story will take awhile.
Gozer the traveler is a dimension hopping spirit worshipped by many cultures and very powerful. He has been known to wipe out entire planets. For many years many ponies worshipped him. But he was very evil. Oftentimes destroying his own followers. But Zuul Who is worshipped by the changelings. Is one of his followers. They came together to take over equestria and destroy it. It was hard but I managed to defeat them. I sentenced Zuul to the phantom zone. But I knew Gozer was too powerful to be contained in there. So with a very powerful magic spell I stuck him in tartarus. If Zuul Is indeed free she is working on bringing him back. Is that possible rainbow asked. I don't know Celestia said. But I do know it gets worse for you guys. How so? rainbow asked. When Gozer was in power he called on the supernatural forces ghosts. In other words if you think you've had a lot of ghosts to fight now beware. Gozer feeds off the energy of the supernatural. We can only hope he doesn't get out.
Celestia then looked over at Twilight. Then she said what is your name? Twilight Venkman Twilight said. I hope I don't embarrass you but I couldn't help but notice that you have no cutie mark. How old are you? 22 Twilight said. That is highly unusual for your age Celestia said. But I want to encourage you. In my thousands of years as Princess of Equestria any of the few ponies I have known who have waited this long for a cutie mark always had a very special talent. So I just want you to know I believe your time is coming soon. Thank you Twilight said It has Been heavy on my mind lately. I'm sure it has Celestia said but it's good to meet you Twilight. Really? Twilight said Good to meet you too your majesty. I'm afraid that's all the help I can give you all right now Celestia said. But if you ever need anything else just get a hold of me. Thank you very much your Majesty they all chorused. Then they made their way out of the castle.
That was pretty awesome Rainbow said. We met Celestia! Pinkie exclaimed. It was simply divine Rarity said. Yeah she was really cool Twilight said. Well do you think this Gozer will appear? Rarity asked. I don't know Rainbow said but we better hope not. We'll have to keep in contact with Flash in case anything else strange happened. I guess that won't be hard though since the egghead over there is dating our client now. Twilight just shook her head. Let's go get some Ice Cream Pinkie said. So they did.
