The budding relationships between CC and Niles and Sabrina and Dominic were escalating by the day. For almost a month now, the two Babcock women had only spent time with their significant others, but would call each other occasionally to check up on each other. For a while, Sabrina was content with being with Dominic for a good majority of the time, but deep down, she missed spending time with her mother like she used to. She knew that the both of them had found love and happiness, and she was very grateful that they did, but family time was just as important to her, if not more. Since CC and Niles had gone out for the night, Sabrina found her opportunity to spend some more time with Dominic, and she definitely took that time to heart. She wanted to make sure that she was able to spend as much time with him as possible before either Niles or her mother caught her before anything could happen.
However, it seemed as if Niles and CC were more preoccupied with each other rather than the girl. The two had another very pleasant date night out. Now they were going to see if they had the opportunity to have some much needed time alone. Since Sabrina was still home when they had left, CC thought she'd still be there. But to their surprise and advantage, it seemed as if she was gone for the night. When the two had entered the penthouse, the lights were off and Chester was tucked in his dog bed in the corner of the room. Niles had opened the door for them both and they quickly started to discard their coats and shoes to get more comfortable. "Good.. she's not home," Niles said before he wrapped his arms around CC's waist pulling her in for a long, deep kiss.
The blonde found herself dropping her clutch bag as she had immediately reciprocated his motions and wrapped her arms around his neck. As they continued to ravage each other's lips, they found themselves weak in the knees and had dropped onto the couch, with CC being beneath Niles. Being laid flat on her back roughly caused CC to moan into his mouth, mixing pain with pleasure. Being as weak as she was, she continued to hold onto him while he pinned her on the couch. After a while of making out, they pulled away from each other and took a moment to catch their breaths. "I have to have you... right here.." Niles growled as he moved to start devouring her neck. CC let out a soft moan feeling his lips trail lower along the soft skin of her jawline and neck up to her collarbone.
Before they could go any further, CC let out a groan and pushed Niles off of her. "As much as I really want you to do that.. I have to call my daughter.. I want to make sure she's doing okay," CC said as they both got up from each other. She strode towards the nearest house phone and picked it up before dialing Sabrina's mobile phone number. "I promise once I'm off the phone with her, we can pick up where we left off," she added turning to Niles and winking at him. She then turned back and put the phone to her ear hoping to hear Sabrina's voice on the other line.
While the phone rang, Niles came from behind CC and wrapped his arms around her waist, continuing to plant kisses on her neck and shoulders. "N-Niles s-stop.." CC pled weakly trying to shrug him off. However, she couldn't possibly let him go at this point. Her eyes fluttered shut and she practically glued herself to his embrace. This caused CC to slowly remove the phone from her ear and place it on the kitchen table with the speakers facing upwards. Niles turned CC to face him, and once again, they began to kiss each other passionately. After a couple more rings, Sabrina finally answered the phone, "Hello?"
However, CC couldn't respond. Niles had brought her back into his arms successfully and had her undivided attention. "I just want to take you here right now.." Niles muttered as he started to pull on the straps of her dress and bring them down to where her black bra was exposed. His kisses soon began to travel lower along CC's milky white skin towards her chest, which made CC let out soft mews.
CC felt her head arch backwards and her jaw drop in pleasure. She didn't want him to stop even though she had to stop. All the thoughts of talking to Sabrina had gone out the window the minute Niles started to nip at the most sensitive spot on her neck. "Niles!" she cried out nearly letting her upper body fall back on the cold surface of her kitchen table. She eventually gave in seeing Niles hover over her. They gave into their own desires and kissed each other once again.
"You know what we should do?" Niles suggested as he continued to pull CC's dress down. "We should christen the entire house.." With each kiss he gave to her on her body, CC's moans had gotten louder. "We've already done it on the couch and on the bed... but we haven't gotten to here... the closet... the shower... or against the door.." every pause between his words indicated Niles leaving hickeys that started from between her breasts down to her lower naval.
CC was too distracted by Niles' lips against her skin to pay attention to the fact that Sabrina had started to yell at CC over the phone to stop. When Niles talked about 'christening the house', that made Sabrina demand them to stop or else she would be coming back home to make sure they did. Little did they both know that she was already on her way back. "Mmmm yes daddy.." CC cooed as Niles had finally freed her of her dress. She then moved back up to tug at his tux jacket and shirt to try and get them off as quickly as possible. Once he was freed from half of his garments, CC pulled him back with her legs. "Get over here, and give mama some lovin', Butler Boy.."
The minute she heard that from CC, Sabrina hung up the phone. She felt like her ears were bleeding, and she wished she could cut them off in that very moment. Apparently, her mother was too preoccupied with something else to actually care about her daughter's well-being. No apologies, no realizations, nothing. This made Sabrina more angry and eager to stop what they were doing. Once she arrived at the penthouse, she figured that CC would be brought to her senses eventually. Both her and Niles were mature enough to know that continuing their motions while she was on the phone was completely inappropriate, but it seemed as if Sabrina was totally wrong about them. They had been too focused on each other to pay attention to her existence. Sabrina decided the best way to get their attention was to knock on the door to the penthouse hoping that would make them stop. "Mom! Niles!" she called out to them still knocking. After a while of knocking, she didn't hear any noise coming through the door from the penthouse. She figured that she was in the clear to enter, so she used her key to get in and entered her home. However, the minute she stepped foot in the door, her eyes went wide out of fear at the scene before her. "OH! MY GOD! MOM!" Sabrina screamed and quickly turned around to cover her eyes.
What Sabrina found was CC laying on the kitchen table with her thighs clamped around Niles' head. Sabrina couldn't see Niles from her point of view, but only the top half of her mother. It seemed as if CC was enjoying what was going on between her legs with Niles before she heard her daughter scream. She immediately closed her thighs on Niles' head so he wouldn't pull away, but widened her eyes knowing her daughter just found them in this predicament. "SABRINA!?" she screamed just as loudly as her daughter. She let out shaky breaths as a mixture of the nervousness she was feeling and the pleasure Niles was still giving her. "What the hell are you doing here!?"
"What do you mean? I live here!" Sabrina protested as she quickly scurried to gather her belongings without turning around. She had to make herself scarce from the scene she just witnessed. "Didn't you hear anything I said on the phone earlier?" That question made CC's eyes widen. She suddenly remembered that she was trying to talk to Sabrina in the first place before she ended up where she was now. She looked down at the phone that had been facing upwards the whole time and sighed heavily. "And christening the house!? Really?!" Sabrina was extremely annoyed that she had to put up with their antics now that she was home, but it seemed as if CC was more annoyed with her daughter walking in the house interrupting her and Niles' intimacy.
"If you keep talking, I'll kill you!" CC snapped as she tightened her legs around Niles' head. "Just get out of here! Take my card and get a hotel!" she added as her eyes fluttered shut again. Her protests were getting weaker as she felt herself get closer to her point of release. Sabrina was shaking from fear as she dropped to the ground to try and find her mother's purse, but instead found the clutch bag. Her shaky hands made it difficult for her to hold her grip on the bag so she could open it, so she ended up taking the entire bag, not bothering to actually rummage through it and pull out the card. She finally grabbed the bag and struggled to get up, since the image she had just seen was engraving into her mind. "WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE!? GET OUT!"
Sabrina managed to finally get herself back on her feet and opened the door to the penthouse quickly before she exited the building. She immediately slammed the door behind her and leaned against it shutting her eyes tightly. She tried her hardest to get the image out of her mind, but it was deemed impossible. Maybe she did need to get a hotel so she could remove all of the junk that was engraved in her brain. Finding her composure after a few minutes, she finally got back on her feet and quickly rushed out of the complex. She called Dominic to make sure he was free so she wouldn't have to be alone for the night. Since he was the only person available to talk to and to be comforted by, she figured he could stay with her in the hotel for a night or two.
In the hotel, Sabrina and Dominic quickly checked in and made sure that they got a suite. It had a mini bar and a jacuzzi for their enjoyment for the weekend, complimented with some champagne and chocolates. Ever since they had arrived to the hotel, Sabrina had been in the bathroom washing out her eyes and face. It was safe to say that she had been in there for almost 20 minutes, and Dominic started to get impatient. He didn't think she would take this long. Normally she'd take a few extra minutes for makeup, but something was definitely wrong with Sabrina. "Sab? Are you done in there?" Dominic called out.
"No!" Sabrina replied as the sink continued to run. She applied a soapy washcloth to her face continuing to clean herself up, even though it wouldn't do anything to erase the image she had of Niles and her mother. After a while of cleaning herself with the washcloth, she set it aside and rinsed out her face. The only time when she wasn't washing herself was when she took a moment to catch her breath. No matter what she did, she always had that memory in her mind, and she blamed her mother entirely for the situation to happen.
Seeing that she still wasn't leaving the bathroom, Dominic sighed heavily and walked over to the bathroom door. He pried the door open to see Sabrina cleaning her face off and gazing at herself in the mirror. "Babe, you've been in there for 20 minutes. What the hell is going on?" he asked her with slight annoyance in his voice.
Sabrina threw the towel on the ground in frustration and finally looked up at him. "My mom is a whore, that's what's going on," Sabrina huffed as she walked past him, leaving Dominic in a state of confusion. He still wasn't understanding why she had to wash her face so much. "You know with the amount of time it took to wash your face, you could develop a skin care routine to all of the helpless acne-ridden teens out there," Dominic said which made Sabrina scowl.
"Not now, babe. I'm still upset," she said shaking her head. She looked over at Dominic, who didn't quite seem to understand her frustration. She finally sighed heavily and mustered up the courage to tell him. "Okay. I walked in on Niles going down on my mom. There! Now do you get it?" Sabrina questioned him throwing her hands up in the air in exasperation. She went over to the bed and sat on it covering her face in her hands. Dominic finally understood what was troubling her and then went over to sit down next to her.
He wrapped his arms around his girlfriend and kissed the top of her head. "That's one hell of a night you had," he chuckled slightly joking with her. He then noticed she wasn't having any of his jokes, so he stopped chuckling. "I have no idea how you're still coping after what you witnessed.."
"I'm not coping!" Sabrina said looking up at him. "Do you know how hard it is to get that sort of image out of your mind?"
"Well, one thing I can tell you is that washing your face and eyes for 20 minutes is never going to help," Dominic replied with a laugh. "Besides, I think a lot of people have done something like this before. I walked in on my dad having a one night stand with this blonde woman, and it took me forever to get that engraved image out of my head. It was a lot of hard work, but I still got it out."
She was now curious as to how he did it. Surely, she would need all the help she could get from her boyfriend. "How could you have possibly gotten that kind of image out of your brain? You know that those things are memories that could scar you for the rest of your life," she reminded him.
"They can, that's true," he agreed. Sabrina laid her head on his chest as she was listening to him speak. "All I did was replace that memory with something better.. and since I didn't have a committed relationship at the time, I just went out to the club to get some drinks and meet some hot chicks along the way."
Sabrina smacked his arm and glared at him playfully. "Well, I can assure you that you're not going to be going anywhere or meeting anyone now that I'm a part of your life," she said as they both shared a laugh. Her free hand had trailed up his chest with her fingers absentmindedly making circles against him. "So.. do you think you can help me replace that memory?"
Dominic looked down at his girlfriend and they both shared a smirk. They both knew where this was going to ultimately lead to. They were in a hotel alone together after all. "I will.. as long as you're able to forgive and forget with your parents," he said as they both laid down on the bed. He caressed her soft cheeks, now that they were completely clean from all the washing that she had done.
Hearing his deal, Sabrina thought about it for a moment. Even though she was upset with her mother and Niles, she couldn't stay upset with them forever. Plus, she found it touching hearing that Dominic referred to the both of them as her parents, even though Niles wasn't really her father. She did consider Niles as a father to her, but she wanted to wait until the right time to refer to him as such. After she thought about his proposal for a deal, she smiled and nodded her head. "I will. Now kiss me and help me forget," Sabrina said as she pulled him in for a long and passionate kiss. It was safe to say that Dominic greatly helped his girlfriend forget about what had happened the entire night. They had shared more positive memories and images that the two would never forget, and Sabrina definitely was satisfied after that night. She was very grateful for Dominic being there for her in times of need.
She had ended up staying at the hotel for a couple more weeks. One day, Sabrina woke up early and rolled over to try and hold her boyfriend. However, when she woke up, it was not only 6 in the morning, but she had found a note on Dominic's side of the bed. The fact that he had left her overnight after their intimate night together made her slightly upset that she woke up alone. Although to an extent, she did understand. Unlike her, Dominic was not retired and was still working in show business. He moved his set location for his TV show to New York so he would be able to see Sabrina more often in person rather than going a long distance without seeing her. Sabrina sat up on the bed and picked up the note to read it. Of course, he had reminded her that he had a long day on the set and needed to leave the hotel early. She sighed and laid back down on her bed.
Now that she was alone, she started to feel quite homesick. It had been amazing spending time with the man of her dreams, but she missed embracing her mother and Niles more than anything in the world. After the previous night, she had forgotten about the ordeal that had happened before she met up Dominic at the hotel, so she was quick to forgive them, even though they were not in the same vicinity as she was. Sabrina wanted to be held by her parents and was secretly hoping that their little honeymoon phase was dying down. She was very happy that her mother found someone that she loved, but she missed receiving love from her. However, she didn't want to jinx herself and end up traveling back to the penthouse to walk in on them once again. She sighed heavily and pulled the soft covers of the bed over her head to try and stop herself from being homesick.
Alas, it wasn't working. She grumbled in frustration and threw back the covers after a minute of trying to discard her feelings. "Screw it. I'm going home. I don't care what Mom and Niles think. I miss them," she said to herself as she got up and quickly changed into her clothing that she had from the night before. Her hair was tousled from the night before, so in order to fix that, she found a hair tie in her bag and quickly put her hair up into a messy bun. She then grabbed CC's clutch purse and left a tip for the housekeeper on the bed once she was ready to go. Sabrina couldn't wait to get back home and see her family. Even though she loved Dominic endlessly, she loved her parents more than anyone else in the world.
It took Sabrina a good half hour to check out of the hotel, hail a cab, and reach the penthouse complex back on Park Avenue. She still felt very tired from the previous night, so it took her a while to fidget through her own bag and find her house key. Due to exhaustion, she also had trouble fitting it into the keyhole. Once she was able to secure the key, she slowly and carefully twisted the lock on the door and pushed it open slightly. She peeked inside the penthouse and noticed that all of the lights were off, and the front area was completely messy. So much for christening the house. I know I'm not gonna clean this up.. the girl thought as she made her way into the house steadily. She took off her coat and set both her and CC's bags in the closet. Walking around the house was like walking into the aftermath of an Oklahoma tornado. She swallowed and continued to quietly walk to her room hoping that she wasn't interrupting anything this time.
She got dressed into her pajamas and was hoping to just crash onto her bed, but she missed Niles and CC too much to be alone. She hoped that they were decent enough to where she could just walk in the room. Before Niles lived with them, she always walked into CC's room to receive cuddles from her mother. Now, the situation was different. She wasn't sure if they were going to be cuddled together with no decency or in their pajamas on opposite sides of the bed. Sabrina knew one way or another, she was going to get some sleep, whether it would be there or not. When she got to CC's bedroom door, she pried it open slowly and carefully not wanting to hit anything or make any disruptive noise. To her favor, she noticed that both Niles and CC were in their pajamas on opposite sides of the bed, leaving an open space in the middle.
Sabrina grinned to herself as she closed the door behind her and quickly crawled into the middle of the bed. Since she was closer to her mother, she grinned and wrapped her arms around CC's stomach finally drifting off to sleep. About a few minutes later, CC subconsciously turned over to her other side and wrapped her arms around her daughter instinctively. She didn't know it was Sabrina yet, but she had been so used to cuddling her daughter that her muscle memory had gotten her used to wrapping up the smaller figure that was now next to her. As for Sabrina, she grinned wider now that CC was finally paying attention to her. This was the kind of comfort that she wanted and craved for the last month.
A few hours later, Niles had stirred himself awake as the sun had beamed down on the three of them. He couldn't remember Sabrina suddenly appearing beside them, but he figured that she must have checked out of that hotel that CC told him about. He turned over to look over at the two women that had mattered the most to him, his girlfriend and his daughter, sleeping peacefully and contently. Yes, he definitely considered Sabrina as his own. Now that Sabrina's biological father was out of the picture, he was more than okay with taking on the paternal role in Sabrina's life. He had grown to love the girl just as much as CC loved her. Even though the two had a rocky start after meeting, they had slowly grown accustomed to one another and had learned to make peace. Afterwards, a budding friendship turned into a loving familial bond that he didn't want to lose. He gazed down at the two of them and kissed each of their foreheads before he got up and strode over outside of CC's room. He knew that there was a mess to clean up from the night before, so he figured he would get straight to that first before he would start making breakfast for the family.
It didn't take long for CC to finally stir herself awake too. About an hour after Niles left, she felt the bright light of the sun shine through the window which made her slowly open her eyes. Throughout the entire night, she couldn't figure out what she was holding, but when she noticed that it was Sabrina, she looked down at her baby and smiled softly. She couldn't stay mad at her for walking in on her and Niles at the wrong time, and it seemed like Sabrina had forgiveness because she would not have done this if she didn't. CC had to admit she was very overjoyed to see her daughter back in the house. Having her in her arms reminded her of the times when they used to be together at night before Niles had moved in with them. No matter what the case was, she always found Sabrina in her arms the next day. Now that she was there, CC was not planning on letting her go.
CC held her daughter tighter and placed soft kisses on her cheek, hoping it would help her wake up. It seemed to always have helped Sabrina in the past, despite the one time where she plummeted CC with pillows. She wasn't awake just yet, but CC took a moment to gaze at her baby. Even after almost two years, she still felt like she always had her the entire 40 years she had been on this earth. Back then, it seemed impossible to get her back, but having Sabrina in her arms just completed her life. She had the love of her life and her baby under one roof, so CC was completely content with where she was now. She couldn't wait to continue life with them and see where it would take them in the future.
After a moment, Sabrina finally stirred awake, however, she didn't want to get up and leave her mother's arms. She opened her eyes a little bit, but then buried her face in CC's pajama shirt, which made the older woman chuckle. "Good morning.. this is a nice surprise to wake up to," she whispered to her daughter, who tried her hardest to go back to sleep. Sabrina hummed softly as she adjusted herself with her eyes closed still holding onto CC. Now that she was able to see her entire face, CC started to plant kisses all over Sabrina's face so she could wake up. "I missed you so much," she said with a soft smile.
Sabrina couldn't help but smile very slightly, but then immediately thought of the events that had occurred the previous night. She had no idea where her mother's mouth could've been, so she grimaced and tried to move away from CC. "You better have washed your mouth last night.." the girl grumbled as she fought the urge to squirm away.
Hearing what Sabrina said, CC had a moment to think to herself. Of course she brushed her teeth and cleaned herself off in the shower the previous night. Even though her and Niles definitely accomplished their goal of making love in every part of the penthouse, she was still aware of her hygiene every time she went to bed. However, she decided to play a little prank on Sabrina to see if she'd follow through with it. "Oh.." CC playfully said with a grin. "I must've forgotten to do that... oh well!" She then went back to planting kisses on Sabrina's cheeks.
This time, Sabrina squealed and tried to pry her way out of her mother's arms. "Ew! Mom! Stop it!" she protested and continued grimacing, thinking her mother hadn't taken care of herself the night prior. Knowing CC, she usually did, so to hear that from her was quite foreign to Sabrina.
"Oh come on, honey! I'm not done with you yet," CC continued to shower her daughter with kisses while Sabrina tried to get away from her embrace. However, CC's embrace was too strong for her to get out of. "I still need to give you some more loving! It's been way too long!"
"Mom.. that's.. so disgusting!" Sabrina cried out trying to cover her face with her hands. Unfortunately, she couldn't seem to do it. "Ugh.. you're so gross.."
"Baby," CC said in a serious tone finally pulling away from her. She looked down at her with confusion, thinking that Sabrina would've known her better than that by now. "Baby, I'm not stupid. I brushed. I took care of myself before bed. If I didn't, you'd be pushed off the other side, and you should know that by now," she reassured her daughter with a soft chuckle.
After hearing that CC still kept her good hygiene up, Sabrina sighed in relief and then looked back up at her mother feeling thankful that she wouldn't torture her like that. "Oh.." she said in a more quieter and understanding tone. "Well.. in that case.. don't stop!"
CC didn't have to think twice about that. She continued showering her daughter with kisses and love and heard her laugh ring throughout the room. Sabrina's laugh was always so contagious, and as a mother, CC couldn't get enough of it. After a while, her kisses started to die down so they both calmed down and just smiled at one another enjoying each other's company. "Welcome home, sweetie," the blonde said as she smoothed out her daughter's hair.
The two shared a tender moment and embrace before Niles had barged in the room with a tray full of their favorite breakfast foods. Seeing that Niles was in the room, they both perked up and smiled over at him. "Good morning, girls," he chimed as he strode over to the balcony outside of CC's room. "I've decided we should have breakfast outside.. not just because I spent the last 45 minutes cleaning up after last night," he teased looking over at CC. The older woman bit her bottom lip softly and gave him an air kiss gazing up at Niles thinking about the previous events.
"You both are sickening," Sabrina grumbled as she tried to exit the bed. However, CC was strong enough to pull her daughter back into her arms, which caused Sabrina to squeal. Now that she was trapped by her mother, she really was getting annoyed. "Can we just please enjoy family time for once? I barely have seen you both in over a month, and I don't want to be reminded consistently of what you both did while I was gone," Sabrina asked politely.
"You're right," CC said kissing her daughter's cheek before she let her go and got up too. "Don't worry, I think we should definitely dedicate today to all of us. We haven't had time as a family together in a while, and I know for a fact that I missed that." CC walked by Sabrina and led her outside with Niles as they all set up breakfast together. Needless to say, it was a great morning filled with laughs and shared memories of the family that they cherished forever. They ended up having a great time together throughout the day enjoying their favorite hobbies and pastimes. This included Sabrina playing a few songs on her piano for Niles and her mother. During one of the songs, she witnessed them slow dancing with each other, which almost distracted her from playing her music. She thought it was the sweetest thing she had ever seen and was secretly hoping that she'd see that one day after the two walked down the aisle together. Although that was a bit of a far stretch. Niles had made CC so happy the past few weeks, and Sabrina was hoping that one day, they would become an official family.
After their time as a family came to an end, both CC and Sabrina headed off to bed while Niles stayed awake and had washed the dishes and cleaned up the mess in the living room from all of the snacks they had eaten throughout the day. There was a thunderstorm that was going on outside, and Niles was thankful that they had taken the chances of being outdoors earlier in the day before it started to rain. Just as he was about to finish up his duties, he heard the door of Sabrina's room open rapidly, with the girl standing in slight fear. He turned around to see Sabrina disheveled. "What are you doing up so late? It's almost one in the morning, darling," he asked her with concern.
Sabrina was still shaken by the thunderstorms that were going on outside, so it was taking her some time for her to respond. After a while of fidgeting with her fingers, she walked over to Niles slowly. "I'm.. not a fan of storms," she started as she then approached him. He was still doing the dishes, so she figured she would pitch in to help. "Do you want an extra set of hands?"
Niles grinned to himself thinking of something clever that was going to make him burst out laughing, but he was lucky enough to maintain his composure. "No, I'm not interested in growing another set of hands. Your mother would not find that attractive," he said which caused them both to laugh. He then moved over a little bit so Sabrina could assist him with the dishes. "Don't worry, of course I'll let you help me." The two were silent for a couple of minutes continuing to clean all of the dishes that were used. Once everything was done, Niles and Sabrina walked over to the couch and sat down. "Now tell me, what's so frightening about thunderstorms? I find them quite soothing."
The former singer shrugged and pursed her lips together feeling nervous about telling him in the first place. "Well, when I lived with foster families, nobody would come to console me when I heard those... loud noises and flashing lights.. I think it stemmed off of a movie I saw with one of those families that kind of scarred me for life," Sabrina admitted. She rubbed her arms up and down so she could warm herself up. Niles noticed this and quickly grabbed one of the blankets on the couch to cover her with it. When she noticed that, she looked over at him and smiled. "Thanks.." she chuckled softly.
"You also might be tired.. the fear has overtaken your lack of sleep," Niles let her know as he wrapped an arm around her carefully. He smiled over at her noticing that she wasn't shivering any longer after a couple of minutes. He thought about what he was going to say next and then finally spoke up. "I'm actually glad you're awake now," he said before he started looking around the penthouse. He then diverted his attention back to her in a quieter voice. "Especially now that your mother is sleeping."
Sabrina chuckled at his demeanor that had changed so dramatically. "Yeah? Why so?" she asked curiously.
Niles took a deep breath before grabbing both of the girl's hands. "Sabrina, I want you to know that I love your mother.. so much," he said to her. "I don't think throughout the past 20 plus years that I've known her that we've had a dull moment together. Sure there were times where she wanted to pummel me to the ground, and quite frankly, I deserve that.. but.. in the midst of it all, I've really fallen for her. If I've taken you away from her for the past month, I want you to know that I'm terribly sorry.." he said lowering his head a little bit. "I don't mean for us spending time together to be pushing you away.."
"Niles.." Sabrina stopped him from going any further. She started to shake her head knowing he wouldn't mean to hurt her. "Please don't apologize for love. I can tell that she loves you just as much as you do.. and I've never seen her this happy before. You made her very happy lately, and... I can't thank you enough."
Letting out a sigh of relief, the former butler pulled the girl in for a hug, to which she reciprocated. He still had a lot more to say to her, so he made their embrace tender, but quick. "I appreciate your kind words, dear. I also wanted to tell you that.. well.. you're like my daughter to me too." What Niles said made Sabrina tear up. She had waited to hear something like that come out of him, and it meant the world to hear that from the only man who cared about her existence, besides her own boyfriend. "And I love you just as much as I love your mother. So.. I wanted to ask you... for your blessing... because I want to marry your mother.. and I want you to be a part of my proposal to her."
Hearing that made Sabrina gasp. She covered her mouth quickly and felt tears coming down her eyes. In a split second, she wrapped her arms around Niles tightly, which took him by surprise. She couldn't find the right words to say to that, so she let herself be immersed in his embrace. "I wouldn't want anybody else to marry her. I give you my full blessing," Sabrina replied to him still holding him. She felt the sudden urge to let something else out too, but she didn't know how Niles would react. However, she wasn't going to let it slide. She looked up at him and finally said, "I love you... Dad."
Dad. He thought he'd never hear that come out of the girl's mouth, considering her biological father never cared of her existence. However, he did, and he was very touched being her true father. Niles did think of the possibility of adopting her as his own, but he wanted to talk to CC about it first. Of course, she would let him in a heartbeat, but he wanted to make sure that she had that blessing as well. Still holding the girl that he considered his daughter, he kissed the top of her head softly. "I love you too," he whispered to her. He noticed that within minutes, Sabrina had fallen asleep, despite the weather still being dreadful. Niles couldn't possibly let go of the girl, so he decided to pull the blanket over her and let her continue to sleep.
After a while, he finally decided to get up and join CC in her bed. He kissed Sabrina's forehead once again and then proceeded to turn off the lights in the penthouse. Once that was done, he made his way to the bedroom and walked over to his side of the bed, noticing how peaceful the love of his life looked when she was sleeping. He laid down next to the blonde and wrapped his arm around her waist from behind, pulling her close to him. He kissed her shoulder softly before Niles found himself sleeping as well. Since he had told Sabrina his plan, he was very excited to make CC officially his. The process in marrying her was going to be quite tedious, but he was ready for every challenge that was in store for them. He loved CC, and he couldn't wait for her to be officially called Mrs. Brightmore.
