Part 11 - The Trial Part 1

Few weeks later... In Seattle Courthouse, room 11

Today was the day of the trial of what the Cullens with Jacob did to Michael and Bellas things and house, as the two chosen to move to Bozeman in Montana after falling in love with a house there, and to try to overcome what had happened at their old house in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and today finally they might get justice for what they did to them. Lily was staying back in Bozeman with Michael's only sister and brother-in-law to take care of her for them, which both were grateful for them to do this. So here they both sat with Matthew and Eddie coming with for support and love of a brother and sister-in-law's pain and suffering from what had happened, while sitting there, they were joined by Rachel, Paul, Rebecca and Solomon, which shocked the girls' father who sat on the other side of the room on Jacob and the Cullens side of the room. Both none of them even gave a look at the others that sat on that side of the court room.

But before anyone of them could react too much, the Judge of the day came in and everyone stood up in his honour of taking this case on, as he too was very disturbed when he had read it and made forward to take it to court as he felt these people needed to be punished for what they had done, and for what, just for revenge and whatnot when it came to their baby-daugther too, that was what he decided on, when he read what that young boy and few of the siblings had done to the little girl's things. So as soon all had sat down, the Judge went over the case;

"Today we are processing the case with the Cullens, Jacob Black versus Isabella Spears and her family, and what happened in the old home of Isabella and Michael Spears, and their young daugther, Lily. So how do your clients plead, Mr Smith?" The man who presented the Cullens and Jacob Black, stood and said

"Not Guilty, your Honour."

"Alright, well the evidence shows differently as their faces and actions are very clear and good pictures of their crimes, so I ask again, what do they plea?"

"Again not guilty, your Honour."

"So you say, well, then Isabella Spears, you may come up and take a seat please." At that Bella stood up and walked over to the seat, as the Cullens aswell Jacob was glaring at her hatefully, as she was sworn in and was told to tell the truth and only the truth, as the Judge took over and said

"Mrs Spears, sorry Isabella, what can you tell me or us in the room, about your relationship to the Cullens and Mr Black in this room?" At that Bella turned to the crowd, not looking at the Cullens or Jacob, but at Michael, who just nodded and smiled softly as she said then after a quick breathe;

"I met Mr Black first when I was just a child, as I was 5 years older than himself, and I was around 8 years old, himself being just 3 years old at the time. My late father took me to the Black's household during the summer that I visited my dad, as he needed still to work and so I was being baby-sat by late Mrs Sarah Black and her husband, William Black, and I also got to play with their older daugthers, Rachel and Rebecca, as they were both much closer to my own age and maturity at the time. Either way, as time went on, I at age 12 finally had enough of flying to my late father, to see him, and he and I got to conclusion that to see each other, it was better if he came somewhere in the middle of the journey and we stay there for the summer break together, and my dad loved that idea so we did for the next few years, and while doing so, I also lost contact with the twingirls, and somewhat with Jacob himself, as I didnt come back to Forks until the year I was to turn 18. At that point, I was very shy and timid girl due to being bullied in my old school back in Arizona, where I resided with my late mother and step-father, and with that I felt it was very awkward at first night to be re-introduced to Jacob Black, a boy, who I didnt felt I knew anymore due to being seperated and not there anymore to know him better in a way."

Making the judge nod his head as she took a small break to take a drink, while others in the room were shocked to hear the backstory of her life up to this point, as the Judge asked

"What happened after this meeting and coming to Forks, where I know your late father resided and worked in as their police-chief?"

"Well shortly after that, I met up with the Cullens, and I started soon to date their son, Edward Cullen, the same guy who broke into my dad's house one night and killed my parents and step-father aswell unborn sibling of mine, aswell attempted to rape me aswell that night. But the relationship with him was a very difficult, as most dont know this, but he was very abusive towards me, when we were alone at most, but his sister overthere was also very demanding and abusive in her way to get her way of things to be done like what I should wear, eat etc, and Edward himself also controlled who I was to see and meet, and therefore me seeing Jacob was no go for him, as Edward was extremely controlling and jealous boy of any boys getting any attention to me or me to them. When everyone else knew more or less how shy and awkward I was really. A year after dating Edward and after a distastrous birthday party that I WANTED NO part to have but what Alice and Edward wanted was overridden of my own WANTS, so it happened anyways, and three days later after it had happened, Edward took me out of the woods behind my late father's house, and he broke me to pieces, not only being abusive with his words and actions but his cruelity towards me being so "wrong and ugly" made me become a Zombie for 4 months before my late father told me to get over myself and find something to do instead of moping around, and so there in came my contact with Jacob again."

Most were shocked still to hear her story continuing and Jacob sat up slightly straighter now he was being in the story and wanted to know what she would say next now, as she took another drink of her water, and continued her story

"I knew somewhat that my father wanted to me to move on with Jacob as in a relationship, but at the time and months after we first made contact again, I didnt want that, as I was not ready for another relationship with anyone, and even my old school-friends could agree on that, as I told few of them off and told them that my wish to stay single for while longer was something I wanted and needed to be for the time being, for I wasnt only nursing a broken heart, but a broken mind and broken self-esteem of what Edward put me through the year we dated each other. But Jacob had hard time to realise and hear me out on that when it was brought up, and when I graduated later that same year of me waking up from my zombie-like state, I was so happy that I was going to go to college in the fall, and far from Forks, so once again I told Jacob that us would never happen, for I dont even like him in that way, never will either, that was MY words to him and he took it horribly as he wanted to kiss and make me see it still but it never worked, as I punched him in his face almost broke my hand for it too. I even told my dad about it all, at first he thought like Jacob and his father, William, oh great finally they are together, but when he heard my side of it, he went from that to furious and wanted to confront the two but I told him off and told him that it would do nothing good, for when they have something on their mind then it is no use of trying anything really."

She again took a break, while most still in shock, including Jacob and Billy of what she said and told her side of story, then she continued

"When I finally in that fall came to Montana State University, I had no time for boys or men really, but one day that all changed, when I made eye-contact with who is now today my loving, caring and most of all supportive husband, Michael Spears, in the library where he and his friends were around this huge drum and singing songs on what I now know is on Lakota language, and it was so thralling and beautiful that I stood back and listen on them, and when Michael stood up and looked around while speaking about the songs, our eyes met, and for me I know it was true love at first sight, and from there we only gone from strength to where we are today, which we are very happily married and have a daugther aswell few more of his own children from previous relationships in his past. All of whom are amazing children and 2 of them now lives with us on full time too, so we are all very happy family. I couldnt wish for better man or children in my life than themselves."

Most were in shocked awe of her story of how she met Michael and what else had happened, as the Judge said

"First of all, thank you for your honest and long story of what happened in your life since you came to Forks or Washington state, Mrs Spears, and also I know what happened to your parents and yourself the night your ex did what he did, so you dont have to re-tell that story as I know it is still to this day a very painful story, and so I dont want to force you to re-tell it, but I am very proud and pleased of how brave and strong you are today."

Bella just smiled at him, as she was lead down from the stand, and Michael stood up and wrapped his arms around her before he was the one to take the stand to talk his side of what happened next. He was sworn in and told to tell the truth and only the truth.

"So you are the husband of Isabella, the day of christening of your little daugther, what happened when you came into the house that day?" At that Michael sat straighter, and said

"Well to tell you the truth, I had a feeling of something is off, and when I then looked down to my silenced phone and saw that the security company had messaged me, I knew something had happened, just not what had happened had happened, just thought maybe we forgot something on the stove or something like that and they had to call the fire crew, but instead I was met by a video of what had happened, and my jaw just dropped of shock and anger of what I saw happened, I went from that to furious when I saw that boy, who is Jacob Black, peeing on my daugther, Lily's stuff aswell those two girls over there ripping her things apart aswell our own stuff, I was so furious that my brothers who are here today too, had to pulled me back into a chair and make me breath and relax while they with my other brothers and only sister called for the cops to come over and helped out as we also went into the house to see what a mess it really was, and the smell too, ugh, it was too much even for my strong sister to take, as she took off outside to puke her guts out."

Most were in shock of what he spoke of, as the Cullens and Jacob just sat there in shocked anger of being here and told that they knew full details of what had happened due to their security system filming it all, as the Jugde said

"I will show the room of the clips, I must warn you though, as it is very clear, graphic material of what the peoples accused and found with did at the old house of Isabella and Michael, but before I do, Michael you may go back to your clearly upset wife and hold her again."

Michael thanked him with a nod, and went down to Bella who was crying in her hands, and he took her into his arms and held her there, while Matthew and Eddie sat around them, and held a hand each of their shoulders.

Then before them all, the video was shown, and not one was affected of what they saw, few women even ran out of the room when they saw the part of Jacob peeing on Lily's stuff, and the girls (Rosalie and Alice) ripping apart Bella's clothes and stuff too, while the men in the video was doing the other stuff to their belongings like it was nothing to them. They in return just sat there steaming of anger and disbelief of being caught like this and it was shown to all of the people in the court room. Billy sat there in no-difference stance, with no emotions on his face, while Rebecca and Rachel with their husbands just sat there in shocked anger and disgust of what being shown. Bella hid her face in Michael's chest not wanting to see it again, and Michael looked away too, as both were still traumatised and disgusted of what had happened to them and their stuff in their old home too. Eddie and Matthew hid it well, but there was anger and disgust too on their faces.
