As soon Michael had sat down next to Bella and held her in his arms, as she cried in them, and Matthew and Eddie being such a support for the two, Paul and Solomon was holding equally upset Rachel and Rebecca in theirs, as the Cullens and Jacob all sat in still shock of what being said and talked about so far, as the Judge then turn to them and said
"I have heard enough, and seen enough of the evidence that I clear as day can see, unlike yourself, smug smirks off please, and I sentence you all to 10 years jail time, as you are clear as day guilty and not at all sorry for what you have put the Spears' family through, and you also will pay back for the things you destroyed, so you will pay each one of you 1,5 million to Isabella and Michael Spears. As well you will be having life-time restraining order on yourself, to never to be able to contact Isabella or anyone of her family ever again, the same goes to your brother, Edward, who is at the mental jail hospital, sitting off a life sentence times 5 as he did kill Isabella's parents, step-father and unborn sibling of Isabella's mother and step-father was expecting at the time of the crime, aswell for what he almost did to Isabella herself that night, I hope with these sentences and time in jail will make you understand what you did WAS WRONG and very immature behaviour even for your so-called parents Esme and Carlisle, as they are now removed as being able to be parents, as they or you clear as day shows signs of not able to take care and nuture any children in your care, therefore, you are not allowed to be parents nor adopt ever again, as you are endangerment for children overall, which also means that you are not allow to see any grandchildren your adoptive now not adoptive children may have after being in jail. Alice, Esme, Rosalie, you three will be sent to three different female maximun jails, while Emmett, Carlisle, Jasper and Jacob will split up to different facilities of maximun prisons, as you are not able to behave around each other, therefore you will be split from each other for the sentence time, as soon you are free, you may go back to each other and start over, but you are not also allowed back into Washington, Montana nor South Dakota state, as they are off-limits for you to live in for life. So mote it be."
He banged the club on the table before him, as shouts and yells began, as the females of the group were forced away by their shackles of the officers who were females too, and dragged out one of the doors, while the men split apart from each other and dragged out too, as Billy sat in shock that his only son was going away from him and have no care of him anymore either, Bella and Michael hugged each other in relief of what the jugde had said, while Eddie and Matthew both then hugged the two, as they too were relieved of the sentence was too. Rachel, Rebecca and their husbands also hugged them, then they had to go to their father and talk to him what he wants now that Jacob was gone from him and not able to take care of him anymore, Bella told them that they are most welcome to come to their new house later that week if they wanted to, and they were pleased of that and promised not to tell a thing to their dad/father-in-law of their new house or address to it either.
After that, Bella, Michael and his two brothers that came went out to their car and drove back to their new home in Montana, and it was time to tell the family of everything that had been revealed today more than they had already told them, as Bella had alot of baggage of course and also to tell them the truth about what had happened to her parents, as they only knew they were dead but not how they died. Bella hadnt been ready at the time to reveal it, so all she had said was they were dead since few years back and it was too hard for her to tell about it. But they might have guessed it or at least tried to guess it, same with the rest of the siblings. Matthew and Eddie meanwhile were reeling of what had been revealed and wanted to ask questions but wanted to let Bella be the one to take the steps and just ask them of what their own thoughts was on. Until then, they were driving off to Montana and to see the boys and little Lily again.
