15. AN: Computer Woes Part Deux

Authors notes:

Okay now I'm just angry. So I was in the middle of shopping for an external drive and my computer crashed again... Hard. Apparently, according to my much more knowledgeable computer repair god, my hard drive had something like 6+ (he might have said 16+ but the phone call was crackling up so was hard to hear.) times the amount of hours that it was rated for so he is ordering a new one for me but it will be over a week before I get it back. Let alone any of my data. I did get a laptop, a second or third hand beater which is fine with me as that's kind of all I have ever had. My first laptop was, literally, held together with glue and duct tape. My last computer was a dumpster rebuild, again literally. So when I say this one is a second or third hand beater I mean it.

So as soon as I can get my notes back I'll start back to work. In the meantime, I've started working on my NaNo project. Since this one is a stand alone I will hopefully be able to publish it soon after NaNo.

I would like to thank all of you in advance for sticking with me. Please know that as writing is my antidepressant and anti anxiety medication that this is driving me a bit insane and I will be back as quickly as is humanly possible. Much love to all.

On a personal note. As most of my loyal (for years because I try not to mention this often) readers will know, I have chronic migraines and surprisingly chronic lockjaw as well as a very weird life. So please have patience with me and I will keep hacking away at stories unless I am incapacitated for whatever reason, even if it takes me years. Hopefully not though. As soon as I get my computer back that is.

Also, I started working on 2 other stories for when my current 2 Fanfic projects are completed. One is a M*A*S*H* story and the other is a Fast and the Furious story. But I have to get at least Lightning Glass done so I can start posting one of these. Second Time has The Other Way (working title) and Here We Go Again (also working title) to follow it (I think.) so that one is gonna take a while to complete.
