-Somewhere within Fenrir HQ-
Within the dark room lies a council of men. Ready to give their verdict on a certain plan for destruction.
The headmaster sitting at the end of the table opens his mouth. "Now, with the containment of singularity number two we can start the plan."
They all raise their hands. "Unleash the newborn god from its hole. May Fenrir end this cycle of pain."
-within the lounge of Port Carter-
The emptiness of the lounge is chilling. No people, no noise. The metal clanks of the machinery reverberate throughout the lounge as any sound that is made echoes. Well, who would be at the lounge when the world could end within the next week? The sound of rubber boots hitting the ground draws near as Kaitana enters the lounge.
"Guess no one is here..." She says as she sits down.
Shortly after, Nana and Quinn join Kaitana on the couch. They stare at the tv in silence.
Nana swirls her drink around in her cup. "So, when is this oh so great plan kicking off?"
"Just a while ago I sent out an S.O.S signal to all the remaining god eaters in the area. However, the governor knows that we are the only port that opposes this heinous plan. I expect them to take the offense sometime soon." Quinn says.
Kaitana sits back in the couch. "We're just waiting for this thing to come to us then... What about Hildreck? We have no idea where he is. I'd hate to think something bad happened..."
Quinn takes a sip of his drink. "We have no choice but to wait and see. I... I don't want to see him get hurt anymore. The plan will commence as soon as we make contact with Fenrir. Then we get Nana as close as possible so she can link with it. The rest is up to her..."
"And what happens if we fail...?" Nana asks.
"Complete destruction of humanity. If we win... and you link properly with the Aragami... eternal peace. However, I will stay behind to protect the people of my port at any cost... It's up to you Kaitana to get Nana close to the Aragami." Quinn says.
She nods in response. "understo-"
*BOOM*
A loud explosion can be heard from above the port as the ground begins to tremble. The furniture topples over as wall plates collapse.
"Th- There's no way! It's happening already?!" Kaitana says while panicking.
Quinn starts his run upstairs as he beckons the two to follow.
-at the top of Port Carter-
As they exit the port door, the smoke from outside immediately rushes through the door.

COUGH
The bright red sky shines its hellish blaze throughout the world as destruction appears around every corner.
Nana opens her mouth in awe. "It's... It's like hell on earth..."
Fenrir appears only a short distance away from Port Carter as he shoots balls of oracle energy from its mouth. The grey mist surrounding the beast signals the end of the world. For the Devouring Apocalypse is upon us.
Quinn nudges Nana and Kaitana forward in a hurry. "What the hell are you two waiting on?! GO! I will be fine here! I Just want to let you two know... J- Just in case... I... don't regret any of this..."
They both nod as they begin their final journey towards Fenrir. As they run, the screams of the living seep through every corner of the continent. After a few minutes of running, they finally reach the towering beast Fenrir. The beast looks over them. Ignorant of the threat below itself.
Nana and Kaitana both breath heavily as they attempt to recover from their run.
"So... *Exhale* What do we do now...?" Nana asks.
Kaitana points up. "We have to get to its head! Ca- *COUGH* Can you sense anything yet?"
Nana shakes her head.
They grab onto its fur to begin their climb.
-Halfway up-
The smoke slowly begins to clear as their altitude increases.
Nana turns around to take in the scenery around her.
Kaitana stops. "You alright...?"
It takes Nana a while to respond as she gazes at the hellscape surrounding her. All that can be seen is the clouds of smoke below her with a blazing undertone.
"Yeah..." She says as she continues her climb.
-Almost at the top-
They stop one more time to prepare for what they might see.
Kaitana looks below her to make eye contact with Nana. "You... You ready Nana...?"
She nods. "Yeah... I'm sure of myself now... I won't fold..."
"Good."
They make the final push as they climb over the edge and reach the top.
The strong wind blows their hair in every direction.
"You're here..." A familiar voice says.
"HILDRECK?! What are you doing here?!" Kaitana says in shock.
Messiah grips his scythe. "You...? You're asking me what I'm doing...? When YOU betrayed me? You guys just don't get it... Not at all."
"This world has done nothing but hurt me... I finally thought that I had someone I could call family... Something I could hold on to... But you all turned your back on me... Why...? WHY DID YOU BETRAY ME?!" Tears begin to fall from his face.
"And you think we'd do that to you?" Nana asks.
She receives no answer.
A yellow circle appears around Messiah. "I'm... I am done talking. This worlds betrayal will be its ending..."
Kaitana begins to panic. "Wait...! Did he link with Fenrir?!"
The ground begins to shake as If an earthquake is taking place. Fenrir slowly begins to disintegrate as a crystal spiral like structure grows from under it and takes its place. They all struggle to stand as the very ground beneath their feet changes. Cold air radiates from the structure as the fires covering the continent slowly begin to die out. After a few minutes Fenrir finally completes its metamorphosis. The twisting tower pierces the sky as it emanates a bright light blue effervescence.
Kaitana's shock almost paralyzes her. "I- It's a Spiral Tree! B- But how?!"
"I can't sense Fenrir anymore! It's like it never existed..." Nana says.
Captain looks Nana in the eye. "Nana... I need you to run back to Port Carter and alert Quinn of the situation. Then immediately evacuate the people in the area with Quinn. Are we clear...?
Nana clenches her God Arch. "I'm... I'm not leaving you. I've made up my mi-"
"CAPTAIN'S ORDERS! Now go!" Kaitana commands.
"U- Understood..."
She jumps off the ledge and skydives towards the port.
Captain gives Hildreck a death stare. "You're... You're serious. Aren't you...?"
He points his scythe at Kaitana. "We are done talking... Let our God Arch's speak for us."
The two gaze at each other as their hair blows in the air. The ground is no longer visible. All that can be seen is the sparkling Spiral Tree
Kaitana points her blade at Hildreck. "I'm... sorry Hildreck..."
