(Suddenly, a group of masked men and women appeared on the stage! It was Team Break, trying to sabotage the matches!)
(Bettie immediately jumped out of her seat and got onto the stage where everyone was, wanting to lend a hand to her teammates in taking them down.)
(Fortunately, the situation was under control, and with everyone's combined efforts, they were able to defeat all of the Team Break members, who retreated immediately.)
(While all was well that ended well, Bettie has failed in her original goal to find Scottie.)

(The cave was dark, but Bettie did her best not to trip, looking around and calling out Scottie's name.)
(Suddenly, she heard the loud flapping of a Pokémon behind her. She turned around, and realized that it was a Golbat.)
(There were no wild Pokémon on Pasio, so it must have been a Trainer's, but this Golbat seemed agitated, and began chasing after her.)
(Bettie ran as fast as her legs could carry her, but she ended up deeper in the cave. She soon reached a dead end.)
(The Golbat finally caught up with her. Bettie cowered in fear, but at that moment, her partner Pikachu used Thunder Shock on the Golbat, scaring it off.)
(Heaving a sigh of relief, Bettie left the cave with her Pikachu.)

(Bettie wrapped her arms around her body as she walked through the mountains, looking around for Scottie.)
(The mountain air was chilly, and so was the icy floor, but she kept moving forward.)
(Suddenly, she started hearing some rumbling. It was an avalanche! Bettie ran as fast as she could, trying to find a cave or shelter.)
(Unfortunately, in her haste, her foot slipped on some ice, and she found herself tumbling all the way down the edge of a cliff.)
(When she finally hit the ground, she felt a searing pain across her entire body. It felt like she might have fractured several of her bones.)
(She was at the bottom of a pit, and there was no way she could climb her way back up, not that she could even move her body to begin with.)
(Her freezing body laying numbly on the ground, she wailed painfully to herself. She wondered if that was the end for her, and that she would never see Scottie ever again.)
(Her Poryphone was damaged from the impact, meaning that she had no way of calling for help, and she was unable reach for her Poké Ball to send Pikachu out either.)

⁃ SCOTTIE!! Please save me!!
(She uttered those words painfully, wondering if it was just wishful thinking, believing that Scottie would really show up to save her at that very moment.)
(Hours passed, and nobody came. She closed her eyes, warm tears flowing down her cheeks. Her body was beginning to fail her. She was ready to accept her finality, while regretting not being able to see Scottie again one last time.)
(In that spur of the moment, she suddenly sensed a large shadow looming over her. Was it falling avalanche? Was she about to be crushed into pieces by the snow?)
???: …Hey! Can you hear me? Open your eyes, Bettie!
Bettie! Bettie!! Are you still there? …Hey, please answer me! Bettie!
No good… I need to rush her to the Pokémon Center right away.
(Bettie felt herself suddenly being lifted up by someone, and placed on the back of a Pokémon.)
???: Woah… her body is cold and numb. Could I have been too late…? No! I must never think so negatively! I believe… I believe that you're still there, Bettie!
Solgaleo! Clear the way around us with your Focus Blast! We must waste no time in sending her to the Pokémon Center!
(At this point, Bettie drifted off into unconsciousness.)

(When Bettie finally came to, she was lying in a bed under thick warm blankets.)
(While she was still trying to make things out, she heard an excited voice calling out right next to her.)
Scottie: Bettie! I'm so glad you're safe!
(Scottie gave Bettie a big hug, causing her to blush fervently.)

Scottie: Do you remember? I found you at the bottom of the cliff of the ice mountain, and sent you to a Pokémon Center right away.
You were unconscious upon arrival, but the nurses and their Pokémon did their best to treat you.
I was extremely worried when they told me you had fractures in several places in your body. They said you had hypothermia, too.
However, I was relieved when they told me that they could still detect a heartbeat. I had been watching you the entire time you were warded.
Fortunately, the Pokémon Center's advanced technologies work wonders on not just Pokémon, but humans too. They told me that you had mostly recovered, and that you were free to be discharged.
You were still asleep at that time, and I thought of bringing you back to your own room, but the Pokémon Center regulations prohibit me from entering it.
So… if you don't mind, I brought you to my own home for you to take a rest in before you woke up.
