Hello and welcome to chapter 2 of The Slayer's Weird Backup. Last time we saw Naruto and the rest of Konoha 11 being gathered together for a special mission requested by an old chalegue of Tsunade's, Giles. I'm sure most of you noticed that the previous chapter took place during the events of episodes 54 and 55 of Naruto Shippuden in place of the Twelve Guardian Shinobi filler arc, but if you haven't, well now you know. Now with this chapter, we'll be looking into the first episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Welcome to the Hellmouth.

Now just to let you all know, this fanfiction will only go up to the last episode of season three, so if you were hoping to see the Naruto characters interact with any characters or take part in any events from season 4-7, well sorry to disappoint you. Now just so you'll know, at least some, if not most, of these chapters may likely be cut in half. I say might because this chapter is only half of episode 1 and I had a deadline for it. Anyway without further ado, here's chapter 2 of The Slayer's Weird Backup

Chapter 2:

It was late at night at Sunnydale High School and all around, everything seemed peaceful and quiet. However, two individuals suddenly broke into the campus through one of the windows. One of them was a guy who looked like he graduated from high school, the other was a girl who looked rather curious about the campus. They made their way into the campus only to find that there was no one inside. But then things took a turn for the worst as the girl suddenly attacked the guy, revealing herself as a vampire, and she bit the guy in the neck and sucked his blood.

The following day in the school library, a portal opened up and revealed four ninja squads, Team Kakashi, Team Kurenai, Team Asuma, and Team Guy. Upon arrival, the squads all looked around their new surroundings and saw that they were in a library.

"What is this place," Naruto asked.

"A library, obviously," Ino remarked.

Suddenly, they heard someone say, "Welcome to Sunnydale."

They all looked and saw a middle-aged man wearing glasses.

"Pardon us sir, but who are you," Sakura asked.

"I am Rupert Giles," the man identified himself. "I'm sure Tsunade Senju has told you about me."

"It's a pleasure to meet you Sir," Sakura bowed. "I'm Sakura Haruno, apprentice of Lady Tsunade."

"And I'm Ino Yamanaka, Lady Tsudnade's other apprentice," Ino bowed.

"Ah yes, she did mention in her last message that she took on new apprentices," Giles mentioned. "And I assume that the rest of you are Teams Kakashi, Kurenai, Asuma, and Guy."

"That's right," Guy then did one of his "signature" poses. "I'm the legendary Green Beast of Konoha, Might Guy…!"

Lee then followed in suit, "And I am his ever loyal apprentice, Konoha's Handsome Devil, Rock Lee…!"

Both got a shine in their teeth.

Everyone else was embarrassed, especially Kakashi, Neji and Tenten.

"There they go again," Tenten sighed.

"Just pretend we never met them before," Neji sighed.

"Oh god, I pray for the future," Kakashi sighed.

A little later, a teenaged girl entered the library looking for something. But this wasn't just any high school girl. No, this was none other than Buffy Summers, the Vampire Slayer that Giles had mentioned in his note to Tsunade. As she looked around, she noticed a newspaper article that told of three local boys who were still missing for whatever reason. The picture of the boys had even been circled by a red marker pen as if someone was trying to determine who or what had caused their disappearance. Next thing Buffy knew, Giles came up from behind her and tapped her shoulder. Naturally, she was surprised and jumped so that she was looking right at Giles.

"Oh, anybody's here," said Buffy.

"Can I help you," said Giles.

"I was looking for some… well, books," said Buffy. "I'm new."

But the Giles asked, "Ms. Summers?"

"Good call," said Buffy, feeling a bit creeped out. "Guess I'm the only new kid, huh?"

"I'm Mr. Giles, the librarian," Giles introduced himself. "I was told you were coming."

"Great," said Buffy as she tried to change the subject. "So, um, I'm gonna need perspectives on 20th Century…"

But Giles cut her off. "I know what you're after."

Giles then pulled out a big book with the title of vampire on it. It looked like an old fashion book as it had two locks on it that held it closed.

Buffy however denied everything by saying, "That's not what I'm looking for."

"Are you sure," Giled questioned.

"I'm way sure," Buffy continued to deny.

"My mistake," Giles then put the book away as Buffy walked out of the library. "So, what is it you sa—"

By the time Giles tried to question her, Buffy had already left.

Moments later, the shinobi came out of hiding and walked up to Giles, having witnessed the whole thing. All of them were now wearing everyday cloths (think of the cloths they all wear Konoha High School).

"I can say you handled that well," Kakashi said sarcastically.

"Yeah, I agree," said Naruto. "What's up with her anyway?"

"Let's give her time," Kurenai told them. "It'll probably take time for her to come around. In the meantime, you all better get into your class."

"Class," Naruto gasped.

"That's right," Giles explained. "While all of you are here, you'll be attending to the same classes as Buffy, that way you can help her whenever it is needed."

"Don't you think that's a bit much," Hinata questioned.

"And what about our Senseis," Ino questioned, "what'll they do?"

"Perhaps, but I believe it's necessary to keep Buffy safe," Giles answered Hinata's question first before answering Ino's question. "And your Senseis will all be taking various part-time jobs around Sunnydale."

Everyone was intrigued.

Giles then gave each and every one of the visiting shinobi, "Anyway, here are the roles all of you will be assigned to while you're hear."

Sakura and Ino were given the role of assistant nurses at the school's nurse's office, Lee and Guy were assigned to work as teachers at the athletics class, Kakashi, Kiba, and Akamaru were given the job as a school security guards, Choji got the job of helping out at the school cafeteria (which may not be the best job for him given his apatite), Shikamaru was assigned a position in the school chess club, Sai would participate in the art class, Shino was in the biology class, Kurenai was an assistant librarian, Asuma was a janitor, and Naruto, Neji, Tenten, and Hinata would be assisting and guarding Buffy directly.

Elsewhere in Sunnydale, Orochimaru and his men came out of a portal and arrived in Sunnydale station. One thing that Sasuke and the rest of Orochimaru's men took notice of was how different the place was from their home world. However, Orochimaru and Kabuto (somehow) recognized it very well.

"Ah, Sunnydale," Orochimaru sighed. "It's been a while since we've been here."

"Yes indeed, Lord Orochimaru," Kabuto twitched his glasses.

Sasuke couldn't help but be impressed with his new surroundings, "So this is that Sunnydale place you spoke of? I must admit, it's better than I thought it would look."

"This is merely Sunnydale Station," Orochimaru explained. "Perhaps you've seen a train before?"

"Just once, when I went to the Land of Snow," Sasuke reminisced. "But right now, all I care about is finding Itachi."

"Try to be patient, Sasuke," said Kabuto. "Right now, you're still not strong enough to face him and it is best to get used to our new surroundings."

Just then a female among Orochimaru's soldiers came up to them and asked, "Just how are we going to blend into this place?"

Orochimaru, Kabuto, and Sasuke looked at the woman.

"We'll worry about that, Tayuya," Orochimaru replied.

Tayuya, who had somehow survived her battle with Temari and Shikamaru 3 years ago, was still skeptical, but she was in no position to question her master.

In another part of Sunnydale, some people were watching Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back. It was the special addition of the film and everyone saw some significant changes such as the snow monster scene and the sky city scene. Suddenly another portal opened up and the Akatsuki emerged, including, Deidara, Kakuzu, Hidan, Zetsu, Kisame, Itachi, Konan, Nagato, Tobi, and all six paths of Pain. Their sudden appearance caught all the people watching the movie by surprise and everyone evacuated the theater.

"Quite the entrance we made," Deidara commented.

"Do not even think about setting off an explosion, Deidara," said Nagato through his Deva Path. "We don't want to draw too much attention to ourselves just yet."

"You know, you don't have to talk to us through your Tendo path, don't you," said Hidan.

"But he is right," said Itachi. "We now very little about this world and from what I could see, they rely on technology and probably possess weapons as potent as any jutsu."

"Let's not stick around for too long," said Pain. "Let's leave before anything else happens."

But before the Akatsuki could do anything, some security guards came in.

"Hey, what's going on in here," said one of the guards.

"It appears that we're a little late to flee," said Konan.

"You, you're under arrest," said the lead guard. "Put your hands up…!"

"You have no idea what you're dealing with," Pain told the guards.

"We're not going to tell you again," said the guards. "Get your hands up and come with us or we'll shoot…!"

"You truly believe you can defeat us," Pain taunted, not caring too much about the guards' threat. "Go ahead and shoot."

"Fire at will…!"

All the guards fired their guns at the Akatsuki. However before the bullets could hit any of them, they hit what appeared to be an invisible wall an bounced right off.

"What the hell is going on," said one of the guards.

"Fire again," said the lead guard.

The guards fired again, but with the same results.

"ALMIGHT PUSH…!"

It turned out that Pain had used his Almighty Push to block all the bullets before they could touch him or the others.

"Allow me to deal with these fools," said Konan as she walked up to the guards.

"What are you up to, Lady," said one of the guards.

Konan then created wings out of numerus sheets of paper, much to the surprise and amazement of the guards.

Konan then used the wings to launch a multitude of paper in rapid succession at the guards. As a result, all of the guards got more paper cuts across their bodies than anyone could count. They got paper cuts in their eyes, their ears, their throats, their jugulars, and in every major blood vessel close to their skin. Moments later, all the guards literally dropped dead from blood loss.

Back at the school, two school girls were in the locker room discussing about Buffy as she was the new individual.

"The new kid, she seems kind of weird to me," said one of the school girls. "What kind of name is Buffy?"

"Hey Aphrodesia," said another schoolgirl.

"Oh hey," said Aphrodesia.

"Well, the chatter in the caf is that she got kicked out and that's why her mom had to get a new job," said the school Aphrodesia was talking to.

"Neg," said Aphrodesia.

"Pos!" said the girl. "She was starting fights."

"Negly," said Aphrodesia.

"Well, I heard from blue, and she said," Negly opened her locker only to find a corps of one of the missing boys inside it and started screaming.

Outside, another school girl was busily unpacking her lunch. She was about to eat her sandwich when Buffy suddenly showed up.

"Uh, hi," Buffy called out. "Willow, right?"

"Why," said Willow, confused before recovering. "I—I mean hi. Uh, did you want me to move?"

But Buffy answered by saying, "Why don't we start with "Hi, I'm Buffy," and then let's segue directly into me asking you for a favor."

Buffy then sat next to Willow and continued, "It doesn't involve moving, but it does involve hanging out with me for a while."

"But aren't you hanging out with Cordelia," Willow questioned.

"I can't do both," Buffy questioned back.

"Not legally," Willow answered.

Buffy scuffed at that statement and said, "Look, I really want to get by here. New school and Cordelia's been really nice… to me, anyway… But, um, I kind of have this burning desire not to flunk all my classes, and I heard a rumor that you were the person to talk to if I want to get caught up."

"Oh, I could totally help you out," said Willow excitedly. "If you have 6th period free, we ould meet in the library."

But Buffy wasn't interested in going to the library after what happened earlier. "Or not."

Willow was baffled.

"Um, we can meet someplace quieter," Buffy tried to recover. "Louder. Um, that place just kind of gives me the wiggins."

"Oh, it has that effect on most kids," Willow acknowledged. "I love it, though. It's a great collection, and the new librarian is really cool."

"He's new," Buffy asked.

"Yeah, he just started," Willow said excitedly.

Just then a voice made itself known. "He's not the only one who just started his time here."

Both Buffy and Willow gasped upon hearing this voice and turned towards the source, who turned out to be Naruto.

"Who are you," Buffy questioned.

"A new transfer student from Japan," Naruto lied. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki. And who might you two be?"

"Buffy Summers," Buffy introduced herself.

"Willow Rosenberg," Willow introduced herself. "You said you're from Japan?"

"Yeah," Naruto told her. "Transferred over here with my friends recently and we're here to learn what we can about American culture."

"I see," said Buffy, not really buying what Naruto was saying. "What part of Japan did you say you're from?"

"It's a hidden place," Naruto half-lied. "It's a village called Konohagakure, aka the Village Hidden in the Leaves."

"Ah huh, sure," said Buffy.

Just then, two boys came up to them and interrupted their conversation.

"Hey, you guys busy," said one of the boys. "Are we interrupting?"

"Yeah we're interrupting," said the other boy.

"Hey, hey," said Willow to the two boys.

"Hey there," said the second boy.

Willow then introduced the two, "Buffy, Naruto, this is Jesse and that's Xander."

"Oh, me and Buffy go way back," said Xander. "Old friends, very close, then there was that period of estrangement, where I think we were both growing as people. But now here we are, like old times. I'm quite moved."

"Is that so," said Naruto. "You're lucky to be close friends."

"What do you mean," Xander questioned.

"Let's just say I've seen what happens when friends turn on each other," Naruto answered, remembering his experience with Sasuke.

Jesse then changed the subject. "Anyway, where did you say you were from again, Naruto?"

"Japan," Naruto told them. "My home town is called Konohagakure, and I came here with my friends."

Just then as if on que, Tenten showed up.

"Here's one of them right now," Naruto gestured to Tenten. "This is Tenten."

"Hello," said Tenten.

Just then, Hinata and Neji showed up as well.

"And these two are Hinata and Neji," Naruto introduced them. "Don't let their eyes fool you, they aren't blind."

"It's a pleasure to meet you," said Hinata politely.

"What she said," said Neji bluntly.

"Well, it's nice to meet you guys, I think," said Buffy feeling a bit uncomfortable.

"Well you know, we wanted to welcome you and make you feel at home—unless you have a scary home," said Jesse as Xandar pulled something out of his bag.

"And to return this," Xandar held out a wooden sake that Buffy had dropped earlier that day. "The only thing I can think is that you're building a really little fence."

"I doubt that's what that thing is for," said Tenten, noticing a distinctive sign on the stake.

"Tenten is right," said Buffy, playing along. "It's actually for self-defense. Everyone has them in LA. Pepper spray is just so passe."

"Okay, I can buy that," said Xandar.

Just then Cordelia showed up and asked, "Are these guys bothering you?"

"Uh, no," Buffy answered.

"She's not hanging out with us," said Willow.

Jesse got up and said, "Hey, Cordelia."

"Oh please," said Cordelia focusing her attention back of Buffy. "I don't mean to interrupt your downward mobility, but I just wanted to tell you that you won't be meeting Coach Foster—the woman with chest hair—because gym was canceled due to the extreme dead guy in the locker."

Buffy and the shinobi were shocked.

"What," Buffy questioned.

"What are you talking about," Willow asked.

"Some guy was stuffed in Aura's locker," said Cordelia.

"Dead," said Buffy.

"Totally dead, way dead," said Cordelia.

"Not just a little dead then," said Xandar.

"Don't you have an elsewhere to be," Cordelia questioned.

"Was there anything to know about this guy," Naruto asked.

"How did he die," said Buffy.

"I don't know," Cordelia answered.

"Were there any marks," said Buffy.

"Like a slash mark or a bite mark somewhere, for example," Tenten asked.

"Morbid much," said Cordelia, feeling a bit uncomfortable. "I didn't ask."

At the scene of the crime, Sakura and Ino, who also heard about the incident, were inspecting the corpse and saw that the victim did indeed have bite marks at its jugulars. With them were Kiba, Akamaru, and Shino.

"I've never seen bite marks like this," Sakura noted.

"Me neither," Ino agreed.

"These are no ordinary bite marks, why, because they don't look like ordinary bite marks," said Shino in his indifferent tone.

"Is there anything you can do," Kiba asked Sakura and Ino.

But Sakura and Ino both shook their heads, noting the skin color being grey.

"He's lost too much blood, literally," Sakura answered. "The only thing that can bring him back at this point is either Orochimaru's Reanimation Jutsu or Lady Chyo's Reanimation Jutsu and the cost for either is severe."

"All we can do at this point is try to give the body a proper burial," Ino noted.

Moments later, Buffy entered the locker room and saw the bite marks on the corpse's neck. Naruto, Neji, Tenten, and Hinata were not far behind.

"Oh, great," Buffy grunted.

"Sakura, was this guy," Naruto started.

"Probably, Naruto," Sakura answered.

"Ok, what's the sitch," Buffy questioned. "Who are you guys and why are you here?"

"It's probably best that we all head back to the library and discuss this matter with the librarian," Neji suggested.

Everyone agreed and they all relocated to the library.

At the library, the rest of the Konoha Shinobi were all reading books with Giles when the others arrived with Buffy in tow.

"Okay, now I'm going to ask you all again," said Buffy. "What's the sitch?"

"You'll have to be more specific," Tenten pointed out.

"You heard about the dead guy, right, the dead guy in the locker," Buffy asked Giles.

"Yes," Giles answered.

"'Cause it's the weirdest thing," said Buffy. "He's got 2 little-little holes in his neck and all his blood's been drained. Isn't that bizarre? Aren't you just going "Ooh"?"

Giles looked disturbed. "I was afraid of this."

"Well I wasn't," said Buffy, sounding like she was trying not to laugh before getting serious again. "It's my first day. I was afraid that I was going to be behind in all my classes, that I wouldn't make any friends, that I would have last month's hair. I didn't think there'd be vampires on campus and I don't care."

"Then why are you here," said Giles.

All Buffy could say was, "To tell you that… I don't care. Which I don't, and have now told you, so… bye."

Buffy then turned to leave but not before turning her attention towards the ninja around her. "And who are all of these people? They say they're from Japan, but I'm not buying it one bit."

"I thought you didn't care," Kakashi smirked behind his mask.

"I don't," said Buffy.

"Then why do you want to know," Shikamaru questioned. "Believe me, I know, things like this can be such a drag. Unfortunately, there are things that only you can do."

"I don't care," said Buffy.

"If that guy was bitten by one of these vampires, will he rise again," Sai asked out of curiosity.

Buffy answered, "No. He's just dead."

"How can you be sure," Asuma asked.

"To make you a vampire, they have to suck your blood, but then you have to suck their blood," Buffy explained. "It's, like a whole big sucking thing. But mostly, they're just going to kill you. Why am I still talking to you guys?"

"Perhaps because you do care," Kurenai guessed.

"You really have no idea what's going on, do you," Giles questioned. "You think it's coincidence you being here? That boy was just the beginning. Who knows how many others might fall victim, and not just on this campus, but throughout the entire city of Sunnydale, or maybe even beyond."

"But why can't you people just leave me alone," said Buffy, not wanting to have anything to do with what was going on.

"Because, you are the Slayer," Giles answered. "To each generation a slayer is born. One girl in all the world, a chosen one, one born with the strength…"

"Strength and skill to hunt the vampires, to stop the spread of their evil blah, blah, blah," Buffy rudely finished. "I've heard it, ok?"

"But did you hear all of it," Neji questioned.

But Naruto then stepped in and said, "Well I for one agree with her. Why shouldn't she get to choose her own path?"

"Naruto," Kakashi tried to intervene.

"I get that she has this crazy power, but we all have our own paths to follow and we choose our own destiny," said Naruto.

Buffy was baffled that Naruto was actually standing up for her.

Elsewhere, Orochimaru had found an old hide out that he established in this dimension a long time ago. It was in a laboratory building where individuals experimented on snakes lizards, and other reptiles. Once inside it, he and his men made themselves right at home.

"It appears that this place hasn't changed much since I was last here," Orochimaru commented.

"Perhaps, but I believe that is all about to change," said a sinister woman.

This woman was about Kabuto's age and height. She had long waist-length light brown hair, emerald green eyes, and a very shapely figure (identical to Ino's in The Last: Naruto the Movie and onwards). She also wore a light yellow shirt with a low collar, a black under-shrit, and light yellow pants with a black cloth waistband (basically a more feminine version of Kabuto's outfit but with the colors inversed). She also wore a pair of square glasses.

"I see you're as eager as ever, Omanyte," Orochimaru chuckled.

"Of course, Lord Orochimaru," Omanyte tweaked her glasses. "After all, when it comes to experimentation, I'm a great improvement over Kabuto here."

"I'm still surprised that you decided to save the Sound Four and Kimimaro Kaguya," Kabuto commented. "Could it be that you showed pity on them?"

"No such thing," Omanyte answered. "I simply didn't want to lose precious specimens."

Then from behind Orochimaru, Kabuto, Omanyte, and Sasuke were the rest of the Sound Four. Besides Tayuya, there was Jirōbō, Kidōmaru, Sakon and Ukon, and Kimimaro, all of whom, thanks to Omanyte, were able to survive their battles with the Sasuke Retrieval Squad and the Sand Siblings years ago.

At the same time, the Akatsuki had relocated to what appeared to be an abandoned rock quarry, one of several around Sunnydale. In this quarry, the Akatsuki found an abandoned tunnel and made their way into it, making it their headquarters while they were there.

"Not exactly a work of art, but I suppose it'll do," Deidara commented.

"I thought real art was an explosion for you," Tobi teased.

Deidara didn't like that comment.

"Knock it off, both of you," said Pain. "We don't want to look conspicuous at the moment. We know little to nothing about this world."

"True, but I have a feeling that we're being watched," said Kakuzu.

"Well, if we were followed, I'll show them the wrath of Jashin," said Hidan.

"What will we do if we're discovered," Itachi asked out of curiosity. "We cannot simply kill everyone in sight as we did earlier. It would draw too much attention."

"Says the one with the almighty Mangekyō Sharingan," said Kisame.

"We'll worry about that later," said Konan. "For now, let's focus on settling in."

At the campus after school, Naruto was with Buffy as she walked out of the campus. The school day was over and Buffy just wanted to get home and cool off from today's events. However, she still needed to take care of something first.

"Hey, Naruto," said Buffy.

"Yeah," said Naruto.

"Thanks for standing up for me," Buffy thanked. "You did me a solid. But now you and your ninja friends need to leave and never come back here."

Naruto was a bit baffled. "You know all along?"

Buffy sighed before answering, "The way you guys were talking and the way you were acting, you think I wouldn't notice any of that? I know about the prophecy and that you guys are from another world, a world where ninja are still prevalent when in Japan, it's not like that anymore. So why don't you all go back home and just leave me alone?"

"Look, Buffy, I don't like this any better than you do," Naruto replied. "You're not the first girl I've met who doesn't want anything to do with her duties."

"Yeah, well I hope I'm the last," said Buffy as she tried to walk away.

Naruto followed much to her annoyance.

"Why are you following me," Buffy asked.

"Because it's my job," Naruto answered. "You are the slayer and you slay vampires. From what I've heard, you've already accepted your duties and you've slain these creatures before."

"Yeah, and I've been there and done that, and I'm moving on," Buffy replied.

"Okay then, but if your mother becomes their next victim, don't blame me," said Naruto.

"Hey, I know," said Buffy, trying to get the subject off her back. "Why don't you guys kill them? You have your ninja skills and whatnot."

"Believe me if we could, we'd be glad to take your place," Naruto answered. "But we don't belong in this world and we have problems going on back home that need our attention. But this world is your home, so you have to protect it."

"And what, get kicked out of school," Buffy argued. "Lose all my friends? Spend all of my time fighting for my life and never getting to tell anyone because I might endanger them?"

Naruto had no answer.

"You don't know what that's like," said Buffy. "You don't know what it's like to have some big secret that you can't tell anyone because it might put their lives in danger!"

"Yes I do," Naruto answered, knowing all too well what it was like from his experience as a Jinchuriki. "That used to be every day of my life."

Naruto's answer surprised Buffy.

"But like I said before, we all have our own paths to follow and we choose our own destiny," said Naruto. "The choice is yours and yours alone, Buffy. But whatever choice you make, you have to live with the consequences."

Naruto then walked away, leaving Buffy alone to think about what he said. Buffy then walked to the bus and made her way back home.

Back in the library, Giles explained something to the other shinobi, something that he wasn't able to tell Buffy before she left.

"So let me get this straight," said Shikamaru. "You're saying that Buffy has a unique kekkei genkai that allows her to copy any jutsu just by watching it only once?"

"More or less," Giles answered. "It's known as the Mohōgan, or Imitation Eye, and it allows her to copy even kekkei genkai abilities."

"That sounds a little too overly powerful, don't you think," Kiba questioned.

"And how is it that she had chakra in the first place," Ino questioned. "I heard that the Sage of Six Paths gave chakra to our world after he defeated the Ten-Tails."

"You're not wrong," Giles explained. "However there are things you do not know about the Sage of Six Paths. From what I read, the Sage of Six Paths saved your world from a genjutsu that put every living creature to sleep. However, your world wasn't the only one affected by this power, so was ours, and the Sage of Six Paths was able to share chakra with the people of this world as well."

"So, what does any of this have to do with Buffy," Choji questioned.

"I'll have to explain that later when she returns," Giles answered. "For now, it's best that you all get some rest. I've already set up apartment rooms for all of you to stay in."

Giles then gave the shinobi the coordinates to the apartment they would be staying at and all the shinobi made their way towards the building.

Meanwhile beneath the school, there was an underground cavern where there appeared to be a number of candles all around. In this cavern, a group of mysterious people were gathered together for an unknown reason.

"The sleeper will wake," said one of the individuals who had a disturbing face. "The sleeper will wake. The sleeper will wake. The sleeper will wake, and the world will bleed. Amen!"

And that was chapter 2. Now as you can see, Naruto and the other shinobi are slowly but surely being integrated into the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Buffy seems to have her own kekkei genkai. If you're wondering how this Mohōgan works, I'll start going into detail in later chapters, starting with the next one, which will be the second half of episode 1. I'll also start going more into detail on Giles' relationship with Tsunade and Shizune, and by extent, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and even Hiruzen. Until then, stay tuned.

PS: This is for Menatron the Angel of Ideas, the one who requested this fanfiction in the first place, Happy Birthday.

Chapter 3: The Hellmouth
