Part 8 - Baptist of Lily in South Dakota
A week later, they all were back in South Dakota, where Michael and his family were from and born in, and it was also there their little girl, Lily, was going to be baptisted into the church and also being naming ceremony as what her Lakotan name which was August Flower of Pure Heart, and that was being down by Angela's dad with the baptist and then the naming ceremony would be held by the tribal leader and shaman for their little Lily.
So the day arrived and the Weber family arrived and was going to stay in the house of Michael's late parents' had lived in when both had been alive so they were honoured to stay in there, as Angela went to meet up with Eddie and see him again, as she felt something for him, but right now both were happy to be friends and get to know each other better with time. Her parents were just happy for her to be able to move on from the cheating bastard, Ben Cheney was, and Eddie was a perfect guy, as he was honest, open and loyal to his friends and family, and that meant alot for Angela and her family. Her brothers loved them too, aswell their nieces and nephews too.
Only persons not invited and made sure not to invite was the two Black son and father and the Cullens, as neither were friends of Bella's anymore, due to what happened and she felt they were only there to cause drama, and they did not need that on Lily's special day either so they were not included nor invited to the event, which meant no drama or anything like it at all, which made Bella feel alot better too.
So the day came, first was the baptist event that Angela's dad was going to officate, and it went really well, as they chose Angela and Eddie to be her god-parents, as they were both who Michael and respective Bella was closest to, and the family of Michael's had no issues as they were all god-parents to their other nieces and nephews, even Michael was to Lesley's son, and Bella was to Matthew's youngest daugther, so it was all perfectly good.
"I hereby give your daugther, Isabella, Michael, her name which will be Lily Maria Spears, a very beautiful name for such a perfectly beautiful little girl, who will grow up and know her church and her place in this world we live in, and you two also chose Angela Louise Weber, my daugther, and your brother, Edward Noah Spears as her god-parents, if god forbid something happens to you two, then we all know where little Lily will be at and be safe too. So Allmighty God, give us all the strength, will and hope for a great future of this little girl and make sure have everyone safe. Amen."
Bella gave him a giant smile, as Angela was holding her daugther in her own arms, and she too had a giant smile on her lips too, as Eddie and Michael did so too, as Angela's dad left them, and their leader and shaman took over, and Angela gave Lily back to Michael, who took her gently in his arms, and Eddie led her back to her own seat next to him, as their shaman did his rituals and then he blessed their daugther into the tribe and family of Spears for real this time, and made sure of her name was chosen correctly by Michael, her father, then it was all over with, and they could get to celebrate back at the house of Michael and Bella's too.
So soon they all arrived back at the house, they went in and saw chaos, what the hell had happened while they all had been at the church and ceremony?!
