Chapter 1: Marked
As Naruto was walking alongside his team he felt a large amount of killing intent, looking around he knew his teammates Sakura and Sasuke felt it as well, given the fact that his teammate's faces were that of someone who saw a ghost. They all looked back and saw a female kusa-nin grinning maniacally, her fangs showing and her hair waving in the wind. She looked at Sasuke and her grin stretched even larger. Sakura was bristling with rage, how dare this ugly bitch look at 'her' Sasuke-kun like that. Without even thinking she charged at the kusa-nin who easily evaded her punch, and countered with an incredibly hard punch to the gut. Sakura coughed up blood and collapsed on the ground. Still glaring at the raven-haired girl, jumped up with renewed vigor, she bombarded the kusa-nin with many sloppy punches. The kusa-nin retaliated with a hard kick to Sakura's side and an elbow to the head. Sakura, already wounded from the gut-punch was feeling excruciating pain from her side and head and fell headfirst into a puddle of water. While Naruto ran over to his teammate, Sasuke blurred past them, and to the kusa-nin. Weaving hand seals he shouted "Fire Style: Great Fire Ball Jutsu!" a huge fireball came flying at the kusa-nin, easily swatting it, she shunshined to the Uchiha's location, and delivered a hard kick to his abdomen, followed up with a haymaker to his skull and jab to the liver. To say Sasuke Uchiha was in pain was an understatement, he was literally aching inside, his heart was pumping, his body was throbbing and his eyes were burning, he just unlocked the two tomoe Sharingan. With determination in his eyes, he attempted to kick the kusa-nin, who was caught off guard by the swift recovery, was sent flying into a tree. The kusa-nin got up and said, "Very good Sasuke-kun, show me more of your-urgh!" she was interrupted by a punch to the stomach from the third and final member of Team 7, Naruto Uzumaki. Naruto followed up with a direct kick to the head and a kunai to the arm. Only landing the kick, he shouted "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" 5 clones poofed into existence and all shouted "UZU- MA- KI BARRAGE!" the kusa-nin dodged all the kicks, punches, and jabs expertly. When one punch landed the kusa-nin, she replaced herself with a log. Upon a tree branch, the kusa-nin watched with only one thought in mind 'Impressive, Naruto-kun!' she jumped down and uppercut him in the chin, making him poof out of existence, she then said, "Shadow Striking Snakes!" and the rest of the clones that came into contact with snakes also poofed away. On a tree, the real Uzumaki Naruto was thinking of ways to beat this new combatant 'Perfect!' he thought, he jumped down a made a shadow clone, which he poured his, and accidentally the Kyubi's chakra into. The kusa-nin was watching with interest as the clone's eyes turned red with slits, his whiskers darkened, and his nails lengthened. He leaped at the raven-haired girl with speed that rivaled a seasoned jonin's, and let out a beastly roar before scratching, punching, jabbing, and ocassionly biting the female. After the onslaught, the kusa-nin and Naruto looked winded. 'Incredible, I must have that power!' the kusa-nin thought before she bit the boy on his neck. The recently bitten Naruto poofed out of existence when the kusa-nin's fangs sank into his neck. The kusa-nin cursed before ripping her own face off, and spoke "I am Orochimaru of the Sannin, and you are mine boy!" Now Naruto wasn't really the brightest boy, in fact, he was dead-last in the ninja academy, but whenever the Sannin were brought up he always paid attention, now that he just found out he was fighting Orochimaru of Sannin, he was shocked to his very core. Sasuke grit his teeth at the dobe's power, he was getting left behind, he shouted "Hey dobe, I don't need your help!" and took off into the air, floating in the direction of the newly identified Orochimaru. Weaving hand signs, he screamed "Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!" 5 small balls of fire rushed towards the Sannin, and were again, effortlessly swatted away. Orochimaru then set his sights on Naruto again, and said, "I believe we are done here" he stretched his neck to Naruto's and bit it. Naruto screamed in agony, his neck was searing in pain. The newly awakened Sakura screamed out to Orochimaru "What did you do to him you freak?!" Orochimaru replied with "I just gave him a gift, he will seek me out for more power, he will be my next vessel!" before disappearing.
