Napoleon was initially a promising boarding school student, until said school itself was reported to cheat on almost anything, thus the news reporters turned it out to be a diploma mill! Instead, he became the gang boss that Doc Knew. Decades later, he had to set up an elaborate bait for Doc's friend Monk (it was a trap after all!) because — well, he screwed up and thought Monk was the electrical wizard on the team instead of the chemist. He unintentionally committed suicide by electrocuting himself to death while his bait was decomposing fast!
